I’ve shopped on line with many of the supermarkets but I must say Iceland tops them all . I’m in my 70s and the shopping comes in bags so easy and I don’t panic. The delivery driver named Harvey which delivered my last order was so polite and just came across as a nice man thank you .

I normally shop with Tesco buy thought I'd try iceland for a change. Booked a slot which ended up delayed so I had to cancel as it went well past my slot time and I had plans. Zero information was given when I Phoned, quite unhelpful. Have received no refund so I've gone through PayPal. Never had this Hassle with Tesco so I'll stick with them.

Needs to be shut down, one of the most frustrating companies I have ever shopped with online, their policies are bonkers and security questions frustrating, refunds hard to get as they are tight and they think people have time.

This supermarket is THE WORST! bonkers policies that are frustrating and hard to get refund but they waste food. I have been waiting for over 24hrs now for defrosted foods to be collected because they arrived thawed and at room temperature and Iceland can't refund me until they are picked up but can't tell me when they will be picked up, so I have the inconvenience of having to keep smelly defrosted foods in my kitchen in warm weather because of their bonkers policies...that's unacceptable! I shop at many of the major supermarkets and Iceland are the hardest to get a refund from and the ID questions they ask, you would think they think they are Waitrose or Ocado or something other than a ghetto supermarket. Thanks very much for all the convenience you have caused me in the last 24hrs and the late delivery, since you changed the store and got into bed with amazon, your standards have gone down hill, not that they were great before. I'm as mad as hell.

As I have health problems and can't carry heavy loads, I have tried to have heavy items delivered. I have now given up with the London Camberwell branch because their stock control is useless. I order the day before delivery for the large boxes of washing powders and liquids. I book the 8am to 10am delivery but before they arrive I get an email stating they do not have the items! To make up the order to £40 (free delivery) I order things that are not important, so I get a few non essential items delivered and still have no washing machine powder /liquids!

Never have what u need. Rude customer service. Think its OK to keep money needed for food and essentials for over a week. 60 quid missing out of my food budget this week. Refund policy is criminal. And crippling. For us low income family's. Bett off getting cab then paying for delivery for them.not deliver half ur shoping and Rob ur money for a week They shouldn't take money until they have packed items. Not charge u for expensive items knowing they can't forfill orders

Appalling customer service, as they gave conflicting information over the telephone and online when making a complaint about their own branded product that contained fewer items that should have been in the box. They are not interested in improving their services when things go wrong and do not value customers. I am not surprised to read all the bad reviews and I will longer be shopping with them again.

Been with Iceland many years spending up to £400 online. Never had issues till now. Supposed to have had accident with delivery van resulting in my goods not arriving. Complained x5 to cs, appalling service, forgotten what the conversation was about and did it know anything! Need up emailing Richard walker only to be referred to his pa, who is now repeating her self over and over. Will never set foot in Iceland again. Tesco for me now

I made an online delivery order, I ordered ice lollies/ice cream and they all arrived melted! I was so disappointed that they were no longer in the original shape anymore and I had to throw one box away as it leaked all over my floor! They did not provide any ice bags with it, also if a customer has ordered ice lollies/ice cream then that order should be one of the first to get delivered. How diabolical.

The staff members at Kingsbury NW9 location have been unhelpful and disrespectful. I have reached out to Morgan from the Iceland online team regarding the issue at hand, providing three detailed letters along with supporting documentation, including bank statements and the PCN Notice Letter. Despite my efforts, I have not received any assistance or resolution from Morgan, which is concerning. I kindly request further assistance in addressing this matter promptly. Thank you. Iceland Resolver ref: RES10817307 I would like to express my disappointment with the recent PCN that I have received. I was shocked to find out about the penalty notice for £170.00, as I had not been notified about any changes to the parking system at the Iceland store in Kingsbury. I have been a loyal customer of Iceland for many years and was unaware of any new parking machine being installed. There was no notice or banner displayed at the front of the store to inform customers of the new system, which I believe is unacceptable. I can confirm that I was at the Iceland store on the day in question and have attached my bank statement as proof. I kindly request that the penalty ticket be cancelled. Furthermore, I have decided not to continue shopping at Iceland due to their failure to communicate the changes effectively to customers. It appears that I am not the only one who has faced this issue, as evidenced by the negative reviews on Google. I urge Iceland to take steps to improve their communication with customers regarding any changes to their parking system. If Iceland fails to improve their communication with customers regarding changes to their parking system, it could potentially be in violation of the Consumer Rights Act 2015. This act outlines the rights of consumers and sets out rules regarding unfair terms in consumer contracts, as well as providing protection against misleading actions and misleading omissions by businesses. Failure to adequately inform customers of changes to the parking system could be considered a breach of the requirements for transparency and fair dealing with consumers as outlined in the Consumer Rights Act. DCBL and Iceland are both be at fault for failing to adequately communicate changes to the parking system to customers. In cases where a parking enforcement agency like DCBL is involved, they are typically responsible for enforcing parking regulations on behalf of the property owner, in this case, Iceland. If DCBL and Iceland are not effectively communicating changes to the parking system, it can lead to confusion and frustration for customers. Both parties could potentially be held accountable for any legal consequences that may arise from this failure to communicate, such as potential breaches of consumer rights laws or regulations. It is important for both DCBL and Iceland to work together to ensure that customers are properly informed about any changes to the parking system in a clear and transparent manner. Based on the Consumer Rights Act I hereby have full rights for the PCN to be cancelled and voided immediately.
