Ordered the Black Friday sale and discount didn’t come off customer service wasn’t helpful at all.... it’s a shame because I really like their clothes however I wish customer service was more helpful and nicer..

First time ordering. Submitted the code that is listed all over the website for 50% off. I saw my order price reduce by 50%. But then when my order processed, it charged my credit card the whole amount, without the discount. If I thought they were going to double my charges I would not have picked so many outfits. Other companies give you time after an order to update the billing, this company somehow does not. Seems like a scam. First time customer, not going to deal with this company again in the future.

Second time I’ve ordered from overseas and tried to activate the e-gift card which was a store credit because I had to send one of my last purchase back , ended up costing me more than the store credit I got to send back . On my second purchase the e-gift card would not activate at checkout when I contacted them through email kept getting the same blurb from six different customer service personnel all saying same thing use different device clear cache it will show at the end of order explained done all this but never comes off the end price straight away the e-gift card comes up invalid . They have made it very clear they will not reimburse my credit card another $300 down the drain. Worst customer service wont order again don’t think I’ll ever order from an company in America this is the second one I’m having trouble getting my money back from . Safer to shop in your own country as your protected by consumer affairs. Fashion Nova are rip offs with the worst customer service which is obvious as they have so many different people to answer the complaints must be getting plenty of disgruntled customers

I've ordered from fashion Nova before and I'm never had issues. But I ordered for their black Friday sale and it was the worst experience I've ever had I'm completely DONE ordering from them ever again. They charged me for customs on their website, then omitted that information to the carrier delivering the package and then insisted on me paying twice for customs. They refused to contact the carrier and let them know that I have paid instead took the money in their pockets. They don't offer you ANY FORM OF REFUND only store credit. so I ended up paying $400 for clothes that I didn't even get to where because I wasn't paying an extra $99 of customs. So now I'm out $400 with no clothes, and a gift card that I'm probably not going to use because I'm so f****** tired of dealing with them and calling them over the same issue. I'm never ordering here again. This was such a waste of my time.

The return policy is horrible I am sceptical of companies that don't allow you to speak to a live person.. Will NEVER order again.

The discounts are lies, all the "buy 1 get one free" NO. You pay for both 😆 the 30% off and the "discounts" they always do, i ALWAYS pay full price lmao. The clothes arent awful (3stars) but the discounts are a joke.

Please I advise you to shop from that website with CAUTION, no customer service should their system glitch . You as the customer will suffer big time , you will Lose your money

They failed to deliver my package to Europe and now they will not give me back my money, even though the package was returned to them and they confirmed that it was returned. I cannot place a new order because Fashion Nova cannot deliver to Europe without extra costs for the customer (about $50,00). I just want my MONEY BACK $160,00. I ordered this package in june, and have been emailing about the fact that I never got the parcel. Now 5 months later they gave me a gift card, but I don’t want this...

Fashion Nova is a scam and they are thieves who do not pay for shipping. They have on their website free shipping to US and CANADA, mind you, I paid for shipping to Canada in 1 day. Fashion Nova chose to send my package by DHL where I am being charged an extra $73 CAD on top of the money I wasted with them. DO NOT BUY FROM FASHION NOVA IF YOU LIVE IN CANADA. THEY ARE THIEVES Amazon has never charged me a customs fee nor the many other sites in the states that I order from. DO NOT BUY FROM FASHION NOVA THEY ARE GARBAGE

I use to only buy my clothes from fashionnova. But I've noticed that their clothes has been getting smaller. Their 3x is now the equivalent to a 1x. And don't think about returning because you have to pay to ship it back and only get store credit.

Hit and Miss with the clothes fitting and looking right. Return process is horrible! You have to wait almost a month for a Damn store credit! I don’t think I will be ordering from them again!

I have never ordered from fashion nova before and decided to give it a try. First time I ordered a shirt and pant set to only have it be extremely see through and the inside of the thighs already having holes! This was about a year ago never ordered anything from them again. I decided this time to give them a second chance and ordered my baby shower dress to only be emailed saying that my order is delayed and they are unable to provide me a tracking number or any information in regards to when i would receive it. Extremely disappointed as I now have to go out and look for another dress for my event! It’s been 10 days now and I’ve been getting emails from Different customer service workers giving me the run around and still no tracking information or any information in regards to my order placed! I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated at this point and will never ever be ordering from this site again nor recommend it to anyone as it was a huge disappointment and let down!

ABSOLUTELY NOT. Two packages went missing, one of them they never issued refund (I let it go), second one was the same issue. Customer service robots just respond with a 25% discount code which you can get on their cheap-o site at any point in time anyways.

Huge issue with Delivery career! If I could give 0 star then would be perfect! I am dealing with delivery issue. It's been more than 7 business days now and no update for delivery. Fashion Nova customer care is not fabulous according to their voice message on the phone. They don't know what's going on, and after this long time one of the customer rep sent me an email regarding the lost/damage form that I should fill out! Investigation takes 30 business days?!!! Really guys? I ordred clothes for an important event, I spent money and now I should wait for 30 business days to even get my money back? The funny thing is even the shipping career doesn't have update where the hell package is! I asked to talk to supervisor or manager regarding this issue but the guy who named Braulio and was really rude said supervisor can not do anything for you! I am not looking for any credit or refund, I just wanna the clothes that I ordered. I even told him, I can reorder clothes and when the first package arrives return one of them, just provide free shipping to me! you can use the standard shipping in the website! Also, the most worth thing that peaces me off was the guy said we are not responsible for shipping issue! really??Are you kidding me? when I am placing order you guys use cheap and low quality shipping! Fashion Nova customer service is not responsible and caring! sorry but 0 star! You guys should care about your customers not because famous people use this brand don't care about other customers!

Im not usually one to shop online for clothes, since I'm so small, but, when I saw a dress on your site I had to have it! I recieved my order just days after ordering! And the product!!! Omg am I in love! The fit is perfect, the fabric is so nice, and the dress its self is georgeous!!!! I am so obsessed with it! Definitely will shop here again! 10/10

Your ads on our phone are unwanted & worse non-stop. My wife & I have repeatedly ask that you stop & our requests are ignored! Even if your clothes were free we wouldn't be interested. They look cheep & trashy. My wife can wear out holes in her jeans fast enough, she doesn't need help from you. Why would we buy NEW clothes w/so many holes already in them? They don't even look sexy, even to a guy. With so much skin hanging out there leaves nothing to the imagination. Please stop wasting our time & yours. It makes you look desperate for business. Horrible customer service. When you contact them you get generic automatic messages. Once you order they don’t care about you as a customer. They need to give the delivery company feed back not to leave packages at the door especially if you have a front office and a luxer box.

Fashion nova was horrible to me. This was my very first clothing order on line and I was looking forward to waring my dress for Thanksgiving. They shipped it to the wrong address and it got sent back to them. But they took my money for sur and I got no package. I’m reporting them to the Better Business Bueau.
