Charge too much when you go over your allowance. It should be up to customer to decide how much cap they want or if any cap at all. Thieves.

Dreadful customer service. Deny receiving two cancellation letters and send the debt of £15 (despite it being disputed) to their very dodgy collections agency. Do not use this company or any other part of Carphone Dixons if you value customer service - this company has none.

If I could leave a 0 star review i would. Absolutely shocking service and customer service. I am currently paying 39 pounds per month for 20 gb of 4g data I was sold a package which said I had excellent 4g at my postcode. I never get 4g anymore. Sometimes I get h or h+ and therefore can't really even use my internet data. I have been emailing and calling them for the past month and they just keep saying can we close your complaint now. Absolutely shocking company

A dreadful company owned by Dixons… A dreadful company owned by Dixons Stores Group (Curry's, PC World, Carphone Warehouse). We were with them briefly on a monthly £3.99 rolling contract and when we left paid them in full (Have paperwork to prove). Amazingly they have reported my wife to a debt collector Lucas Finance who are harassing my wife for just over £13! The world has truly gone mad and I would not touch DSG or their stores with a bargepole.

Used my phone over the past 2 months in Majorca and France. Both months I have been charged for rest of world roaming. When I complained I was told that if the phone automatically selects the network it could be outside the EU. Unbelievable!

Took a 30 day rolling sim only contract but cancelled the day the sim arrived - well within the cancellation period. Today received an invoice for the so-called pro rata period!! Spoke to"customer services", again, to be spoken to as if I was an idiot. The sim was cancelled the day it arrived, was never inserted into the phone or used, and destryed as per their instructions. Trading standards need to be investigating this "company" and reminding them of their obligations to abide by consumer law - their t&c's do not override the law!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Signed up for a rolling monthly sim. Purchased a brand new unlocked phone, sim wouldnt work as asking for a sim code. Called and told to block my phone and they would unblock it. Once blocked nothing worked and they were not interested, in fact the person that told me to block the phone was eating at the same time. Sent another sim out but that never worked because the phone was blocked. I cancelled the sim plan, within 7 days of first receiving it. Constantly getting emails and letters as if I still have an account, then told I owe £1.22 ! I said I have a 14 day cooling off period by law and that I should not be charged anything as never used any part of the service. I was told that I was being charged pro rata because thats how ID do it, regardless of the consumer act law in the UK. This company is acting in an illegal manner. The staff are not properly trained and give out the wrong and illegal information. Avoid at all costs !!

DO NOT USE they are honestly the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to use app wont let you pay and they immediately cut you off and start threatening you and everything else about them is awful to.

Absolutely horrible ordeal. Called to confirm a payment for a standard morntly bill, payment was confirmed as successful, fantastic. Then the phone was cut off, I called to inquire as to why to be told it was for an outstanding bill from four months previous with no attempt to contact me and inform even though the following months all the bills were paid in full. I requesting the bar to be lifted with a proposal for an extension with a double payment as health issues require me to be able to contact my partner incase of emergencies. This was rejected and I was told they cannot lift the bar until the payment had been made after being told it had already been succesful. A second call was to no avail with useless unhelpful repetitive apologies that were empty with no consideration for their customers ending with the agent muting me and then dropping the call. A third attempt from my part to resolve this situation started with a lovely understanding woman appreciative of the circumstances who informed me the bank had failed the payment after being told by them it was succesful so the liability didn't lie with them even after the misinformation and lies to cover their own behinds. Fair enough, my bank and myself have a part to play if the payment was unsuccessful due to insufficient funds even after being told it had been paid and hung up on with no offer or action on their side to resolve the issue with a payment plan or extension. I requested to speak to a manager reminding the agent it wasn't her fault and with the understanding that they have access to grant such options in extenuating circumstances, the manager was nonchalant, incompetent and kept repeating the same line over and over '' I can give you the complaints number AGAIN if you didn't get it the first time'' point blank refused any negotiation or resolution and had no interest in providing the customer service he's hired for. Misinformers, liars and abborhent customer service never join, never trust, never promote!! On par with Vodafone in their absimal treatment of customers.

Terrible customer services I have never known anything like it. I only wish I had not gone into a 24 month contract. They have not given what they promised and calling customer services is so frustrating they do not listen and care very little about customer retention. They basically called me a liar even though I have a copy of a chat with one of the agents they will not stand by what I have been told. Have a good look at other reviews for this network first. I wish I had!

Awful customer service. Slow. Ill informed. Always "busy". Keep taking money from account even though phone returned. No one cares once you buy. Think about service before using this company.

Id Mobile is a company under Carphone Warehouse I believe. I googled Samsung Galaxy 10 plus deals and came across a deal through USwitch (who take no responsibility for companies they get money from to promote their services I now know). If you look at my review of DPD Parcel you get some background. I bought said phone from Id Mobile 2 weeks ago this past Tuesday online. Phone was guaranteed to be delivered within 24 hours. I paid £99.99 upfront. It was late on Tuesday when I bought so was fine when I received email from this company informing my phone would be delivered on the Thursday. No phone delivered. It was delivered the following Monday but by then I had had enough of I'd and had cancelled the phone early Monday previous to this past one. I phoned I'd on the Thursday my phone did not arrive and I was told their systems were down and could not help me. I phoned again the following Saturday and was told the same. I phoned on the Sunday and the lady I spoke to was bewildered when I told her I had phoned previously and was told their systems were down. She told me they were not. Then she told me should not help me as it was Sunday and DPD Couriers were closed. So I phoned on Monday and after being passed around the 3rd person told me he was soooooo sorry and he would personally handle my account from now on. I told him to cancel phone and give me my money back. He assured me I would have my money back into my account within 5 working days. Then Tuesday a woman phoned me to discuss my complaint and I told her I was exasperated. I just want phone cancelled and money back. She told me once they received phone back for me to look at my account and once phone is noted returned I can request my money back and it will take between 5-7 working days. I never opened an account as I never received the phone. They were very quick to take my money but so much work to get it back. Read reviews about this company. I am not alone ET! UPDATE:Here is their reply: Hi Jim. Thank you for getting in contact. We apologise for the situation that you described on your post. We've already raised the details of your issue to our senior Customer Service team to investigate how this problem could have been avoided. We can confirm that your account is disconnected following the return and whilst you may receive a bill for the time the account was active, no payment would be expected for this, as it will be cleared due to the return. We're also disappointed that the initial delivery was delayed in reaching you causing this situation to materialise. It seems the item arrived in Aberdeen on Thursday but not in time for it to be sent out for delivery. We can't see any reason why it wasn't delivered at the next available opportunity on Friday but ultimately, this information doesn't help. We believe the actions taken today will resolve this complaint in full but if there is anything more we can do for you, please let us know. Kind Regards Philip iD Mobile. UPDATE: Still no word from them about the £99.99 I paid upfront and I have emailed them after ther response to my review. Bad company!!! I have never ever had a contract with iD mobile actually never heard of them , i have been with o2 for years , but today i received an email from iD mobile stating they were sorry i was leaving , and they would be sending my last bill . What is going on .?

Absolutely awful cut off internet for 5 days without giving any notice until I rung up and asked then they told me...multi million pound company forgetting to send out "planned maintenance" messages to its users....sums them up really, the truth is they just lie to their customers. Really do yourself a favour and avoid them, impossible to get hold of and awful signal.

UPDATE on iD Mobile. They NOW say there is ANOTHER bill to pay AFTER my CONTRACT ends. So my solicitor is now on to this one too. They should be shut down and FORCED to pay MILLIONS back in COMPENSATION to Customers. Is no one from offcom reading these reviews that can step in and SHUT DOWN iD ????

Simply avoid. Bad coverage and it seems like an impossible task to cancel the account. I have cancelled my account twice and it is still not cancelled. Absolutely dreadful!!!!

MINUS 1 STAR. BEWARE IF THEM !!! They STOLE £30 from my bank in Match of this year despite the monthly plan only being £15. My bsnk ststements clearly show £15 paid in every other month and £30 in March STOLEN . I have TRIED several times to get an explanation but the live chat line seems to think it is all a game and played silly number letter games this afternoon and ILLEGALLY asked for SECURITY RISK DETAILS that no cpmpany should be asking over the internet. Solicitor is now taking action and police is considered for the THEFT OF MONEY. STAY AWAY FROM id mobile !!!. Read the dozens of reviews about their similar scams to customers. !!!

Dreadful company. Easy and helpful UK call centre when they are luring you into a contract. Once you have a query or want to leave you have to deal with their South African call centre who are rude, aggressive and dish out wholly incorrect information. This is a terrible company that will rob you and force you to stay with them and will try and cost you more money I rang up the I.d mobile to find out that it’s costing me to call them as well as akilla one of the so called managers laughed at me after they found out it was costing me money which is bad service inits self as well as they will not try and help you if you are loyal they just want your money further more they kept me on the phone for a hour so that cost me even more money I find the disgusting and disgraceful I will never recommend I.d to any one at all and I will keep telling people how bad this company is
