“Sold me a flight that doesn’t exist!! Nasty shock at Dubrovnik airport to find the flight sold to me by Jet2 and confirmed does not operate. Customer service? You must be joking!!! Stranded, out of pocket, no answer when I called. Good luck to you and your family if you risk your holiday with these jokers.”
“having changed our holiday we had to pay £50 each our in laws who booked exactly the same day and changed there booking after our paid £40 each I Emailed them had a response from Georgia Ryan at jet 2 who obviously didn't even bother to read my email just fobbed us off their customer services is a joke and they seem to make up what they charge when re booking if she had actually read my email relating to dates booked I might of had a better response what an absolute joke !!”

Contacted Jet2 & advised no refunds on flights.
Had to claim money back via my premier banking travel insurance minus £100 pound excess.
It seems the not so caring air line on this occasion.”
“Received a text telling me that my flight had been changed to a day earlier. I couldn’t do this as my lad is still in school on this day so a kind lady rang her team leader & agreed that they would change it to the day after when he is off school. It’s so lovely to experience good customer service especially when I booked the holiday through sunmaster who didn’t have the decency to inform me of the change. In future i Will be booking direct flights with jet2 instead.”
“Just have to commend you all at JET2, Have travelled at LOW PRICES regularly with the Airline since the company began flying from LEEDS BRADFORD many years ago. Apart from the occasional few mins delay, I have only had one 4 hr delay in all those Years AND Within a short time, I received compensation! My recent flight to Spain was cancelled due to covid but money owed to me was credited back quickly.

“Booked with jet2 flights as "WORRY FREE" They have now removed this from their website and have backtracked in their Gaurantee and will fly you knowing you then need to quarantine 2 weeks shame shame on you, fraudsters.

“Jet 2 forced us to pay extra to move from a shoddy hotel to a decent one when we were at the hotel, or risk being stuck at the rubbish one, wouldn’t compensate us, made us pay a cancellation fee and provided really bad customer service. If your holiday is going great they are excellent, if you have a problem, you are on your own and they don’t want to know.”

“From check-in and flight to airport transfer, hotel and rep Jet2 have fantastic customer service. Less-able clients are boarded first, choice of food and beverage in-flight (hot and cold) is good and comfort and leg-room is amazing. Transfer to and from hotel was both comfortable and pleasant. The hotel (San Cristobal, Marbella) was of very good standard, with great service, staff and beautiful rooms. Our Rep (Frankie) has to get a special mention for her 5 Star customer service - she went out of her way to make sure we had the best possible stay, even contacting us on her day off!”

“I flew from Manchester in early January 2019 with Jet 2.Every one involved in check-in was cheerful and happy to engage in conversation with myself and others.
The flight was on time, I had a generous baggage allowance included and unlike other competitors there was no attempt to exploit "extras" out of me.
The attendants out were very pleasant. Unfortunately the flight back although on time was marred by the attendants running out of food as they got to me. There was no attempt to address this, when I returned home I contacted Jet 2 and received a punctual and efficient response on this complaint.
The apology was satisfactory and as such I will now attempt to use Jet 2 as my preferred shorthaul airline in Europe.”
