Footlocker has the worst delivery service known to man been waiting 10 working days for shoes I ordered for a valentines present and they still haven’t arrived and the ordering process is pathetic they want your bank details along with account number and sort code I’ve never experienced anything like it in my life will never shop there again

This complaint is directed at Foot Locker because it's the parent company to Champs Sports. Before drafting this complaint, I researched Foot Locker to understand their philosophy, and in doing so discovered that CEO Richard Johnson launched a business campaign for kids and defined it as "a purpose of empowering and inspiring youth culture." I have purchased a lot of shoes from Champs over the past few years. Mostly for my young kids but sometimes for gifts. The customer service has been good and the selections are fine. This complaint is solely about the inappropriate music we heard playing loudly over the Champs intercom during our shopping visit where the song lyrics liberally dropped F-bombs and MF-bombs. Keep in mind kids have to enter Champs stores to try on shoes so parents can't just leave them at home. Plus, this store is located in a mall next to other merchandisers where families also shop. When I complained to the checkout person, she said "It doesn't bother me." When I asked the manager about the music, he said "Corporate controls the music programming". What a shame that CEO Richard Johnson feels his higher purpose includes using profanity to "empower and inspire" impressionable children. A 2019 Forbes magazine article ends with a Johnson quote, "We have to really think about how we honestly put the customer at the center of everything we do and say, 'Hey, we get it.'" NEVER ORDER FROM FOOTLOCKER ONLINE...EVER! My son used his Christmas money to order shoes. We read through all of their "guarantees" and I felt it was going to be ok. Nope! The shoes came as expected but did not fit. So we start the process of returning them. What a joke! None of the proper information was online. Had to call customer service to see where to send them. Cost me an extra $26 to ship them back. We waited until it was received at the warehouse and called to see when the refund would be processed. Were told 3-5 days. Waited 10 days...no refund. Called again, got someone else, was then told 30 days!! I said no way. Got a supervisor. Was told it would be processed in 72 hours. Waited 120 hours...no refund. Called again, was told another 3-5 days. I bet I will NEVER see my REFUND!! They are a scam and unless you have money to give away I recommend you never use them. This is exactly why people are scared to order online. Unacceptable Footlocker! Shame on you!!

Ordered trainers on Dec 4th as a Christmas present for my 5yr old son. Got email Dec 7th from Footlocker with a UPS tracking number stating they would be delivered Dec 9th. On Dec 10th I got an email from Footlocker saying the parcel should have arrived. I tracked it at UPS and it was showing it was still in transit and there was an issue/delay. I contacted Footlockers live customer service and got nowhere, as I wanted to confirm why they were saying it was deliverd when it clearly wasn't. I gave them all the information and all I received was multiple emails with the chat transcript from the live customer support. The email says you are able to reply, so I replied asking for an update and got nothing. I emailed, completed new live chats and still nothing. Got to January and I decided to contact UPS. They said I should get Footlocker to request a parcel trace as they're the supplier. As there's no customer service phone number to contact Footlocker, no one responds to emails or follows up on the live customer service chats, there's no way of doing that. I ended up requesting the trace via UPS myself. UPS have since said that the package is lost and requested I complete a compensation form to get the money back from them that I paid for the trainers, but this is still subject to a review, even though they've confirmed the package is lost. So after all that its now Jan 25th and I have no trainers, no repsonse at all from Footlocker, no update from UPS and no refund!! I will never order from Footlocker again!

Ordered shoes, paid for them, didn't get any communications back, tried sending messages to no avail. weeks later got an email stating the ordered shoes are not in stock and now will receive a refund. I had paid for these and still waiting for the refund. this has taken weeks. I will never shop with them again!

I don't have a pic but I ordered 2 pairs, 1 Airforces & 1 New Balance, both came in perfect condition. Exactly like pics and size was exact. Received both on same day within the week of purchase. The Airforces were sold out everywhere so I was super excited to find them and they actually have the size I needed available. Two BIG thumbs up Foot Locker!

Confused as to why there’s a 6.99 fee to process a return through the mail, during the holidays AND a pandemic. Also, cashier “Kelly” at the King of Prussia store had one of the worst attitudes I’ve ever experienced from an associate. Overall, very rude. I don’t see myself doing business with footlocker moving forward. Unfortunate.

Same experience as many others have already reported: Ordered in December, parcel not received, tracking number unknown to the courier. I contacted twice the customer service and every time they reply the tracking number will eventually work when the parcel reaches UK. I have requested to know the tracking number to trace my parcel from their European deposit to the custom border where the parcel is curently allegedly stuck up. No reply.

Myslef and my partner have ordered from footlocker one on 31st of december and another on the 5th jan still nothing has come no emails no update nothing and its now the 18th its a joke delivery is comming with dhl says courier has picked up but when tracking loads it says cant be found so annoyed with yhis

Ordered shoes on the 29th of December it’s now the 19th of January an there still not here! Poor customer service nowhere I can ring can only chat online an they cut me of!!! Don’t order anything from them!!

I’ve ordered on the 3rd of jan and now it’s the 18th of jan, I still haven’t received my order , I am in disbelief and shock because this has never happened to me , and if I cancel my refund will take even more longer .I’ve ordered from JD and Footslym and no problem at all just footlocker . this company needs to be closed ASAP

I ordered a birthday gift for my son on the 1st Jan it is now the 17th still no order rec'd. I have emailed with no response three times. I have tried using the live chat which is useless. So today I have emailed to ask for the order to be cancelled I have lost count how many times. My account was debited on the 1st Jan! And of course no birthday gift for my son!!!! Absolute waste of time. Customer service rubbish - delivery didn't and not sure when this will be sorted!!! DO NOT TAKE CUSTOMERS MONEY IF YOU CAN'T SEND OUT THE ORDERS!!! DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER WITH FOOTLOCKER. I have ordered from other companies during the lockdown and things have arrived in good time ....so no excuses!!!

The worst online shopping experience I have EVER had, never received the package as footlocker decided to only print my City as my full address - not a case of my own human error as this has happened to my mums order and my friends order as well. So, I never received the package as UPS returned it to footlocker - 3 weeks ago. Not once was I given any sort of updates or anything from footlocker, I had to wait over an hour in a virtual queue of over 100 people, to get in contact with customer service who told me they didn’t know why it was sent back. It’s been 3 weeks and I have still not received any refund, nor am I any closer to getting a refund. Footlocker is impossible to contact, and if you do manage to get a hold of their dreadful customer service team, it’s impossible to have any issue resolved as they have no idea how to do their jobs. Looking like I have no choice but to take this further, save your money for a good business, don’t waste your time or money here.

Footlocker continues to mess up my orders. None of the shoes have been delivered and when I call they say that they dont have the shoes in stock. This is horrible. They need to fix this website now.

This company is an utter disgrace never been so fuming and mistreated by a firm. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE JOKERS been trying to contact for days and cannot get through on chat system it throws you off. No emails answered. Nothing. Took money on 31st December tracking number is wrong and nothing arrived. Cannot stress enough how angry they making me feel.

Foot locker was amazing to me I shop at foot locker in Glendale they have an amazing store and has good rules about COVID 6 feet apart and a certain amount of people can go it I love foot locker ❤️
