I don't understand the numerous negative reviews. I ordered from Far Farfetch twice already and they were shipped to Philippines in less than 2 weeks through DHL. Both items (Off-white bags) are absolutely authentic and no damages. //KT

I CALLED IN TODAY, IM PRIVATE CLIENT - MARIA WHO ANSWER THE PHONE - DID NOT TRY TO HELP ME SENDING MESSAGE TO FINANCIAL DEPARTMENT - I SIMPLY ASKED HER TO EMAIL THEM IN MY BEHALF ABOUT RETURN AND REFUND - SHE SAID SE WILL NOT DO IT - AND SHE SAID "IM HANGING UP " AND SHE HANG UP. SOOO UNPROFESSIONAL! STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!

Very horrible and awful experience and I would say NEVER buy from Farfetch!!! I previously purchased something from Farfetch in Germany and unfortunately the size of the clothes did not fit. I applied for a return from Farfetch and requested for a pickup, as this was an option on their website. On the day of the pickup came the delivery man who picked up the parcel for return. Until this moment, everything went smoothly, however, 2 weeks later, I found out that Farfetch has never received the retoure product. We tried to ask them to check their received packages or check with DHL. They came back saying that they simply don't have the package and neither does DHL. In the end, they did not willing to offer any help and only blame for DHL not providing any details. Of course the reimbursement of €450 of my return is never happened. I have contacted their customer centre (mail & call) at least 5 times but ALL ending up with the same result, and they just copy-past to reply me. Now I am still trying to get more information from DHL by myself, but it's very difficult. I can't believe how IRRESPONSIBLE Farfetch is regarding the fact that they were the one who sent the delivery man for pickup and now the package is gone after the handover, they don't want to have anything to do with it. Farfetch sent the DHL and even DHL lost the package or didn't want to take responsibility, shouldn't the seller/retailer Farfetch own up to their customers? How ridiculous Farfetch claims itself as a luxurious website, but their customer service is definitely worse than cheesy market. If you still do buy from Farfetch, do wish for a smooth delivery without the need of retoure.

DONNOT BUY ANYTHING FROM FARFETCH! They will short you on reimbursements, they will cancel your order without informing you or offering a suitable solution. They will not update you on delivery unless you chase them! They have stolen 200€ (Ordered on 2 different accounts) from me! NEVER AGAIN.

My boyfriend bought me a Fendi ring from Farfetch, this ring has gone all brassy and turns my finger green!! We have enailed Farfetch and tried to get the issue resolved but they do not like to respond to issues clearly!! Do not buy from this company, feel totally ripped off!!

Preordered yeezy gap in March, order cancelled in august and still waiting for a refund for an order they couldn’t even fulfil. Will never purchase again from Farfetch. Still no refund or item after 2 months of following up.

I feel completely ROBBED by Farfetch. I ordered two bracelets, one got lost in transit and I was refunded. The second arrived a week after purchase and when I opened up the parcel, the Jil Sander box was empty. Obviously astonished, I rang Farfetch customer service immediately and was told to send photos of the parcel for an investigation. Three weeks later and after several emails and calls, I was told sorry we can’t refund you, the boutique store insist they packed the bracelet. The investigation concluded that the parcel weighed the same on leaving the boutique as it did when it arrived with me. It’s not rocket science to work out that an empty parcel is going to weight same at it’s departure point as it is at its arrival point. But Farfetch didn’t investigate enough and didn’t care when I protested. My word was pitted against that of the boutique partner Eraldo, a position I never asked to be in but was put in through their own inefficacy. My case is now closed as far as they are concerned and I am out of pocket by a considerable amount and have no bracelet. Unacceptable. Will never be purchasing from them again and would not trust them to sort out any major issue. What incensed me even more was despite my obvious massive loss of both money, time and item, they kept saying have a wonderful day 😡.

This app popped up on my Facebook page. I decided to look into it. Why in the hell are sneakers that are still in the stores at a extremely lower price almost double or more on this site? That makes no sense to me. Then I started reading these reviews. I'm happy I did not order from them. Big Red flag

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes from Farfetch and both pairs were too small. I arranged for a return and they were picked up by DHL. One pair was refunded in a timely manner. The other pair took longer to be received by the "seller" which wasn't Farfetch, but a shop that they contracted with in Europe. The shop in Europe received the shoes on 8/5/22. I contacted Farfetch on 9/16/22 about my refund. Farfetch said that there was damage to the orginal shoe box and they were trying to work out a deal with the "seller". Over the next month, I called and emailed constantly and had either no response, excuses, or promises to escalate the matter. The box had no damage when I received it or mailed it back. In double checking the return policy for shoes it does not state that there cannot be any damage to the shoe box. It only says the shoes must be in the original box and have a protective box around it. The shoes were in perfect condition. It is now 10/4/22 and I am without my $160.00 and the "seller" has the shoes. Basically, I feel like Farfetch has stolen my money. Please make sure you read all reviews and google this company. There are far more bad reviews than good. I will never do business here again.

When buying shoes, in particular, guidance should more clear with respect to how sizes run (for example, a size 10 in Italy is not the same as a size 10 in US). Secondly, the exchange policy you offer is too strict for American consumers. Just take a cue from the majority of retailers in the US...most offer 30 days return policies (minimum) and even lengthier periods for exchanges/credit. Lastly, your stringent return policy should be printed on the customer's email receipt upon purchase, not lost in the fine print of "terms and conditions".

I had success ordering from Farfetch until recently. I had an order dating to August 11th with 3 items with 2 of them delivering within 7-10 days as expected. The final item continued to say "issue with delivery" so I wrote in the first time to customer service 2 weeks after order and from that point until today spent over an hour on hold and on calls and over a dozen emails later and the only thing they could tell me today is they are going to have the item sent back to their shipper and credit me the invoice - so I don't get my item I desire at all. They site that the COURIER tried to reach me several times - UNTRUE. They site that I did not reply to emails - UNTRUE - they apologize for issue but 2 of 3 items got to me from same order without issue. Oh well I guess I will find the jeans elsewhere.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I wish I have done my research. I order a YSL handbag 8 days ago. Still not receiving it. I tried emails / calls no one response to me whatsoever. The tracking number they provide automatically via email shows my order has been return back to shipper. I’m traveling at the moment and leaving the current address in 3 days. I sent them multiple urgent email to explain my situation no one cares. What’s going on? When you pay so much money you really expect to at least have decent customers service. Their website says respond to your email within 24 hours- LIE. Delivery date -LIE. Basically if you buy something, no matter what happens they will not give you any answer or solution. You are on your own and pray you are loosing your money over nothing.

I received an email welcoming me to Farfetch and thanking me for creating an account. I’ve never heard of this place and I didn’t sign up for it. I’m wondering now how they received my email address. I thought I was being spammed so I looked them up and found all of these complaints. I’m sure, now, that I am being spammed.

I bought a Bottega Veneta loop handbag that was too small to fit my phone and poor quality (the leather was peeling) so I promptly requested a return and sent it back. A few weeks passed and I never got my money back. I contacted Farfetch and AFTER A FEW WEEKS of keeping the item they found a damage on it and refused my return! Apparently it was shipped by some small boutique in Italy not a BV warehouse directly that I wasn't aware of! The attached photo is the boutique evidence, they circled a half of the bag as "damaged" and sent that to Farfetch to SCAM me. Fortunately I took a photo of the bag after I received it and it has the same defect (peeling leather paint) they accused me of! Currently in the dispute process with my bank, fighting to get my money back. STAY AWAY

The return process is TERRIBLE and PAINFUL! DHL and their website both showed the return was delivered and received but no further action has been processed! Called and Emailed for 3 weeks now and they always told me they are investigating and would contact me if there is an update!! Feel like I have been ripped off.

Ordered pair of shoes and did receive wrong size . After returning and refund ordered again and after waiting for weeks and info that they have ben shipped they canceled the order and refunded the money . Terrible experience.
