Jomashop really is a hit or a miss. They either nail it, or they mess it up. Their policy requiring you to call them to authorize a payment that you’ve already made is the most ridiculous of them all and made me purchase elsewhere.

Watch arrived on time. However it was not secured inside the box during shipping and the protective film had been removed. So it was bouncing around inside the box while being shipped halfway across the world. It arrived undamaged, but that was just extremely good luck.

When they deliver the product you order, it's an excellent place to order from, but the reason I gave it three stars is because they are incredibly inconsistent. I've had to cancel four orders out of the eight I've placed due to not having a product in stock, as they claimed on their site.

The watch arrived on time and was beautiful. The down side is 3 days after my husband opened the watch the battery was dead

It was good. Shipped on time. The only problems I see is their holidays deals . You have to spend a big amount of money to get a discount.

Competitive pricing on a wide selection of items, and everything is genuine. Generally ships on time, but some items can take a few weeks to ship and there is little transparency about when something will actually ship. They've started putting a very small notice on the item listing saying "ships in 1-2 weeks" but it's small and hard to see if you don't know where to look. It can be frustrating. Once things ship, though, tracking is clear and updated regularly. Customer service can be helpful, but it often takes a long time for them to respond, and most responses are formed canned responses that may not actually have read your message.

All the purchase process was really good! Good prices, fast delivery! However my bottle came with a few defects ( the ink is peeling off from the bottle).

I bought 4 watches on Jomashop. The watches arrived in good condition and are of high quality. Certainly the prices are hard to beat. However, in one case the watch was shipped late, and it took about 3 weeks to arrive. I had to call a few times. The second case proved more disappointing and complicated. First, Jomashop needs to make it clear whether a watch is in stock. I thought it was, but as it happened it wasn't. I had to wait 2 weeks for Jomashop to inform me that the company ordered it. They let me know it would take ANOTHER 2 weeks for them to receive it. Total waiting time before shipment: 1 month. If that wasn't enough, Jomashop claimed that my credit card had been declined, which turned out to be false. According to my bank statement, the company indeed charged me, which I told a Jomashop representative. Still, the order didn't go through, and the head of the financial department wasn't particularly helpful on that score. So my bank conducted an investigation and, fortunately, my money was returned. My sense is that while Jomashop offers some fine products at excellent prices, a buyer is probably taking a risk. I've certainly been fortunate insofar as none of my watches turned out defective. Jomashop has acquired a reputation for poor service and for not assuming responsibility when products prove unsatisfactory. Maybe I was just lucky in having no complaints about the products themselves.

Wish it would tell you if an item was out of stock. Instead you place an order and part of your order will ship. When you ask about the rest of the order you'll be told it'll ship when in stock. After a couple weeks of waiting I asked to just cancel the items that haven't shipped and told they can't be cancelled but would have to wait until I receive them and then could return them. Then they when you get the email it's on it's way, it's not delivered like the other packages, they choose the slowest possible way. Pretty crappy but if the item is in stock it's fine.

I bought a perfume, it was the mancera instant crush. I have this perfume purchased from jomashop and it is very strong, you’ll feel it on you all day. I decided to buy it again as a gift for a girl overseas. The delivery was really fast, I was surprised. When this person tried the perfume the smell was the same, however the scent lasted for 30 minutes. I was accused of buying a copy but I had to explain that I bought from a reputable retailer. Well this situación kind of put a dark spot on my vacation. I don’t think the perfume was really on sale because I paid the average price for it.

I got a good Citizen Super-Titanium EcoDrive watch for a good price. A watch that is guaranteed for 5 years is worth more than one with 12 month coverage, or with a custom warranty which is invalidated by cosmetic damage to the watch exterior. If I had known the limitations of the "Jomashop" warranty, I would still have purchased this watch and been happy with it. But it would be nice if Jomashop was clearer about its policies, and 5* if it verified Citizen's own comprehensive 5 year warranty on its Citizen offerings. I found I could register my watch directly with Citizen for their coverage for six years, so I think I'm good. But other customers don't know this, and I'm still unsure if this will be honored if I have a problem.

I have still yet to receive a order and it’s been over a month, very unhappy regarding that… but other then that everything as far the prices are amazing an the selection

We have had mixed experiences with Jomashop which is a very large organization. The experience with the watch we ordered was excellent. For the necklace, even though the order was accepted, we were informed that the item was no longer available. This is just wrong since the order had been accepted and a hold placed on the credit card. Subsequent emails remained unanswered.

I got my watch. Packaged well. I paid for expedited shipping but my watch came days later than what I paid for. That was partially due to slow shipping and partially due to Jomashop being slow to ship. I would buy from Jomashop again but it wasn't an enjoyable experience. The watch is great though.

The fountain pen I ordered was labelled as new, but when it arrived it was obvious that it had been previously used. Ink was still in the converter, and was all cruddy at the opening which means it sat that way for some time. The item did not have any other apparent defects so I decided to keep it, but it is deceptive to sell something as new when it clearly is not.
