I got everything correct and everything fit very snug which is no problem I'll just order a size up next time but I absolutely loved everything. Sizes correct and love the shoes I got too. Shipping was fast and on time(paid for 1 day shipping) THANK YOU FASHION NOVA.

My boyfriend always orders really cute clothes from Fashion Nova for me, but this most recent order will be the last time because of the customer service I received. I got the run around via email for a week. The Fashion Nova customer service line is not helpful. The first woman acted like I was an idiot and then hung up on me in the middle of reading my order number. The second lady said that she resent my e-gift card and I didn't receive it. I continued to email and finally got my e-gift card today. Sucks because their clothes are so cute, but I'm not going to support a company that doesn't treat their customers with respect.

I shopped frequently with them spent a lot of money, I returned a returnable item it was verified by the post office that it was delivered. I did everything on my end to receive my refund/e-gift card. They kept saying they don’t have no record of my return. They have very poor customer service. The only contact is by email it was a horrible experience dealing with fashion nova.. Its been 4 months I say don’t waste your time.

I’ve been a fashion nova customer for over a decade. I’ve never once had issues with sizing as I follow the sizing chart. I just received my order a week ago and one of my items did not fit around my chest. I kindly asked for it to be refunded with a store credit and they refused because the item ended in a price that excludes exchanges or refunds, which I wasn’t aware of. This item is not a body suit nor bathing suit. I’ve never experienced any item that is not one of those listed where you can’t exchange it. Had I know this, I would not have purchased this item. Because I frequently make orders through fashion nova, you’d think that they’d show sympathy for a loyal customer. Nope!! They copy and paste their responses to emails and pay no attention to any detail of my concern. This frustrates me because I work in the customer service industry and I am always doing everything I could to make my customers happy. I would not want to risk a bad review for a simple fix which a multi million dollar company could afford to take a small $20 hit on. It really disappointed me that they could not hear me out, so I asked to speak to a manager. The manager literally copied and pasted the EXACT SAME response that the previous representative wrote!! Unbelievable! I have never experienced anything like this. It’s clear to me that they don’t take the time to read any concerns that a customer may have. They do not care. To them, it’s quantity over quality. I highly recommend that anyone reading this takes this into account if they ever order anything from this website. Oh, of course they still haven’t been able to satisfy me at all. A customer for over a decade has now been lost. Very disappointing.

all the reviews seem pretty bad & idk why.. i love fashion nova clothes & everything is always true to size! the ONLY disappointment is trying to return clothes & it’s not really anyone you can speak to to guide you.. but this is the best place to shop!

Money driven with no customer service skills If i could give a minus rating for customer service on after care i would. Fashion Nova had local USA instructions in my international package and having to return myself and pay a shipping fee of $25.00 to only find out fashion nova couldn't find the package and it had been delivered was a nightmare. The back and forth emails where they refused to answer my questions is frustrating and, it doesn't illustrate that they actual value their customers. It appears there is always a different person answering emails and obviously they do not read the chain and explaining issues again and again with new operators to only be advised nothing is wrong we cannot issue a credit it appalling. "WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER".

I ordered the Misnight Daiquiri satin midi dress-HotPink and it is absolutely horrible. The material is so cheap, and it actually look like a pajama. Just by feeling the material feels like its going to rip. I paid $39.98 plus shipping, so over 50$ dollars for a cheap cheap dress. If i knew this material was so cheap i would not have paid $5 for it. When i went to try and return, i cant because return because “any pricing ending with .00, .97, .96 or .98 is not returnable, its considered final sale”.. i absolutely not recomend FashionNova at all. Worst Online shopping experience ever!

Worst site ever to shop from.Ordered from them and never got my package. They refused to re-send my package or return my money. They use delivery services that steal ur package after taking a picture of it. Rude Customer service rep told me once they ship the package it's not their problem. Fashion Nova charged my card when I ordered and not the delivery company.They are ripping off their customers.sad!!!

I ordered from Fashion Nova for the first time last week. I am so amazed at the quality and fit of everything I ordered. Also, you can’t beat the price! Delivery was on time and I received it very quickly. I highly recommend Fashion Nova to everyone! I don’t know if this will help anyone but I am 5’6” 135 lbs 36C bust more of a slinder build and I order size small in everything I ordered. Love love love! Thank you Fashion Nova

This is worst place to shop from . I literally made a purchase and it didn’t even process through yet. And wanted to make a size change . After 30 min of me ordering 250$ worth of stuff I had one item that I messed up the size on and they telling me that they can’t Change a freakin size ? Before it even processed ? Or can’t even cancel the shipment ? What kinda BS customer services is this ? Don’t shop from this website .

Wow. Let me tell you. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my 25 years on this earth. I ordered a mesh skirt and top set which came in DAMAGED. The mesh had a hole on the arm sleeve. This item happened to come in while I was on vacation. I was 24 hours over their return policy, but reached out to customer service the moment I got home and opened it. When I called, they basically said "too bad, you're not qualified to return it". I asked to speak with a manager or to escalate the issue - for this was not just an item I didn't like or didn't need anymore... IT WAS DAMAGED. The man on Fashion Nova's customer service team said sarcastically, "Yeah, sure let me go grab him, he's right here..." and then HUNG UP THE PHONE!!!!! YES! Hung up the phone on a customer. I called back and got a different representative on the line. I told him what had just happened to me and he apologized. He said he would refund the item and gave me a code to use for a discount the next time I checked out. But, THE CODE WAS INVALID. Giving one star because at least after ONE HOUR on the phone, they had the decency to give me my money back for the damaged item. Have not ordered from them since.

The worst clothing site that I will buy from. First of all they don’t give you your money back only store credit , they’re sizes are not what you except is like 3x’a smaller. I am a medium type of girl of any type of clothes and all of sudden these clothes are like xs for being medium. Dislike a lot !!!

Only reason I gave them one star is because I had to choose a star for the review. I ordered 2 blouses and they were somehow lost by UPS. Long story short I paid about 70 bucks for 2 blouses I never received. I contacted fashion nova and was told UPS had to solve the issue. I never got a refund or replacement of the merchandise placed. Fashion Nova doesnt even have a phone number to call. Everything is by email and I got thr same response on every inquiry I made. I basically threw my money away and never received the merchandise. Dont buy from this company. If your items are lost they will never replace the items nor will they issue a refund. Terrible customer service. I will never buy anytjing from Fashion Nova again.

It’s definitely a scam Clothes are not true to size even using the size chart . Will NOT refund YOUR money back. Will never order anything else from them. Just know if you order anything from fashion nova you’re taking a chance . DON’T DO IT 🏃🏽‍♀️🏃🏽‍♀️🏃🏽‍♀️🏃🏽‍♀️

Worst company ever, save your time and shop else where. They refused to correct the shipping address on my order and shipped it regardless. It was not able to process and they ended up sending back to the sender. I asked for a refund they refused and didn’t send me store credit.

I had a return and never received credit for my return. I actually had two returns with two packing slips in the same box that I shipped through USPS. I received credit for one and not the other. Had a lot of emails back and forth with fashion nova, but never came to a solution. They just stopped responding and to this day I still have not received a credit or an email stating what they are going to do to compensate me. So it’s like I paid for a product that I don’t even have anymore. Total rip off! Never purchasing from them again.

⚠️⚠️⚠️YOU, AS A COSTOMER SHOULD KNOW: Do not buy from this company. I gave them two chances with my orders. It was honestly two chances too many. The first time it was partly my error I submitted with an typo error on my house number. Upon noticing my confirmation of submission, I immediately emailed the company... The response was that even though they knew is improper there was nothing they could do. It would knowingly be sent to the wrong address. WTF? ... Okay my bad right? Well I tried to give them a second chance ( dumbest idea ever) after 100% appropriate information of course they took my money with no problem. But then I never received my package, I was home the day and time they claimed with my windows open and my couch looks right on my front porch. They tried to tell me I was wrong and that it was delivered. Upon the confirmation post they show the package was even delivered to my residence. It was a house down the block! they then responded tell me to go pick up my package from them ( a stranger) of course the home claims they never received anything. after back-and-forth emails they expect me to print out my own form to send in the mail. I told him I did not own a printer and due to the coronavirus there was nothing I could really do... Basically the situation situation is ending in giving me a giant f*** you and saying if I don't do it by a certain day my claim will be no longer valid. Clearly they don't care about the health & safety of their clients or quality of service! Please save your money and go somewhere else!!
