“So the one problem I have with them is the fact you can’t edit your address or whatever right after just ordering. That’s crazy. On the plus side I reordered everything and got like 50% off and it all came in less than a week and fit so perfectly. Looks like the picture. So I still have to return to sender for the other order I submitted and only get store credit but I’m am happy about the clothes that I got.”

“I mean overall the clothes are great and affordable.. I regret ordering clothes on the Black Friday sale. I’ve been waiting patiently still waiting on a email or someone or something to let me know where my order is at.. I def agree on how yall quick to take the money but the wait for receiving your order takes long.. i understand it was a Black Friday sale and hella people for sure ordered off of fashion nova but y’all still having sales out and not taking care of everyone else’s order. I’m not mad I’ll continue to wait but dang. Tighten up you guys.”

“Never had any issues with my orders. Some clothes are decently priced whilst others are expensive when taking into account the quality. Also please when you say discount from 50% up to 90% off, make it within that range else just put it 50% and stop making false advertisement. Thankyou.”

“La ropa es de buena calidad, me gusta y generalmente la talla es correcta, pero definitivamente no comprarè mas porque no estoy de acuerdo que tenga que pagar por regresar lo que no me queda, al final casi terminas pagando por la ropa el doble del precio.... He estado combrando en shein y Lulus y ellos no tienen cuota por devolver las cosas.”

“Fashion Nova has good clothing, prices, sometimes good quality, definitely pay for what you buy and good deals. The issues comes from the website and app. Why does my wishlist on my app not show but on the website it does? Why does my shopping cart items disappear while I'm still shopping for more clothes! I have $300 worth of clothes disappear from my cart and had to figure out what was in my cart again. THE SEARCH HISTORY IS THE WORST!!! It is not accurate at all! Why if I try to sort my search that products unrelated to what I was looking for pop up and it takes too many pages to actually see what I was looking for.”

“Not happy with customer service 😔. If I had known that they do not have order cancellations I would have never ordered from them. Sometimes life happens and you have to cxl and order but I guess that doesn’t exist. I accepted my purchase and said I will ship everything back, I will wait but there is no refund 😔, the refund goes to store credit only. I could not believe this. So I guess I have to part ways with this company. I love it but I just can’t deal with that 😩.”

“Gotten outfits from fashionova in the past and never had issues. My recent purchase was disappointing . Outfits look cheap and sizes were not accurate. Sadly, to return outfits also required me paying almost $9 ( which stated home pickup but was still applicable if I still have to post it myself at UPS) which seem so unfair... I definitely was not please with my last purchase.”

“Tips for shopping with fashion nova THERE IS A CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER TO CALL to talk to an actual person I call them a few times a month. Im always recieving damaged items. 18008660286 There is always a 30 percent off code available for the entire site. Never pay full price. Right now its fnfit30 it changes sometimes but the site always has a 30 off code. Call CUSTOMER service if u dont know it 1. As soon as you receive your package look over the stitching along all your clothing to make sure there are no holes or damage if you do find damage report it right away you cannot get a gift card back if you don't report it before two days 2. Take pictures of the damage and send an email with the description of the damage the order number and don't forget to state that the item is new unworn and unwashed send the email and then call the customer service number to tell them you received a damaged item and you've already sent an email over with the information 3. Never let them tell you you have to send a damaged item back that is not the policy if someone says that you can argue or hang up and call back the second person you talk to usually knows the policy and we'll tell you to keep the item and that it gift card is on its way to you. 4. the only thing that they can request you send back is an item that is more than $50 in the case that you need to return something damaged they are responsible for sending you a return label this is new so make sure that you remind them to send you the return label so you don't have to pay for return shipping since it's their fault they sent a damaged item. maybe the item is too small or too big in that case you may have to pay for shipping yourself but keep in mind if the item is damaged in any way a little hole or anyting they are responsible for return shipping if the item costed over 50. 5. On materials if you order something acrylic it's always going to be oversized normally with bottoms I'm a size 9 or a large in fashion Nova but with acrylic sets or sweater sets anything with acrylic in it you definitely want to size down I'm a small and extra small in acrylic.. In rigid denim u always want to size up 2 or 1 sizes. 6. People plz remember always read the reviews under the item you want.. They will usually give hints as to quality and sizing. If there are no reviews u just have to guess or wait untill there are reviews. In jackets i always buy a large. Im 5 ft 6 150pds 36dd Hope this helps I know all this because my whole closet is fashion nova. I know they suck sometimes but i love the styles.”

“Rules of dealing with fashion nova. Read this if u are mad and want answers 1. There is a phone number u can call for a live person that actually does work now 2. Check the stitching along all of your products the moment you open your package. Do not wait days. U can only get a gift card for damaged items if u report it before 2 days. 3. Send an email with the damaged description, pics, and order number right away. And then call the cuatomer service number and tell them u recieved a damaged item and already sent an email with pics of damage. This will speed up the process. And dont forget to add in the email that the item is unwashed and unworn 3. Read the reviews before you buy. Everything acrylic is very oversized. Im normally a 9 or medium large in there bottoms but with acrylic im a small or xs. 4. With 2 piece sets beware. The top and bottom usually fit different. Bottoms being correct size and the top being too small 5. With rigid denim jeans always order 2 sizes up. With most skinny jeans u can order the correct size or one size down 6. Dont ever let them make u send back a damaged item thats under 50 bucks. hang up and call back to speak with someone else. Your second call will always know what the policy is and just let you keep the item and send u a gift card within 24 hours. Im 5 ft 6 weigh 150 and a 36dd. Im a size 9 to 11 in jeans and in 2 piece sets i usually get a small or medium In jackets i always size up or get a large. Rarely i will get a small or medium if reviews say its reaally stretchy. Also they have a new policy which pays for return shipping on a too small or too big item. Dont forget to make them send you a return label if u choose to return. Never pay for return shipping. I know all this because i have gone through every possible scenario with this company My whole closet is fashion nova and even though i get a lot of damaged items... I still love the styles. Also u can always sell your items on poshmark or mercari if u dont want a gift card.”

“Horrible horrible horrible..... I would NEVER order from them again. First they took my money... The package was sent back to them they never acknowledged receiving my package and would not respond to any of my messages. Stupid me gave them another chance this time I got my package with items missing. In addition I got many items that were not fashion Nova branded....I'm over fashion Nova. I will save up and buy from companies with integrity. Cheap is not always good. Customer service is garbage and they ignore you completely.”

“I am giving Fashion Nova a 3-star although I shop here frequently. Over some time, I've noticed their sizes have gotten smaller ever since they added their PLUS size line. This is very frustrating to me because I used to wear a medium, now I have to get a large and STILL some outfits come super tight for a large! Another thing I have noticed is their customer service is downright awful. I returned some jeans (size 9 that looked like a size 3) and I have yet to receive my credit back to buy a bigger size. I emailed customer service and get the same response that I need a receipt from the post office where I shipped out from. I used standard shipping, there is probably no way to track my package so I will be out $30. I used to recommend this place to everyone and now I find myself saying, "be careful" when shopping on Fashion Nova because its definitely a 50/50 risk.”

“Bought a few items from fashionnova. I was very satisfied with the quality of the material and the fast delivery, however two of the items that I bought were not true to size and I needed to return for larger size. If i had to make a complaint about anything, it would be that Fashionnova does not offer free return shipping. So the $14 pair o pants I bought actually cost me $17 in shipping. There are too many other stores ( often not as big of a company as fashionnova) that offer free shipping as a convenience to it's customers. The shipping itself cost me more than the total of any individual item I bought which means Im actually losing money by buying there in the event that something doesnt fit quite right. Honestly, I think fashionnova makes too much money as a company for this to be an issue. Maybe if they scaled back paying all these celebrities to pretend to be wearing and buying their clothes on a regular basis, they would be able to invest that money into offering return shipping for the customers who are actually buying their products and keeping them in business.”

“I first ordered months after it was new. I ordered a pair of jeans and it came in but it wasn't the brand of Fashion Nova?? The pants have horrible elasticity and unwearable after 5 wears. I am afraid to shop again, due to all these reviews. :(”

“I placed an order for NINE items during the Black Friday sale. I waited almost two weeks just to get a tracking number. I was initially told my order would be delivered on Dec. 10 but I ended up getting it Dec. 14. The tracking updates I got were not helpful(this is more of a postal service problem). When I finally opened my package only SIX of the NINE items I ordered were in the package. It was a Friday night so I had to wait to call them. All the items fit perfect! I called Fashion Nova on Dec. 19 and was able to speak with a representative (She had very good customer service). They told me that the three items were out of stock and they would issue a refund. I had three problems; 1. If the items were out of stock why didn't I receive an email or call saying the items were not in stock? 2. Remember I ordered during a sale, what good is a sale price refund going to do?? I can't order three of the same value with a sale price refund. 3. I looked at the website and the main item I wanted was still in stock. I saw they had a free one-day shipping sale going on so I reordered the jacket and got it today (Dec. 20). I love their products and the way they fit but the shipping situation left a bad taste in my mouth.”

“I’ve placed 3 orders with fashion nova. First order was placed on 11/23 for two items and delivered on 11/27. My second order was a larger order placed on 11/29 and there was no updated status as of 12/18 so I contacted them through PayPal to get an update and received a full refund the same day. I then placed another order for 3 items on 12/19 and received it today 12/20. I didn’t use their one day shipping coupon (I was very doubtful they would follow through). I actually used their 30% and free shipping coupon because I still wanted some of the items I got for their holiday sale. So overall, I’m happy with the clothing I got, my orders were correct on the two I received but shipping can vary.”

“It's a 3 stars for them... I odered my on dec 3rd and i just recieve my stuff today. I also paid for two day shipping but it took them for a week. That's a bummer.”
