“ Had terrible time with customer service . Didn’t ever want to give 1 star Had money on my bonus card wanted to place order but my bonus wouldn’t come up on line ~ problem on going about 9 weeks emailing backwards and forwards still not sorted I will never shop with Iceland again . ”

They are not interested in improving their services when things go wrong and do not value customers. I am not surprised to read all the bad reviews and I will longer be shopping with them again. ”
