All clothes from China, very cheap. And smell like chemicals bad. No such thing as a credit only store credit. Prices to much for this dollar store junk. Clothes only last a couple wears and then they are trash. They should stick to shoes only good product they have

Let me just start by saying that I’ve ordered from Fashion Nova so many times and I’ve never had issues until now. Everything typically fits really good and it always is delivered on time. I ordered right before the Black Friday rush and My package came on time, however nothing fit 😫. I purchased a label through them and sent the box back to get my money back- on the gift card that is. I sent this back over 2 weeks ago and I can’t even tell you how many times I’ve reached out to them with no response!!! I got a hold of them about 2 times within the last week and they just keep saying they didn’t receive it. If they didn’t receive it, then who the hell did?! because it was sent to them! The few emails that I did get back was not helpful. They keep asking for the same information over and over again instead of answering my questions. I’m sitting here everyday stalking my email in hopes that someone will respond and let me know that my package has been received, but nope. This is beyond ridiculous and has really turned me off. As much as I like their clothes, I’m done. I will not continue to support a company who can’t even give good customer service. The reps are rude too btw. They got above themselves with the Black Friday sale. They should’ve stopped it once they realized that it was becoming too much to handle and they were extremely backed up. I’m done.

Terrible Experience, my first and last time ordering from Fashionnova!! Paid extra for overnight shipping and still has not received my order after a week. Estimated receive date is pushing one day further every day.

I made an order on December 6th for an outfit for the 23rd Christmas Party. After not receiving any information on it on the 10th i looked online and it gave an estimated shipping date of 12/23rd. I freaked. When I placed the order it said 12/13th for both orders. I tried all night on the 11th to get the "Fabulous Customer Service" to no avail. On the 11th Denise answered i was told to disregard the dates on the estimated shipping that they have a system glitch and both orders would be delivered on 12/17th and all items have been shipped. i asked Denise to please check again and she said she can guarantee they will get here on the 17th and apologized for me being upset with their service. So on 12/16th I get an email saying sorry for the delay due to backup issues with the warehouse the order has been delayed and there is no estimated shipping I can chose to continue to wait or take a refund or gift card. I call their office LIVID. I get Denise who now has amnesia and stated it was just an estimate and she can only provide me with the information they system gives and kept asking was there anything else she can help with anything else. I ask to speak with a supervisor she tells me the call cannot be transferred to anyone else. I then after another five minutes of back and forth ask for a refund now she tells me that I cannot have one. When I ask why she says do to the circumstances of the order. I ask her what are the circumstances and advised her the call was being recorded. Denise tells me since the order is only delayed I cannot get a refund. I tell her that I have an email stating to call if I was not willing to wait for the I don't know when you will get your order email she then told me to hold while she escalates and creates a ticket to see if I can get a refund. Save yourself and find another company to do business with. Today is the 16th and thanks to poor service of a company I have to start all over to find something to wear to this important event. Do not let the cheap prices and PAID celebrity endorsements fool you. This company is trash unless you are rich and famous.

Cloths fit nicely, but the customer service suck ass!! Getting a refund for the item i order and they could not fulfilled was like pulling teeth... Till now i contact them many time for my refund on a item they can't provide and they keep responding with a information on how to return a product for refund, dumb ass customer service or they need to get real people to resolve the issue. Never again will i buy from them!!!!! I will sure report them to BBB and to the State attorney of business!

very horrible and I would no longer be ordering any products from fashion nova. first I ordered some products December 5th 2 days later apparently it was out of stock never received a refund. Secondly I placed an order December 10th 2019, December 16th 2019 I decided to check the status of my order. on the usps tracking site tracking number does not exist, on fashion nova site it states my package was delivered march 6th 2019 so approximately 9 months before ordering I supposedly received the order.

Placed an order 2 weeks ago. Needed my dress for an event which has come and gone. Still have not received my order and the customer service representative Kevin cared about none of my concerns. Received an email saying that they couldn’t ship my whole order and would refund electronically instead of refund back to my card! No apologies from Kevin. Can’t speak with supervisor and there was absolutely no warning to me about shipping delays! Horrible horrible horrible customer service. DONT ORDER FROM THEM. IF YOUR CLOTHES DONT FOT YOU’LL NEVER GET A REFUND

This company sold me a damaged dress. It was a sequin dress that was missing sequin. I tried it on and it fit fine. When I put it on four days later to try and wear it somewhere, I noticed a bald spot of sequin missing. I was told I could not return it because it’s damaged and I didn’t report it within two days. Seriously, they sent me a damaged dress and I can’t return it because it’s damaged and I reported five days after receiving it.

Fashion Nova does NOT do fast shipping. I waited 2 months for 2 dresses (over £100), didn’t get told about VAT, and they NEVER arrived!! I then emailed them about it and received a very poor standard of assistance and communication. I then could not return the items and was credited for them instead!!! Why would I want to be credited for items which never arrived!! Awful company with awful customer services

I have ordered multiple times from fashion nova, their sizes are always inconsistent and the worse part is you never receive your full order because they always miscalculated the stock then the portion that you do get takes forever to be received in the mail .

Fashion nova's return policy is TRASHHHHHH. Let me rephrase that FASHION NOVA IS TRASH. I placed my order on the 10th of this month which is this past Tuesday , I just barely received an email informing me that it barely shipped. When I placed my order it didn't even give me an expedited shipping option. The problem is I emailed them twice asking to pay expedited shipping I needed those dresses by the 21'st and just barely got an email saying it has shipped and will not be arriving until the 23'rd. They never replied to my email....... that's so unprofessional. They didn't even try to reply. I had to order dresses else where to make sure I had dresses , just to find out their return policy is trash . Now I have to wait for these pointless late dresses that I cannot get back my refund on even though I paid full price for but I would have to pay to ship them back to just receive "store credit"......TRASH. Idk what I was thinking I always read reviews before I buy anything and I just impulsively bought the dresses since I was trying to get them fast. I thought oh all these you tubers and celebrities hype them up they must be good but never again.

The second I put my order through I realized I forgot to put the code in for the discount which was %75 off! I emailed customer service right away they said they cant do anything, then I emailed back and was followed up with another email that they will send it to second level for further review (so they do have the power to edit or cancel the order) then another email stating they wont be changing my order. Terrible customer service, no contact number to call. Won't be ordering through them in the future.

The worst customer service. I placed my order the coupon code did not take. I immediately contacted them and they said there was nothing they could do. Completely unethical business behaviour. I will never shop with them again and urge anyone to second guess purchasing through them.

I ordered a 3pc skirt set and only received 2 of the pieces. I emailed fashion nova they ask me for my order number and packaging list. Like always with fashion nova I didn’t receive a packaging list just a flyer with a discount code. After I told them I didn’t receive it they emailed me back stated they are having issues with their email please write them again about my problem. I’m over at this point I don’t got through this with other companies. That was my last time ordering with fashion nova.
