I tried to purchase an item, but even after using four different payment methods, they cancelled it every time. This company is a fraud. Don't trust them!

I ordered made an order worth over $4000 on Farfetch. Received order confirmation but then a few hours later received another email stating my order has been cancelled as they could not complete a security check with my payment provider (I used a standard VISA credit card). HOWEVER, money was still taken out of my account! I have since been in contact with Farfetch customer services. They have been 1) slow to respond, 2) asking me for further information on things I already provided, and 3) completely ignoring my questions such as: confirming whether I will receive a refund!!!

I placed an order 2FQV8S for fendi slides. When the order confirmation page came up, I realised that the size was wrong. I immediately called customer service to cancel the order(this was 3 minutes after I placed the order). They customer service rep refused to cancel the order and told me I could return it when I receive it. In this day of Covid-19 restrictions everywhere, most companies are trying their best to make life easier for their customers. It seems Farfetch wants to make life more difficult. What is the essence of telling me to go through the trouble and time of a return, when you could have easily cancelled the order? I would have immediately reordered the item in the correct size. Now I will buy it elsewhere, and never use Farfetch again.

Very bad customer service!!! I’ve ordered 1200$ pair of boots, and after 10 days they haven’t shipped them from Khaite US. I wrote an e Mail and asked what’s going on with my order because if I try to track my parcel it says label has been generated but it hasn’t been shipped yet, waiting for courier ...so a lady from Farefetch said no worries your parcel is on your way , it hasn’t been updated yet bla bla ...it’s in transit and ect ...So I call DHL straight away and after investigating they confirmed that courier hasn’t even been there yet , so parcel isn’t shipped ... literally farefetch customer service representatives just trying to lie to you to win some time and in reality they have no idea what’s going on with your parcel. They are very good at taking money though. Disappointing...I hope they finally will resolve my problem or at least give me my money back ...

I recently ordered a handbag as a gift on Farfetch's website and they clearly charge us more than other websites as they claim that it includes custom duty charges, which was acceptable for me. they even claimed that they can deliver within 1 weeks time. Trusting them I had ordered from Farfetch thinking that the gift would arrive on time. Well it did arrive in destination on time, however it is stuck in the customs. Reason being, they shipped the goods with an invoice which doesnt correspond to what I actually paid. I have been contacting their customer support, who seem helpful but I have no news and nothing at all from them. they claim that they will contact DHL and solve the issue and as of now no news yet.

Avoid Farfetch, not trust-worthy at all! If l could give zero star l would give. As a big shopper, l have been shopping in so many sites, but this disappointing case never happened to me with anyone except Farfetch. I ordered Dolce&Gabbana NS1 sneakers. Instead of getting a pair of very expensive sneakers, l got only left sneaker, right hadnt been sent. Contacted customer service, wasnt really helpful. Investigation takes too long and l was left hanging in the air without any solution offered. Strongly suggesting to avoid Farfetch and save yourself all this stress and disappointment.

My first order got cancelled so I called customer service to find out why and they told me that credit card authentication is required. I submitted all the documents and the order still got cancelled. I called again and they told me in fact the credit card authentication was successful and there will be no problem if I place the order again... which I did... and they cancelled my order AGAIN!!! I will never try to purchase anything from this website and will advise everyone not to trust this website.

Beware of Farfetch. I ordered a pair of Yezzy Slides only to receive a fake/replica pair. The slides were obviously a knockoff like you would not believe. Not to mention there was a Stadium Goods tag inside the box. Listen, I can't make this make sense. Why would Farfetch get behind Stadium Goods when everybody and their grandma knows that Stadium Goods is fraud?? I informed the really nice Farfetch representative that they need to do better and cut ties with Stadium Goods. All the rep said was "well we are partnered with them and trust that they are shipping out authentic merchandise". At any rate, she e-mailed me a return shipping label after I requested a full refund. You have been warned and I hope this helps.

Order 2 Gucci items and got only 1. My 980$ Gucci skirt was lost for no reason. Because of Covid I could only let my paid warehouse to help me with receiving my order. It has came to me after more than 2 months with a box of 1 missing item. Im pretty sure there are nothing happened with the warehouse because they provide me the photo of 1-item-parcel that they got. Contacted FF via email and hotline and now I’m very dissapointed. They blamed everything on me without any re-check step with their partner. Farfetch said they have nothing to do with my case because almost 3 months was past by and I cannot believe that such a popular name like Farfetch can be this worst... Dont tell anyone that the customer support staff was very passive-aggressive. Instead of investigating their whole process, they simply suspected me by crime of liar?? Swindle Farfetch, that’s it.

Buy from then if you want to be stolen from… But from them if you want to be stolen from. Bought an expensive skirt off them and returned it. DHL delivered the skirt back to me a few days later. After asking for another returns label and 4 missed collections later I dropped it off at a local collection point. The tracking shows delivered to he destination yet Farfetch refuse to refund. From memory the skirt was well over £200. Taking this up with AMEX now and possibly court to get a refund. Total joke of a company had spent thousands but never using them again.

DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCT IN FARFETCH WEBSITE. THEY SELLING FAKE PRODUCT. I am denunce this website to "Counterfeits and product piracy". I bought 1 per of Hogan shoes that cost me $380. When the product arrived i was so happy that came so fast so, i ordered 2 more pares of hogan shoes. When i used the shoes, i realized the hogan shoes that i bought from Farfetch was not comfortable like the original ones(i have few more pares that i bout from hogan Store in Italy and from others website) , the leather was not qualify, the shoes was crochet and the shoes sole was terrible made, compered with my original ones. Them i log in Farfetch website and look the ditail from the other 2 pares that i ordered. One of them was the new interactive sneakers, spring-summer collection 2021, price $459; color white; outer:leather 100%; sole:rubber 100%; lining:leather and suede. Designer Style ID: HXW00N00E30KLAB001. So i took the ID style and contact Hogan because the same ID style in the hogan website did not match because i hogan website this is style did nothave suede on it. Something was fishing, so i called the Company Hogan and i gave the reference to them and they wrote me back telling me the new collection spring-sommer 2021 with that ID style doesn't have suede. This product was not a Hogan product. I was so furious, i canceled my order. I contact Farfetch and they told me they sale only original thing , from the boutique store. I asked them the boutique name, telecon and email adresse, because i will contact this store. after that Farfetch never contacted me back me again. And Now i have a Fake shoes that i paid a full price of an original one. Look at the picture, the brown one is from Farfetch(the fake one) and the white is the original. Be careful do not buy nothing for this website.

The worst customer service ever, to exchange an item which was incorrectly advertised snd promoted wrongly. This is burberry shirt. The tell you the partners need to check but yet the partners advice u its farfetch. Never ever would i thjnk of purchasing an item from them again. Not even a proper apology or discount nothing just sorry but this is our excahnge policy. Well yr exchange policy im sure u make commission from these items. The worst service. Never order from them again.

I purchased a purse on Farfetch and it's been two months but I still haven't received the item. Customer service was responsive at the start - that they will undertake an investigation which may take up to 15 days. 15 days later, I asked for an update. I demanded a refund (USD 2,085.80). I have been repeatedly asking for an update since then but still haven't gotten a response.

They just try their best to avoid refunds Anything They blame DHL all of the time, I am trying to get a refund for a purchase that stayed at customs for two months due to Brexit, I live in Greece I immediately asked for the product to be returned and their customerservice is just bluntly lying to me again ang again, every week via phone and email I even had DHL email them, but still nothing over 1000 euros, they are just terrible I will never use them again, only LYST from now on

I wanted to treat my partner to a purse. So I bought her a jimmy choo one. On the day of delivery the parcel was signed by someone I don't know so I contacted farfetch immediately and they couldn't even supply the address of where the parcel was delivered too. After a investigation they came back with a cheeky simple email saying sorry no refund as it was delivered to shipping address. I'm still fighting to get my refund since January. I will do all I can to get this back and warn potential customers about this. Its not isolated either many have been in this situation. Its not fair I've lost £355.

I purchased a brand new pair of Chloe boots that were damaged. Farfetch has asked that I get them repaired!! The worst customer service department I have ever come across. Be very vary of purchases through this company. I would have given a "0" star if it was an option.

Farfetch lost my parcel with shoes and now they trying to put all the responsibility on me. They are not going to refund my money or look for the parcel. Customer service manager referred to the section 8 from the terms and conditions: The estimated delivery date of the products will be stated in your order confirmation email. If you do not receive an estimated delivery date from us, we will deliver the order within 30 days after the date of dispatch. We (and not the Partners) supply delivery services to you and we will try to ensure that your order is delivered by the estimated delivery date if given,) but there may be circumstances where delivery is delayed because of events beyond our reasonable control (please see section 15 below for further information). If this happens, we will try and arrange for your products to be delivered as soon as possible, but we will not be liable to you for any losses caused as a result of such delay. Basically they are not responsible for the delivery or what they are delivering. If you planning to order from this shop think twice. This may gonna happen to you as well.
