Etsy are a corrupt company. They don't mind selling counterfeit items. They sell wargaming figures that are a direct copy of AB figures. The owner emailed me that they are counterfeiting his products. AVOID AVOID AVOID etsy

I've been working for 12 years at Amazon Google and Linkedin and Etsy has been the worst - platform - ever to support. No one is answering my claim, account will be suspended and no one is answering or seems to care, all my request are being closed without any answer, wow, i'm truly choked.

Was looking for a specific product and Etsy showed up in the search. There is no method to their pricing. It ranged from $10 to $45. I bought it elsewhere for $3.

When they were not received, I contacted FED EX, where I got poor customer service, but learned the tracking number was "fake" and that they have seen this before-essentially they described this as a SCAM. The tracking number provided indicated the package was delivered, but because the tracking number is fake, there is no package. We looked high and low, but no box, and of course, there would not be one because it was a scam and the tracking number was not actual. I was unable to open a case because the seller would respond to my messages saying the package was delivered and it requires 48 hours for a seller not to respond for opening a case. Therefore, even if the seller says they aren't going to help you because they are a scammer, they have responded to your message and you cannot open a case until they are unresponsive for 48 hours. In other words, you have been scammed and you will not get help from ETSY. this will be my last ETSY transaction. User's recommendation: buy from amazon prime where you at least have recourse if a package is not delivered. Preferred solution: Full refund. Etsy Pros: Unique items on etsy. Etsy Cons: No recourse if you are scammed. Location: Lebanon, Ohio

Ebay is trustworthy and assured. Etsy products and security is worse than using Wish... my advice, don't bother looking

Etsy is an awful site to try and buy things from you have a hard time buying things off of there you get no help when trying to purchase your item or setting up an account and you can't buy anyway from etsy they won't let the money go through never ever again will I try to order off of etsy it's a nightmare and it's ruined my life

Never do business on Etsy. You will be in danger of being locked down at any time. The sellers on it there are few real designers.

Purchased a pair of oven mitts. Insufficient heat protection from this product resulting of a burn on my left hand. Will be taking this issue further.

I ordered a present for my daughter's birthday. I was given an arrival date of between Jan 5 and Jan 12. I reached out to the seller "TV Goods" to make sure that was accurate. She told me that they would not reopen after the holidays until Jan 10 and that it would ship that day. On the 10th I contacted them asking for shipping information. I was told it would ship the next day and that I would receive tracking info when it shipped. A couple days later...still no tracking info. When I contacted the seller she asked if I wanted to cancel the order. I responded "no because my daughter is looking forward to the gift". She again said it would ship the next day. Two days later I asked again for the tracking information and rather than responding, my order was cancelled. When I contacted her and told her she should be ashamed of not providing what is ordered her response was that she gets hundreds of orders but doesn't have trouble filling her orders! Of course Etsy has no way of leaving a review unless you actually received the product...no way to warn others about them not providing orders. I contacted Etsy support by chat and was promised it would be looked into and they would get back to me. A week later... nothing! Etsy buyers beware if you don't want your children in tears not receiving gifts they asked for!!

Their site says they will be shipped your order within one day. I placed an order two days ago and it hasn't even been packaged for shipping yet. And they don't respond to my emails. I won't be ordering anything else from this company and I suggest they change their company name from Etsy to Iffy.

Etsys customer service to their sellers is terrible. There is really no consistency in communication. I had an issue with refunding a product to customer. Etsy plays games with sending lame messages through emails which they don’t respond to for several days if at all. Find another platform to list your wares.

No customer service!! I have received the item which is wrong and not as it was advertised. It's not just a small thing, its detail for the car. I have paid also the custom's fee which was not listed by the order! The details are wrong and I cannot send them back. In EU we have the right to send the order back to the seller within 14 days and this rule is not foreseen by Etsy.com. They just closed my case!! Never ever use it again and will recommend to all not to use it!!!

I had a terrible experience with etsy. They showed zero respect to their users and simply banned my account without any email notice or prior notification, and for no reason! After searching, I knew that they do that to accounts from Africa and Asia, and the one in support confirmed that to me. This is a huge red flag and I strongly discourage anyone from using this service. This is completely unacceptable and I will be taking my business elsewhere. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this platform.

Order for a desk placed on 10 November 2022, for delivery before 19 December 2022. To date heard nothing from Etsy, the shop selling the desk, Slatehouse Furniture has posted that it no longer sells through Etsy, who remain silent and uncontactable. I'm starting to think I have been scammed by Etsy. Be warned when buying through Etsy, they are not to be trusted.

Wouldn't even give 1 star!!! Made a few orders with Etsy in the past and not had any problems until this year!! The issue is not so much with the shops (some arr absolutely amazing), its Etsy customer service I rate so poorly! I found them extremely patronising, unhelpful, they try to deflect, contradicting themselves and attempts to pass the blame!! Mo accountability whatsoever!! (I have screenshots of the conversations) My advice would be to look into each shop before your purchase, and be prepared to not get anywhere, if you need to use Etsy customer services! Absolutely shocking!!!
