I placed an order from them and changed the address in the shipping area to the correct address. Once the order was placed, it reverted back to my old address so I reached out to them about changing the address. Literally 2 hours after the order was placed and they state that they cannot change the address which means that I won't receive the items. So then I quickly re order and verify the address change, and once again, it reverted back to my old address. This is now 2 orders that they state that they cannot change, basically immediately after the order was placed.
So then I ask to cancel the orders. Guess what? They can't cancel the orders either. So now I have 2 orders that I cannot receive and cannot cancel when just ordered. So then I ask, if I by some chance can get the packages shipped to me from my old address that they are shipping it to, can I return them for a refund. Guess what again? No refunds. Only store credits.
Terrible company to deal with. Now I'm out 300 dollars and won't receive the items, and even if I did, no refund.

Fashionnova is crazy! I saw a pink jumpsuit on their website in December for about 35.00, now today I am seeing that very same jumpsuit for 64.00 and there is a notification next to it saying buy one get one free!! I was totally appalled because all they did was up the prize of the jumpsuit and now claiming if you buy one you get one frre..RIDICULOUS!! It just means that if you do pay the 64.00 for the jumpsuit you are basically buying two jumpsuits at the original price of 34.00..That is so underhanded....that is why I will choose SHEIN ANYDAY OVER FASHIONNOVA. Shein do not play those sneaky deceiving games as Fashionnova does.

The Worst Customer Service in the Whole World!!!!! I’ve been a FN customer the past 5 years and I ordered more than 70 times from that site. A few days ago I ordered two items and then I received an email that one of them got cancelled. I did the order specifically for that item. Fashionnova decided to refund me for that specific item and proceed with the order with the other remaining item without asking me if I'm interested in the order as it is now or not. They didn’t even bother asking me if I’m interested in replacing it in another item. I asked to cancel my order because it was not what I order and the item I really wanted apparently was out of stock before I ordered it, and they insolently said they can’t cancel my order although it was their mistake! I was extremely disappointed and contacted their customer service 5 times and all the 5 representatives are either ignorant or pretended to be ignorant and responded with ignorance and irrelevance to my request in order to go around the issue and to proceed with the order. I asked 5 times to be contacted by a manager, and I never have. I’ve had issues with them in the past, but this time, they by far crossed the line and I’m going to spread the word everywhere!! They’ve just lost a very valuable customer, whom of course, they don’t value at all.

Do mot return 2 orders in same package uou will never get your money and loose drastically! Im so frustrated with this company no customer service number to call and only email ans you get nothing can’t even intercept the package to get the items out! Will never order another item from this company!

I purchased a few items but the size showed up differently after it was processed . Contacted customer service immediately and was told it was too late to cancel or change my order. It hadn’t even been 5 minutes. Their customer service is crappy then they want you to pay for returning the items. What a waist of time. Also they did not honor the extra 10% off on a future order as promised. They only care about sales any issue you have you are on your own . All you will receive is automatic messages and excuses.

Same review as everyone else. Package never delivered and terrible customer service with actually no service. They refused to contact their carrier and investigate further. Conclusion : I lost 85 $ that they refuse to reimburse. They only issued me a 15$ gift card lol after several emails. It was my first time shopping here and I can assure you that this company is a joke and a scam, do NOT purchase from this website if you don't want to loose your money over nothing.

Items we purchased were horribly made. When I returned it I discovered that they don’t issue refunds just store credit. Horrible company with horrible policies.

Lasership said they delivered my packages to my front door which is a lie. They only way this delivery company could have gotten through my gates to get through my apartments is by calling my phone to get buzzed in my gates. I have sent fashion nova 15 emails letting them know about my product and they are refusing to give my money back. Who has $85 bucks to just give away to a company. Fashion nova is out here scamming people out of money and it’s not fair. Then I was sent a email saying they will give a 1 time courtesy for $75 on a gift card. Like wtf that is not all of my money I spent. I paid for two pair of boots and that’s what I should have gotten. Fashion Nova is using a Delivery company that many of people have complained about and yet nothing is being done. I highly suggest that anyone that is experiencing the same situation with fashion Nova file a complaint with the BBB which is what I will be doing. This company is a scam and it’s disgusting especially during the holidays. I will never buy anything else from Fashion Nova. The nerve of This company to only issue a gift card for half of the price of what I paid. Fashion Nova need to be shut down immediately.

Fashion nova needs to dismiss lasership as their delivery service. They take picture of delivered, but pkg never delivered. We also, filed a complaint with lasership and no response yet.....

Is it legal to withhold customer's funds when orders are delivered to the wrong address!!!!. IF YOU HAVE FUNDS TO GAMBLE WITH ONLINE, FEEL FREE TO ORDER FROM FASHIONNOVA I purchased a lot of items from this company and separated them into three orders. One of my order was delivered to me and the other two were incorrectly delivered by their courier to a different address. I reached out to the shipper for proof of delivery. The pictures provided by the courier have been emailed to FASHIONNOVA. The proof of delivery clearly shows that my items were delivered to two different houses, my home and an unknown address. I have reached out on several occasions for my refund but I am yet to receive any viable response. There is no live chat or phone number, just an automated email response from an unknown customer service representative. I am being penalized for error made by their shipper. I am about to loose over $300 dollars. AGAIN, DO NOT ORDER FROM THE ONLINE STORE.. IF YOU HAVE ISSUES, YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN.

Package was never delivered and i keep getting the run around from both fashionNoVa and the shipping company….they lost a loyal customer and y’all go ahead and keep buying if you want. It’s only a matter of time til they steal from you too.

Terrible customer service. I asked about my order that appeared to be stuck and was told it was processed and would be arriving on time. Date given for delivery I emailed and my items I ordered almost 3 weeks before Christmas was cancelled due to system error. Not receiving my gifts and waiting 7 business days for a refund. Y’all suck.

Absolutely hate fashionnova and they’re customer service, nice clothes but no refunds, exchanges only and you have to pay for the return shipping. My package said delivered and I reported it to the carrier they said it was lost on their end but since it said delivered it was none of their concern. Really hate them honestly and barely shop there unless it’s an allbsolute must have

I reached out to Fashion Nova about their carrier said they delivered my package to the leasing office...but my office say they have not received anything. They sent me a general email saying that my package was delivered on this date and check my neighbors and carrier (mind you this is their carrier of choice...LSO) and good luck locating my package. I will not be ordering from them again, never had a problem before but this experience has changed my mind.

I had never purchased from them before but saw them advertised a lot on social media. My first thought was their promotions never materialized or were a bit deceptive. I hit the bullet and took advantage of a sale and purchased 4 items. Items took a very long time to arrive and 2 out of the 4 do not fit (smaller than their size char indicates), 1 Fits great but looks nothing like the outfit does online and the last one is so difficult to put on and take off you literally need someone with you. Decided to try and return 3 out of the 4 but I’d have to pay for shipping to return them and they don’t even issue refunds. I’d be stuck having to buy more stuff from them even though I would probably never shop heee again. Customer service is non existent.

I placed an order that the delivery service confirmed that they took to the wrong address and was unable to retrieve it when they went back. Fashionnova keeps saying they confirmed my order was delivered to me, but ONTRAC says they were never called by Fashionnova because if they were they would get the report. I forward the email to Fashionnova that they sent me that says as much and says Fashionnova should reimburse me, but they won't even contact ONTRAC and refuse to reimburse or credit my order. This is HORRIBLE and i will not let it go!

The worse company ever!! I already had a bad experience with them last year. But this time I ordered about 20 items since 30/11 and received only 3 of them Today the 12/15 (which is 2 weeks later). Where are my other stuff? When I want to cancel the order they only offer to email me an e-gift card once they receive the package back. This is a big scam.
