“Never received my item. Moreover, the communication with the company was worse than the shipping problems. I doubt this is really a legitimate business. I'm now going to take up my refund with Visa. Do not do business with this compnay.”

“I purchased three scarves and returned all three. I had to contact them the first time because I had no sign of any money being refunded, but had my proof of returns. Had to contact them a second time because they decided to only refund me for 2 items instead of all 3.”

“I have tried again and again to order an item and the website will not accept my address (business or home) for some reason. I have reached out to customer service to please order, providing home address and credit card information but the reply was I must order on the website. Beyond frustrating!”

“I must say the reviews here really caused me huge anxiety. But it turned out to be a quite pleasant experience. I bought a jacket from them and it arrived in about 10 business days. They use landmark for shipping to the US and once my package arrived from abroad, it was handled to USPS for domestic shipping. The jacket is fine but the box arrived damaged, but considering it’s landmark so no surprise there.”

“I first ordered a one size fits all Ralph L cap which had a mark on, also looked like a hoppa popa on my head as it was so small. Every other one size fits o own in other brand. Next i ordered barbour flat cap only to find badge upside down. Now would barbour let that slide and sell it in country attire. I doupt it. Maybe they seconds. Or maybe fake. I do get build under a different nane fusion somthing or other. So after a month of tryimg to buy a nice cap from country attire i decided to shop else where.”

“This is a SCAM !! I ordered 2 kids school bag on July 15 , it’s now August 16 and I still haven’t gotten the kids bags they said it would have arrived August 8 I had a tracking number and everything which is useless!!! I am so angry these are some wicked people ! $142 gone !people do your research before purchasing and make sure these companies are legit I have definitely learn my lesson never again !!!!”

“DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY . I am from USA . Ordered for over 2 weeks. Charged my credit card immediately but no words of package sent out. Sent 5 enquirers. One respond , they are checking with shipping. This is 6 days ago.”

“Wish I would have read the reviews and we need to contact a fraud division of law enforcement in the UK. I have a feeling I am getting ganked on the order I placed almost a month ago. No reply via email or social media companies usually respond within a day.”

“Bought a lovely pair of wellies from Country Attire but after a year they developed a hole. I'd paid £120 for wellies described as durable so I asked for a replacement. I was told by Country Attire that they were out of their 1 year warranty and there was nothing they could do. I said I wasn't happy said that under the consumer rights act the wellies were not; of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. They ignored me, so I approached the manufacturer directly, who replaced them under warranty straight away. If you want wellies replaced if they are faulty, don't buy from this lot! CS is terrible. Order number 180731562”

“I ordered a size 39/40 flip flop. 37/38 arrived. No returns label came with the flip flops. Tried calling hours in queues. Tried emailing it was returned as failed to send. I am now thinking this is a scam company.”

“Ordered Berkenstock's. Had checked several site's and at time they had best deal and the one's I wanted. Live in USA and didn't realise ordered from UK. It took 22 days to get them standard Priority mail. Didn't realise it would take that long. Emailed them but it took a while for them to get back to me, but got them that day. The Berk's, very nice. Give Country Attire 5 stars out of 5. Just be aware that when ordering abroad by snail shipping it takes a while.”

“DO NOT WASTE your money!! I ordered BRIC luggage. It arrived USED with no keys. I have emailed them no less than 10 times regarding a return. Initially, I was promised a return after a review of photos, which I immediately supplied via email. This company is fraudulent. Their supply chain must included vendors of used product. BUYER BEWARE. Scammers Frauds!”
