It's a scam. They make it impossible to return any defective watches. They are a grey market dealer which means no warranty is offered other than what they call a warranty. If you attempt to call the manufacturer, they will not honor any warranty from a watch purchased from any other place than an authorized dealer. This is a big risk. Both pieces I received from them were defective and were not able to be return. Thankfully they were small value items.

Ordered 2 watches for 5K Read the reviews about the shipping delays and to my surprise the shipped the next day. When the package arrived I noticed the box was kinda small for an omega watch plus a citizen promaster diver I received a 20 dollar watch No phone response , email says it’s blocked. There’s no such mistake , it’s a fraud

Placed order on Dec 12, 2020, my order was shipped on Dec 17, 2020, with email telling me I would receive it on Dec 21. Then delivery date changed to Dec 22nd, then Dec 23rd. Today it is January 5, 2021-STILL NO package. No one answers their phone and when I send messages, they respond: “We are sorry to hear you have not received your order. We will start a shipping claim on this item for you. Please be advised we must open an investigation with the shipping carrier and a resolution can take 2-3 weeks for domestic and 4-5 weeks for international packages. Updates will be provided to you via email.” And “USPS is experiencing high demand and major delays. Please allow a few more days for this to deliver. Thanks so much for your patience.” I buy everything online and many ship via USPS, with no issues. They should reship my items ordered and then if they insured the package, they work it out with USPS, not telling me to “be patient” and “wait”. Total BS!!!!!!!!

I’ve purchased several times with Jomashop and never had a issue with delivering . Customer service is not that great. It’s hard to reach anyone and yet alone get a response is a hassle . Also the categorization of shoe sizes is not organized or accurate . I’m a size 11 (44 eu) and there is no option for my size but there are repetitive size options and I can’t find a size 11 unless i scroll down for a while and luckily find a pair . Their filtering option needs to be updated

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Nonexistent customer service!! I have called dozens of times and emailed them over 5 times and no one responds. I need a return authorization number for an item that I purchased for $2500

Poor customer service. Emailed two times for my recent purchase but didn’t get any respond and it’s so hard to get a hold of someone when I called. Live chat assistant Emily.L is very rude and unprofessional. She disconnected me two times while I was typing and told me to call instead. She told me to “call” without any explanation why she can’t help me thru live chat and doesn’t even have a heart to say “please call” but pushing her work to call representatives.

I was charged, but I never got my items (as of today from an order two months old). I got an order number, which was not recognized by the automated system set up for members. I got nothing to track my order. I tried multiple times and ways to reach customer service, but I could not get through. When I would call the telephone number provided they would not put me through to a person. An automated system said they would call back, but never did. I did get an email in response to several of my emails saying sorry for the general delay of products, but with no news of my specific order.

It took two months to receive my order and I don’t want it anymore after trying to find out where my order was they had no record of my order because I put in the wrong email. Very dissatisfied

Ordered a classic Frederique Constant Slimline Quartz watch for myself, and it was an excellent price. I did some price search and had never heard of Jomashop before. The package arrived in 4 days! And it is a beautiful authentic Frederique Constant in original box and packing. Love the watch, and impressed by the super fast ordering and shipping.

I received shoes with no shoe box and no dust covers. I am 90% sure they are fake/ knock offs. No one in customer service

Absolutely unable to reach anyone by phone. I need to return a defective watch, but need a 'return authorization number' to do so. The online method will not work and NO ONE ever answers or calls back. After over three days and countless attempts, I gave up and will now dispute the charge. This is an obvious attempt to prevent returns.

I have not received my watch. It was shipped via USPS on 12/15. To date I have not received the purchase and no date has been established for receipt.

Terrible customer service, the absolute worst company to deal with. Late shipping on the watch by 2 weeks! missed christmas and refused to cancel even though they didn't ship yet.
