Have used Fitflop for years and years and noticed the quality going downhill significantly these last couple of years. Had to email customer services with a picture of an obvious faulty ‘flip flop’ style that had broken in an unusual place after just a small amount of wear (explained that I have many of this style -and much older-with no problems) and so this is def faulty, can I have a replacement pair or similar please. Well, the response from Charles at customer services was shocking. You would not think that this company cares at all about quality or customers. After reading these reviews I can see my thoughts of quality going downhill are true and my opinion of CS has also been felt by many. Generic answers, no forwarding to the supervisor as requested and an abrupt excuse of they must have been worn a lot and so there’s nothing they can do about it. But, please fill in this survey of how I did! I couldn’t give 0 stars, so I had to give one star unfortunately! Same here it seems. I wish I had read recent reviews. I shall certainly not buy any more- luckily most footwear has the support arch now and so no need to pay over the top prices for poor quality designs with a company that doesn’t care about customer satisfaction.

The material on the surface of the shoe is very poorly made as are the toe-posts -harsh , rough the material does not 'give'. Within 1 hour of wearing them they made my feet sore and bleed. I have read similar reviews that other customers have posted and I think you should withdraw this product as it gives the FitFlop Brand a bad name . I have contacted customer services and I explained that I have been purchasing FiFlops for years with no issues. I also explained that I had discarded the packaging into the recycling immediately the sandals arrived that's how confident I was . Unfortunately the refuge collectors arrived that day therefore I do not have the packaging to return the item. Nonetheless your advisor asked me to send photographs which he said he would be passing on to your Head Office. I am awaiting your response now .I would like a full refund plus a guarantee that the return expenses paid please

Bad service - Fitflops Malaysia I recently bought a pair of shoes from Fitflops Malaysia online, and I was disappointed with their refund policy. Instead of refunding my purchase to my credit card, they issued store credit without my consent. I had to insist that they follow their stated refund terms, which do not mention store credit. Additionally, I had to pay for delivery postage both ways. There is no way to contact them by phone or text, and they do not respond to messages. I am disappointed with their service and will not purchase their products online again.

My shoes were automatically shipped to an address out of State. It was an address where I placed my last online order and FitFlop automatically placed the address in the shipping form. I noticed it as soon as I got my confirmation and tried to correct it. They would not let me and UPS wasn't allowed to make an adjustment unless Fitflop requested it. No one lives at the wrong shipping address in Texas. I live in Michigan. Every pair of shoes I had ever bought were nice, sturdy and comfortable, but I paid extra to have this pair sent overnight. Now, it seems as though I just threw away my money.

I used to LOVE Fitflop shoes. They were so stylish and comfy. Now they just look like shoes for geriatrics. ☹️ Their styles are no longer flattering. Every year I would but a pair of sandals and be spoilt for choice. Now I don't see anything I like and they stopped making what I had before. Even the trainers are not as nice as they were. Bring back your previous designers, Fitflop!! And stop constantly changing styles. If it sells out keep making them. It means we like them!!

This company started off good but they have deteriorated in their product tremendously…started off with the quarter size wobble thingy and those shoes were really good the moment they started making them in china with the Las Vegas chip size wobble board the are no good anymore my feet start hurting in 3 months flat….and once by mistake they sent the agent in the USA where I live their wholesale invoice… and I was shocked to see that the shoes I paid 120 bucks for was costing something like 3 or 4 us$….. I know a business is not a charity but this is called loot…. I stopped buying from them since…..now I wear only Munro and Memphisto….. the best in every which way… this is plastic rubbish… I am surprised how they are still in business….my nightmare with them stopped after I started wring on Facebook tagging them …for a discrepancy of 5 pairs…. Yuck !!! Shameful and yes the customer service sucks I think it’s run by one or Two people who by now are probably millionaires ..

I bought two pairs of shoes and returned one pair. They said I would receive an email regarding the refund within 14 business days when they received it. It's been 15 days today, but I haven't received any refund-related email, nor have I seen any refund in my bank account. I emailed the customer service about it, but haven't got any response. How can they run a business like this? I won't buy shoes from here again.

A pair of slip-on shoes came and I wore them in the house for a couple of weeks and it deformed. They will not refund without your original box because of some warehouse issue and they have absolutely no sense of customer service. The product is defective within 2 weeks and they can’t answer for it. They just have people answer the phone that can’t do anything and the email communications have generic answers. Last time I will order from their website. Money down the drain. What a waste! Buyer beware! Horrible company.

I don’t know what I was expecting, being my first pair of fit flops… but I am overall disappointed with them… they feel “cheap” when of course, they are not… we will see!!! Oh, I like the colour of them though. Plus, they were delivered to my old address, even though I called up instantly, and was assured the address had been changed.

I have bought many pairs of the same kind of shoe for the last eight years, The last two pairs the price has gone up and the stitching has come out in the exact same Place on the last two pairs. This most recent pair is only five months old and I usually buy them every thirteen to fifteen months. This is my first time reaching out to the company for any kind of replacement and they were completely dis regarding any information and basically let a robot.Tell me that it was normal wear and tear. They even tried to offer me a ten percent discount on my next pair, which I will not be buying. Disgusted and disappointed.

Hello, I have to start out by saying I love these shoes. I have five pairs. Anyway, the last pair of shoes I bought were sneakers. I had them less than a year and maybe wore them about 6 months of the year, because of snow. So the stitching starts ripping out by the top of the shoe and the lining is coming undone. I asked for some sort of compensation. They said too bad. They are from wear and tear. I'm 61 years old!!!!! The shoes are just poorly made. I'm just so disappointed as the shoes are expensive for me. Well, just wanted to let you know how sucky the customer service is. Thanks for listening. I'm gonna miss this brand.

Prices have gone up, quality has gone down. Poor return service, even if fault lies with them (wrong she size listed). Also, they are all so stinking ugly, it’s embarrassing to wear any of the shoes. The really need to get a better designer.

This was my fourth order. I usually order three or more shoes at a time to avoid delivery charges. Their product is great but their service SUCKS! Every order has taken more than two weeks. I emailed them on the 8th business day asking why the delay asked if I could reroute my order as I would be away by the time they arrived. I was told that I couldn’t cancel once the order had been placed even though it hadn’t been processed They were extremely busy and apologized for the delay. This time on the 10th BUSINESS day I was emailed that my order was cancelled!! I purchased them to take on my vacation in three days. I was told that due to a stock shortage that my order with a birthday discount was just cancelled!! I love the product but DO NOT TRUST THEM ANYMORE!!!

It is almost impossible to to find out how to place a return. Also it is extraordinarily expensive because they provide a large box for shipping the product, so you have to cut down the box. Also, they do not provide a return shipping label. That means that you pay a higher cost than they would normally occur.

I had to chase up refund several times when although returned items had been received the refund didn’t appear customer service told me they had refunded and told me to take it up with my bank eventually I did get the refund but only after a lot of argument ! Wouldn’t recommend anyone to buy from fit flop too stressful getting refund

Bought pair of Shuv fit fitflops in size 8. I’d read the reviews and some people said they came up really small so followed fitflops size guidelines. Shoes arrived - tiny! Ordered next size up - arrived - MASSIVE! Like boats. Both going back. That’s 2 x £3.95 postage and 2 x trips to post office. Customer services were not good at all. Will never buy from them again.

The fit flop clog slippers did not hold my feet well, though I had been a longtime fan of earlier models in the past. I returned the merchandise promptly incurring the $20.00 shipping fee. I have been informed by customer service I must wait a full 14 work days for my refund. Apparently, the merchandise was received early last week but after eight days is “somewhere in a US (Ohio) massive warehouse.” Poor refund policy - not competitive to other companies. Will avoid shopping Fitflop online again due to this policy.

I ordered wrong size and contacted immediately but there policy is nothing can be adjusted. I asked if I could have another shoe shipped at same price and discount and was told no. The UK customer service agent was very rude and unhelpful. I asked to speak with a manager and he said there was no one else to talk to that I could send an email. I have been buying fit flops for years but have never experienced such poor customer service!!!
