The website does not indicate that an item is not in stock. Placed an order on 8/28/19 and was told the item was back ordered until 8/23/19 (yes a date prior to the order date). Now it is 9/8/19 and customer service still has no idea when they will get the shoes. Ultimately needing to cancel the order. save yourself the hassle and order or buy from somewhere else. And avoid Eastbay, Champs and Foot Action as they are the same company

Please DO NOT attempt to purchase anything from any Foot Locker store, especially MIRANDA. We have been customers of Foot Locker for years and I have never been treated so badly and with lack of respect and professionalism. We purchased a pair of AUD 250 pair of Nike shoes. The following day my son wore the shoes and the sole tore on the back of the shoe. That evening we took the shoes back to Foot Locker with our receipt and was sadly served by Elena at the Miranda store, where the goods were purchased from. She informed me that she would not provide us with a refund as she suggested that the shoe was damaged by force, implying that we damaged it. She proceeded to educate us about how to take shoes off, insisting that this is how the shoes were damaged. She had no customer service skills and when I debated the point, she walked off and told me she would not give me a refund and to take my problem to another store. When I asked for the number of her manager, she walked out to the back and called out to me asking if I want her to try and resolve this with her DM or not, whilst continuing to accuse me of damaging the shoes. She then grabbed the other shoe and tried to pull apart the sole attempting to demonstrate something. Who in their right mind would do that?? She eventually gave me a refund and requested I never return to the store. Well Done Foot Locker and Elena from Miranda on your disgusting customer service. I would not return to your store or any other Foot Locker store again. With so many stores disappearing in this day and age, you would think that their focus on customer service would be a priority.

Ordered my Air Max from Footlocker on 26/08/19 and they were delivered (to the Uk from France) free of delivery charge within 48 hours, correct size, as described and also £20 cheaper than anyone else. I also received excellent customer service throughout (thankyou Rita, whoever you are) and access to tracking through UPS. All in all a great service, thankyou Footlocker. Highly recommended. ***** all the way!

The worst Customer service ever! Take an absolute age to answer the phone, no one in the customer service team knows what is going on or can give you a straight answer on your refund. Now 15 days in and still waiting for my refund with no response from Footlocker! Avoid at all costs, much better companies out there!

After waiting for 1 week, they sent cancellation email and they want me to go to the store to get my money back and wait 5 to 7 days to get my money back. This is the worst company with online service. They have the most horrible customer service and support. I will never ever buy from them and you should not.

Less than '1' star ....... -10 This store will not survive much longer and rightfully so as they fail in every sense of the imagination in how a 'successful' retail sales store operates.

I was browsing in my local store in Wood Green London and the manger said "you're not welcome here" which i can only attribute to homophobia on his part, which he flatly denied and made the very weak excuse that he was actually inferring that the rack of displayed items could not be touched, something that happens in no other store ever. It's not the first time it has happened to me but it is the very last time I will ever shop with them or visit that store.

Although I've been a customer at footlocker for many years and been relatively satisfied, today I visited a footlocker/house of hoops on oxford street in London, England and had such a terrible experience. There were way too many employees than needed, all standing around talking to one another. They cringed at the thought of actually providing assistance and showed such a lack of respect and professionalism. Extremely disappointed in this experience, would not return in the future nor would I ever suggest for someone to go. I would've given zero stars if it was possible.

Do not deliver from here if you expect your delivery to come within the days they have specified. They say it can take 2 days but end up taking a week and have nothing to make up for this delayed time.

Ordered online a women’s size 8.5, received a men’s 8.5. Customer service suggested to bring item to nearest footlocker for simple exchange. Did so and the customer service rep re-ordered another men’s. When I came to pickup they told me the shoe is no longer made....incompetent staff. I took the refund and bought the same style/women size 8.5 at softmoc. They were on sale with lots in stock. Shop softmoc

They are the worst. They took out money and gave me a shipping date. Put the item on back order and gave me a date. I did not receive of course so I called just for them to tell me that my item was still on back order and they have no idea when it will return? Never again will I’ll deal with this company

Never read the reviews till after I ordered and was a bit worried. But the trainers came (uk) when they says they would and are of top quality. Yes I would order again.

Some of the worst service I have ever come across. I got sent the wrong product after waiting a week for delivery. I now need to call the courier, arrange a time for them to collect it (can’t be a precise time) and then wait for a refund. I spoke to CS and their ‘policy’ is they can’t put you through to a manager. They must get a LOT of complaints. What a joke of a company. It’s not the first time they’ve provided a terrible service. Will not shop with them ever again

I ordered over three weeks ago in time for Christmas. It wasn’t delivered on the day it was meant to, no caRd was left to suggest it was else where I had to try and track it down myself. DHL didn’t know whether it was out for delivery or at the depot. I contacted customer service at foot locker who didn’t know either, nor could they issue me a new shipment I had to wait for them to respond. Eventually I received an email saying that it was delivered to a completely wrong address?! No apology, no explanation just a request to go to a random unconnected address that was no where near where I lived. I went there because I was desperate for my delivery in time for Christmas even though this already is not acceptable and surprise... they had not received a delivery. The manager of the shop that they suggested it was delivered to said no one delivered there and there’s definitely been no one from DHL visit with any parcel. So where was my delivery? I got back in touch with customer service at footlocker who said they needed to investigate again. THIS IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH, it is footlockers problem to investigate I shouldn’t be left without a delivery that I have paid for, why was a replacement not sent?! Or a refund issued. At this point it was now over a week after it was meant to be delivered?! They have ruined a child’s Christmas she had nothing to open from me this year I am absolutely disgusted that arrangements were not made to rectify this problem. Are you really telling me that a multimillion pound company can not even send a replacement or issue a refund when they’re at fault for not delivering my parcel on time? As the customer I do not care if they have to take this up with DHL that should be in their own time and expense NOT mine. It is now the 4th January and I have only just received confirmation that my refund has been issued, when I’ve asked for a refund over 5 times. I am disgusted with them as a company and will be taking this higher to ofcom, not acceptable. and can not believe no compensation has been offered for the stress and lack of service provided.

I tried to buy my 4 sons a pair of sneakers for Christmas. I made sure to order them in enough time to get here before the holidays but only 2 of the 4 pairs came. After being on hold for more than 30 minutes, I finally get through to someone for her to tell me that they no longer had the shoes in stock. But it didn't say that online when I picked out the shoes! And then the lady proceed to tell me that it takes them 3-4 hours to process the orders but in the meantime the shoes that you just PAID FOR can become unavailable! So you mean to tell me that you guys took my money right away but somebody else got the shoes that I ordered! And then it's gonna take 5-7 business days to put my money back?! It didn't take 5-7 business to take my money! I was very, very upset and disgusted the way they did business! And I don't think I'll be spending any more money at footlocker! I buy my 4 boys shoes every 3-4 months so they won't be getting my continuing business! I'll spend my hard earned money somewhere where they appreciate my business!

OMW! i wished I had seen the reviews before I ordered online ,I am having the same issue , I ordered and paid and have not received any items or refund, is there any way that we can report Foot Locker because this is def FRAUD!
