I’ve purchased 4 (maybe 5, can’t remember who supplied my FOIS) watches from Jomashop and over time each experience with their customer service is worse. Started great when I purchased a Tissot and the chronograph sub-dials did not return to zero. They gave me a return authorization but also offered phone support to tell me how to reset them. It worked perfect and was a great experience. A couple of years later I purchased a Glycine Airman (pre-Invicta). Again all went fine. Then I ordered a Zenith El Premiro that they never fulfilled only said if they get one they can sell for the price they sold it to me for they would ship it. Customer Service was useless. After 5 of 6 months I cancelled. The last watch, a month ago, was a Breitling Premier Bently which I know would not come with factory warranty card, but this did not have a Bentley Tag, nor Jomashop Warranty card, and no COSC card which is watch/manufacturer specific, not dealer related. This watch could be a return a refurb or anything especially without paperwork, tags, etc. This effects the price I’ll get when I sell this watch in the future. All of a sudden it’s less than grey market, it’s watch, box and no papers. When I talked to customer service it was tuff luck, they don’t supply it, I can return it if I don’t like it. I did ask for them to give me my Jomashop Warranty and send a Jomashop warranty card. They sent me a letter giving me a number of days to go online to a specific web address and register my watch for warranty. When I tried to do that Microsoft indicated a fatal Security violation on this IP address and the sight was not Jomashop and had issues with its security credentials. My other grey market dealers supply the full set with tags attached and two of them supply the balance of the manufacturers warranty and dealer stamped warranty card. Jomashop has steadily gone down hill. I used to recommend to everyone, not anymore.

You can buy Ray Band sunglasses through multiple online retailers. Since price is an important factor for expensive products like these, Jomashop offered one of the best values. I also got them in about 4 days. Thanks.

I've had ok dealings with Jomas so far although I haven't purchased any real expensive timepieces from them as of yet but was hesitant due to the delivery on a few items of under $500 just being left by my mailbox on a busy street several hundred yards from the house and my front door, unacceptable! Front door okay, across the street, no thanks.

I have ordered 4 watches from Jomashop. Two Omegas, one Citizen and most recently a Tag Heuer order # M2AF3244. I consider the Omega and Tag watches luxury brand. I have not been disappointed with any of my 4 purchases. I am especially pleased with the luxury brand purchases. These are authentic timepieces. You can't tell you didn't get them from a retail shop. Only you and your wallet know. Each order was shipped in a timely manner. They were packed safely and securely. Each watch came in an original box with the papers. The only glitch was shipping with FedEx on my latest purchase. Jomashop did their due diligence to ensure safe delivery by requesting that FedEx only release the item with a direct customer signature. FedEx failed to honor the signature request and just dropped my watch on the front porch. I found that to be unacceptable by FedEx. These are expensive items that should not be left on your front porch for you to find by chance. I called FedEx to complain about that. I bring this up to warn others if you're expecting a delivery from Jomashop keep an eye out for the FedEx driver. You don't want an expensive item sitting out for the possibility of a porch pirate taking your delivery. Again I want to emphasize that was not Jomashop's fault. They did their part. FedEx failed to do theirs. I will continue to shop at Jomashop and recommend them to family and friends. Thanks Jomashop.

PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW! As many folks reviewing Jomashop have said, I would not recommend them. I purchased a Panerai watch from them, when I got it there was no manuals or authentication cards. They claimed it was because they are not an authorized reseller of products such as Panerai. When I pointed out to them that the listing says "Original Box and Papers" they simply stated, "that's just a generic posting and wasn't related to the watch I purchased." Laughable. They claimed they bought it from one of their 'Suppliers' on the secondary market. It looked used. After arguing for a while they reduced the extortionary "Restocking Fee". Save your time and money! You are getting secondary market stuff anyway, so buy from the Real Real or like shops.

customer service is terrible. you can wait for hours to get a response by a chat. also crazy about their orders. i ordered something and then they told me its out of stock (yes really after ordering...) so i had it changed to a different item and it should have arrived already and now theyre saying that its also out of stock. i never had something like that happen and ill never buy something again. and you better dont start up with them either!

Bought a Movado bold motion 2 1/2 years ago, I had to send it back to be repaired because hand stopped moving. It took about 2 months to get it back. Watch stopped working again and can’t be sent back since warranty has expired. Will never purchase anything from them again! Buyer beware!

After carefully reading all of the negative reviews from Jomashop, I have decided not to buy from the Jomashop website. Consumers beware buying at your own risk, Jomashop are a bunch of SCAMMMERS!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered an Omega Constellation Globemaster in late June. The listing said usually ships within 6-10 weeks. Within days of making the purchase, I noticed Jomashop had raised the price in the listing by $300. When I called to ask about the status of my order, they simply said it hasn't shipped yet and wouldn't provide any additional information; they weren't helpful. So now we're at ten weeks and I'm waiting to see if Jomashop will deliver my order or make me wait until I cancel so they can sell it at a higher price. We'll see. If they deliver, I'll update this post. Update: It's been almost 15 weeks since since I placed my order and Jomashop hasn't delivered the watch. They said there is no e.t.a. The watch is currently listed on their site for $550 more than the order I placed, with delivery still listed at 6 to 10 weeks. I believe Jomashop doesn't want to fill the order at the price I ordered it at; they'd rather sell it to someone else at a higher price, but they won't be honest about it. So, in my experience, Jomashop isn't trustworthy. They didn't deliver and they weren't straightforward with me. Be aware and be careful.

I called customer service to get help with my Orient watch as the band broke within the first three months of occasional use. The guy immediately told me to call Orient because they don't have bands. I told him that Jomashop was where I purchased it and could they help me. He told me it was out of the 3 month time - but I didn't even get the watch from the time I ordered in early July till mid August. It took way longer than delivery promised and broke after a little use. I requested a supervisor and they guy would not pass me on to a supervisory and did not stand behind the product at all. Very disappointing - the absolute worse customer service I have ever experienced - they are scam just like their reviews - don't use them you'll regret it later

Beware this company is a total scam. Bought a new watch from them (Tissot) and what a mistake. Received the watch and it stopped working in one day and it was to heavy and to big. I returned it within three days and never heard from them. Called them two weeks later and they they would get back to me and within two minutes I received a response that the watch had heavy use bogus photos attached? I wore it for 15 minutes and then neatly packed the watch and shipped it back to them. the watch was in new condition. Had to file a claim with my credit card company. I could tell by the conversation that this company is a bunch of scam artists BEWARE DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY

Hello, I’ve started my campaign against your firm for having sent me a watch that did not keep time, and for being snarky about it at best. Your customer service person (Shady – Good God, have he/she change her name or at least use something less criminal sounding…) never even responded to my chat request. You’ve wasted several hours of my time trying to resolve this issue without success both online and via telephone. Your resolution of the situation was to send the watch back to for servicing. That probably means you’ll have to send it back to Japan, and I won’t have the watch back for several months at best. So… it appears you’re dumping your problem on me and I am not happy. I hope to do your firm much damage with reviews, etc. as your attitude toward my situation has been less than admirable, and nearly criminal in my opinion. Good luck in future, you’ll probably need it as your business model really stinks. An unhappy, dissatisfied ex customer Pete P.S. Unless you plan on refunding my account (I’ll be happy to return the watch to you in brand new condition as I have only worn it for maybe 5 days, no scratches or buffs, no damage) don’t even bother to write me back. P.S.S. I’m retired, so I’ve got nothing better to do than try to make your lives miserable, or at least cut into your profits by warning others of your shenanigans.

I did the order on 26.08.2020. They sent the watch on 02.09. It arrived to Doha on 07.09. Usually, when I’m getting the parcels it takes 3 days maximum since status changes “arrived to Doha”. So I was waiting for a week. Still nothing was delivered. I wrote to support and they assured me to wait. So I wait. And the parcel was not delivered. So as soon as the support was not helping with the parcel and was telling me only to wait, I decided to investigate by myself what is wrong with the parcel. So I went to the main post office where I was informed that the shop didn’t wrote my phone number and the parcel was on the post office for so long time that they had to send it back to the shop. So very good plan. Take money from the customers, do not write the phone number, then hold the time so the post will send the item back. As a result Jomashop is getting money and the returned watches. Customer is getting no watch and no money and spends the time. Just excellent robbery. So I can not recommend them. The support is useless. And the shop is robbing people.

DO NOT BUY any luxury items from this company unless you are willing to pay someone for authenticity. Spent thousands dollars on a item that doesn’t even come with original tag and dust bag , authentic card. Nothing besides a bestpresso box warped for you ! I don’t know if the item was real or fake !! Chat with one of their customers service agent , I was told that is the way they get products from vender, if I’m not happy with it , I need to pay my own shipping fee plus restocking fee to return it. Worst customer service ever ! Do not waste your time and money on this company !!!

Absolutely the worst customer service I have EVER experienced. Ordered Celine sunglasses & received Dior case, cloth, & box. I was offered $5, then $15, compensation due to them not having a Celine case to provide. Hung up on, spoken over, and sarcastic comments from “Manager“ & “Representative.” Highly dissatisfied & I encourage all to beware!
