Returns! What a joke!!! The only company to ever deny a return. Because my return was just outside the strict 14 days, they won’t refund or exchange. I’m now left with an item I don’t want for £260

I was surprised that I am not alone with my problem. I also received an empty package and was refused a refund. They just wrote me that seller put the bracelet in the box and box was not damaged by the delivery service. But how Furfetch checked this? it is seems that Farfetch does not care about customer‘s safety.

I am very disappointed with my purchase. It looks fake!!! 1) The bag has come with a cropped(cut) label. 2) the bag is not strait 3) There is no mirror 4) The color is not red, it's a crimson color 5) The hanger has different shapу regarding official web-sit ˆ) Its even difficult to open

Avoid at all costs. Farfetch insists on an open-box policy when returning goods to them, which their courier checks before accepting the parcel. In full compliance with their returns policy, I left the parcel open for the courier to check, he accepted it, and left with it. I was contacted after returning an item to be told that it was missing from the parcel. Farfetch have now refused to offer me a refund, and I'm now having to resolve the issue through Trading Standards. This is a massive oversight in their corporate processes, and it is complete insanity to think they can routinely treat consumers like this.

I am extremely disappointed with Farfetch. It was my first time ordering with them, thinking it will be an easy and successful procedure, as I’ve seen many people order and read good reviews. However, it turned out to be such a disappointment!! Firstly, I ordered an item with Farfetch. The money clearly went from my bank account. However, I received an email from Farfetch stating that my order has been cancelled as they didn’t receive the money?! So, I rang my bank (as you would normally do) and they have informed me that the money has been taken from my account by Farfetch?! As you can tell, I was very frustrated by this! Secondly, I was contacted by Farfetch articulating that there was an error in the system and I should order again. So I did (bare in mind I still haven’t received my refund for the first order) Finally, I ordered for the second time and they stated that there was a problem with the payment - and to send a picture of my personal ID and my bank card?!!! I’m sorry, but this is the customers confidential data which is personally kept ONLY to the CARD HOLDER without anyone’s permission. By Law, under The Data Protection Act. My money has gone from my account twice. I am finding it hard to understand, as to why this has become a huge situation?! I await for my TWO refunds for BOTH my orders!! I am definitely NOT a happy customer and will NOT be purchasing anything in the future!!

Farfetch refuses a refund and will not reveal how they checked whether the boutique actually send an empty box. DHL from their side tells that the package weight is below 0.5 kg and they cannot track whether the sender send the package empty. This whole policy of leaving numerous boutiques on their own to send the goods leaves so much space for errors and disappointed customers. However, Farfetch will never bear any financial consequences.

Do not order from here ! I ordered my trainers for 570£ last week ! Still no order received and still no update The worst company I have ordered from as I have had no updates no emails nothing. I have still not received a refund and now the company have blocked me out the website so I can’t even see my order.

Scam site! I urge you not to purchase from this site. Just spent 90 minutes on the phone with customer service to report that my supposedly new Givenchy bag arrived without its original packaging, tags, box, protection labels nor any guarantee of authenticity. Upon complaint the only thing they could do is to provide a full refund. They told me they are not able to guarantee the original packaging on any of their bags. Even though this is not mentioned in their T&C’s. The customer service rep. said it is stated in the FAQs and for them this is good enough. @givenchyofficial is therefore also not able to guarantee authenticity of this bag, they could only advice me to return the goods and told me I should be weary. Conclusion: Please do not pay full price on a possibly counterfeit bag! Just take the effort and purchase it in store! @farfetch is not willing to do anything about it or take responsibility. They only care about false advertising and money scams. ▶️ I have no warranty of even getting a refund on my money as the T&Cs for returning goods state that the bag should be delivered in its original packaging. Which I ironically don’t have 🤣

People, please save your money and DO NOT buy from this shop! Total scam!! i added product to my shopping bag , price was ~266EUR, webshop offered extra 30% off and cost came to ~195EUR (nice, right?!). i was able to fill in all the information, my contact data, etc. i chose IDEAL as payment, and the second i pressed GO AHEAD , it gave me an error that something went wrong and i have to restart... i did and price INCREASED with +100EUR.....this is ridiculous, i understand completely that offers change and shop is allowed to change prices both in plus or minus direction, but not when your client in the process of buying something..... if i am pressing to check out, you cannot do it in the middle of my purchase!!!! this is just outrageous, same as if i would stand in the line of the shop and at the cash box, they tell that shop changed mind and now i have to pay more.... i was doing the whole procedure for literally 3 minutes.... NEVER AGAIN THIS SHOP, what a scam....

I ordered an expensive designer bag but received a pair of shoes worth about 5% of what I paid for. Despite their delivery error customers service is slow to help. The returns process is opaque- there are no updates from Farfetch, I had to call daily to chase. I have sent back the item 2 weeks ago but am still waiting for a refund. All they can advise you is to ‘wait a few more days’ and apparently are unable to do more than ‘email the boutique’. I am beginning to think I may have to resort to court action for my money.
