Beware buying items from Farfetch which are sourced in Europe. Their site states all duties paid but on each item ordered I have then received a demand from DHL to pay duty/taxes. On contacting FarFetch when they finally got back to me they said they would address issue with delivery company but have failed to do so and are now refusing to refund whilst goods are in transit. Poor service and I recommend you keep to companies who have proper arrangements in place post Brexit i.e. Matches

I purchased $1000 Rick owens coat in November. Start wearing in December when noticed bad feathers leak. Customerservice did nothing and claimed from use and wear.

Once you pay they do not have a handle on what happens to the package and horrible zero customer service when you reach out to them. Stay away!!

I placed two order within last week on Farfetch, and both were cancelled for no reason. My credit card went through, but they said they couldn’t reach the payer. Terrible website. I wish there was an option for negative stars.

I have ordered 2 sunglasses, and only one came. The box was small so it was not possible to put both in them, even DHL have confirmed that-but still fighting more than a month for a refund.

I ordered two pairs of sunglasses, one they cancelled because it was sold out (yeah, they sold the same pair for many people, not being able to deliver to all), second one is past due time to deliver and was not even shipped yet, order status says "preparing order", it's been two weeks and my item was not shipped. I contacted them with no reply. Will have to open dispute with paypal to get refunded.

I placed an order and for no reason it was cancelled because they sent me an email saying it could not be verified. Never had this issue before. Reading the reviews below I think this is a fraudulent website.

NEVER AGAIN. (order no. SBKYSG) I placed an order on 28.12.2020 with 2 pair of shoes. Until today 10 days are passed... - The order has not shipped. - I have no idea if and when the order will ship. - I made at least 10 messages with no reply. (one reply saying we will get back to you and refunding the shipping cost) - I called 3 times their helpline in NY and waited each time 30 min with the music with nobody picking up spending a considerable amount of money on international call. - I cannot cancel the order because the order is supposedly under preparation and their policy is not to cancel once the order is under preparation. So basically, I was ripped of EUR 1.300,- (I am saying ripped now because after 10 days they should have shipped, give me an explanation or refunded the amount of the order: none of the these happened) I do not know what else to do. It is a lesson for me to not trust the internet companies...

Attempted to use FarFetch for the first time after eyeing items for a while... hesitant(and now glad I took this route) I used their Klarna services to make the payment indirectly. Order was cancelled BY FARFETCH for no reason other than could not authorize method of payment. Trusting Klarna’s reputation over FF I dealt and explained the situation to Klarna and was informed the order appeared still processing on their end, but they would close out the order and issue my installment refund. Thank GOD I did not make a full payment directly with FarFetch and it was just a partial payment that I am able to have refunded. First attempt at using Klarna and FarFetch and now seeing how FF operates will never attempt another order. I would recommend Klarna ends contract with FarFetch IMMEDIATELY to save reputation with so many other retail financing/installment pay services available flawlessly available on the market.

Very bad experience. I bought for 2.5 K $. One item was not fit for me, so I tried sending it back via the app. The app told me someone would come pick it up, but no one came. I then sent 3 messages to Farfectch via their app, but got no answers. I finally reached out to their support department via theiur website on a PC. They finally answered me, they basically told me that since it was past 14 days, they could not do anything for me. They would not listen to me at all. I told them it was my 4th message to them and that my 3 previous one where left unanswered, but they would not listen. So 600$ in the garbage, basically. Order number : RK4FV6

Placed order for pair of boots 400.00$ receiver confirmation # . Minute later cancelled blamed my back contacted my back no problems card processing company cleared the amount .was told by Far Fetch their system had a glitch are you serious ? Called back cancelled card straight away. THANK GOD my bank thought that was odd i agree taking no chances these people are clearly crooked and will set you up to steal your money .i suggest stay far the ---- away!!!!

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM FARFETCH.COM I LOST $1,600 and they refuse to return the money to me. I purchased a $1,600 Off-White bag from the website directly on October 19. When I got the bag it came with a security tag on it so I decided to refund it. Farfetch provided me with a return PDF to print with a waybill number on it. I returned it November 9th. When I called to follow up with the refund 2 weeks later, they said it’s lost in transit and told me to wait. Two weeks later they emailed and they said they followed all their steps so it was not their fault and decide to close the case and refuse the refund of $1,600. When she called DHL they said the waybill number was incorrect and said it was from Mexico to Mexico. So Farfetch messed up and refuse to fix the issue.

They're not giving me a refund for the items I sent back. Customer service is not helpful. I have the proof that they received the items back, but Farfetch is not taking any responsibility that you'll get your money back.

Fraudsters, avoid at all costs. I cannot comment on the quality of their products, but the review is based on my experience dealing with their support and finance team. Last week I had my bank card details stollen and a few orders were made on the FarFetch site using it (three orders, made using PayPal, within a 10 minutes timeframe, for about £550 in total). I called their support the next morning, explained the situation and provided all the details I was asked for, hoping they will be able to identify the fraudulent transactions and cancel/refund them. Contrary to that, I was being ignored and put on hold for a few days, and finally when they have confirmed that the fraudulent transactions were identified in their system (5 days after I reported them), they are stating that they cannot block them and refund the payments as the orders were already dispatched. I am initiating a chargeback request with them now (and my bank is telling me it's 99% sure we will win the disputes), but that's a totally unacceptable customer service, and I will never buy something from them.

I ordered an expensive dress snd then returned it without opening the box because I had tried on a dress by the same designer and learned this designers dresses were made for a tall woman. I am short. It has been a month and no refund. I keep being told refund processing is delayed because of covid. Don’t deal with this company. I disputed the charge with my credit card company.

Purchase was smooth as can be. Sadly, I did not look at all the negative reviews until I had placed the order and then I panicked bc I was definitely planning to return the items that didn’t fit and had ordered multiple sizes and styles... Turns out y’all were right. Panic was justified: As ALL the reviews have stated: product quality was not remotely as advertised. I ordered from il gulfo expecting Italian material and craftsmanship only to find it was made in Vietnam... I ordered Chloe and it was made in China. I kept something that was probably fake too but at least it was mediocre quality, just overpriced bc it wasn’t the brand it claimed to be. Next the most important reason (besides they sell fakes) for one star: the returns process is a nightmare. Judging from the reviews, I’m not the only one. They pretend they don’t receive things when dhl clearly shows it was delivered. They charge for return shipping without telling you clearly upfront and then they conveniently have excuses rather than process the return and credit you back. Someone (usually Tatiana) answers the phone when you call but then it is a run around, no apologies, no service and you’re left holding the expensive, fake bag to get your money back. Very unfortunate, stressful experience. To echo everyone else — SHOP ELSEWHERE. Not worth it. Hopefully I’ll get my credit but a month later, still no.

My delivery date was changed and was delivered without a signature about time I got home it was stolen off my porch I called immediately and reported it. I was told wait 15 days for an investigation to be emailed later 16 days later to say they would not replace my merchandise or give me a refund when I clearly didn’t ask for a refund. So now I’m without my merchandise and 630 dollars. I do not recommend you all order from this website.

Ordered 3 products and should’ve read reviews first... definitely most expensive item was fake. Supposed to be handmade in Italy and the tag inside said it was made in Madagascar. Next returns process was horrific. Not sure I’ll get money back and it’s been weeks. Plus they say free shipping and returns but then they charge you for returns. Wtf. Go elsewhere. Zero stars.
