A technical fault developed on the touchscreen. Apple identified it as a problem on the digital pad part of the 3-piece touch screen. Even though I'm just over half way through a 2 year contract, ID mobile refused to cover the cost of rectifying the fault. I will never use them again.

Best value deal I could find by far, superfast 5G coverage where I live and app is fine, what's not to like? SIM arrived quickly and transferred number over from Vodafone without hassle. Thanks!

I have been on line for two hours trying to get a refund after finding that ID mobile have been taking money out if my account since August amounting to £176.53. There tactic is to make you wait for so long that you give up. They start sounding helpful and slowly withdraw from the conversation. They are crooks. They won’t cancel my contract and won’t refund me. I have done absolutely nothing wrong. Avoid this company at all costs as Carphone warehouse say the same thing too.

Shocking experience with these people, i bought a sim a few months back and wanted to cancel as it had an anytime cancel the policy but when i went to do so they said they take a payment on the last day before you cancel (so you paying a full payment for no reason) when i said that's not right surely they said if you don't pay we will get the debt collectors round? xD and said would you like to stick with us instead just a horrible trap system to keep you with them and the customer advisor live chat assistant was horrendous with his attitude will be canceling still and never coming back would avoid at all cost

Ordered a phone DPD had lost the phone. But I.D don’t have any call centres and you just get a message from a computer. Been 3 weeks now with no contact or phone. Even had the check to send me a invoice. Stay clear.

AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTANT. I WAS ACCIDENTLY SENT 2 HANDSETS, ONE WAS RETURNED IMMEDIATELY AND RECEIVED BY ID MOBILE. I HAVE BEEN BILLED EVER SINCE FOR THE HANDSET I SENT BACK. THIS COMPANY HAVE OFFERED NUMEROUS EXCUSES WHY THEY WILL NOT PAY BACK THE HUNDREDS OF POUNDS THAT WAS TAKEN FROM MY BANK. THEY ARE CRIMINALS. AVOID..

Truly awful customer service no real people and the bots slow ro the point of wondering if you e been cut off a simple bill enquiry took 40 minutes avoid at all costs wouldn't of given them a single star

A simply awful company. Very poor data services, useless support and, as per previous posts, questionable and possibly fraudulent billing practices. When you challenge this, the ‘complaints team’ are pointlessly adversarial. Keep away; they are cheap for a reason. You have been warned!

absolutely awful, i have been paying huge bills for months with no breakdowns, around £100 bills ?? next thing i know my phone is no longer working and has been cut off, getting threatening emails saying i'm being passed to a debt collector yet i call the number and they say everything is fine. so why is my Phone not working? For two months now during a pandemic, being isolated, not being able to call anyone or be called by anyone i have been trying to get through to SOMEBODY to help me and there is not a single number where you can get through to a real human being, the bot online is awful and cuts out after an hour of waiting to talk to a robot. i have sent multiple emails, tried to call, filed complaints and nothing. now my credit score and financial future is in jeopardy because of this and STILL nothing!? what do i do at this point and where do I turn!? AWFUL AWFUL company at this point they are putting people at risk and in danger!

Usesless waste of money. I purchased a sim only unlimited data monthly contract. Cancelled it after the first week pointless can't even get online during the day. It is not just slow it is non existent. In fairness though if you are someone who is up all night and asleep all day it might be ok because you can get online during the night but I am up all day and asleep at night so it is useless for me in fact it is worse than useless because it you don't have something it can't be used but I purchased this in good faith and can't use it. Just a con stay well clear, cheap price, but I wish they would say what they are selling, that internet is only available during the night instead of giving the impression that it is unlimited data whenever you want it. This is just a case of gross mis-selling. I suppose you get what you pay for go cheap and you get rubbish.

Customer service is shocking! Spent almost an hour communicating with a bot as to why my data has run out a day before new allowance begins. Apparently because of a mms message costing 30p! Worth mentioning I never use all available data. Shocking company to deal with, will be searching for a new provider. Never again!

I have just entered in a contract and regret it big time! Porting in issues and haven't had any network (Internet, calls or texts) for 3 weeks. Spent weeks speaking in the online chat and they have done nothing. I don't even know what to do now, I'm paying for a contract i can't even use! Its absolutey crazy. Worst network in the world.

Avoid with a passion - they have a shocking quality for a network (yes they piggy back on 3) but if that’s important, sign up with 3. They always have congestion, are not qualified to solve any problems and won’t do anything to solve problems. Sadly I am stuck till January 2023 but will be leaving (and in the mean time using WiFi from my daughters phone while out and about)

Really bad company, please stay away from them as they trick you to stay with them when the contract runs out. Its deliberately not cancel contract to force customers to stay and pay. Also the mobile data is very poor.

Absolutely appalling! The fact that since the pandemic hit the call centre have all closed resulting in automated online live chat is a complete and utter disrespect to one's mental health. I am a vulnerable single mother with health issues currently pregnant. My 2 year contract ended I tried to contact ID to clarify I no longer want to Carry on the the contract because of the lack of communication and no call centres my phone has been cut off from out going communications whilst the bills has accumulated to over £100 barring in mind I haven't be able to use the phone since July in between this I have tried on numerous occasions to contact ID even visiting one of the carphonewasre houses to be told that they can't help is disgusting. In the past 2 weeks my phone has been cut off completely because I have not paid the bill for the phone I haven't be able to use since June and can't contact ID to disgust the matter further. I have missed out on calls from health professionals, solicitors to do with a personal important matter. School and nursery for my children, Calls from my sick mother due to this I am isolated from the world I have no means of contacting ID mobile other than the automated un helpful live chat. I'm am so devastated the bill is building up my baby is due In the next few months. I've never felt so frustrated with a mobile phone company in my whole life. My anxiety levels have increased as I don't know how I'm going to afford to pay for a phone I cant use on top of a new baby and missing out on important phone calls. My mental health has increased due to this and I am scared of being in debt I cant afford due to the lack of empathy for vulnerable customers. I find it a disgrace that ID have moved everything on line as not every one can use online services. I believe ID mobile has set their most vulnerable customers up to fail. I don't know how this problem will be resolved but I've spent the last few days having panic attacks at the fact my family have had to contant my auntie who has cancer to look out her window to see if she can see me from her house. I'm devastated..

Impossible to speak to a person, the data allowance was constantly not available, i have cancelled a contract qnd the customer service did not process this on their records. The company is not even worth a star!

It is not even a 1 rating it is zero! My card got stolen so every month I had to use a new card to pay a paltry balance of 18 pounds but it then has got to the point they say my bank is not responding and so for days I have not been able to make a call. I cannot cancel either and so I have had to buy another phone with another provider. Please NEVER use ID they are terrible and useless. The worst ever. I will be spreading this far and wide because they have treated me dreadfully.
