“Bought nike shoes that started falling apart from inside after 3 weeks of wearing them . I been told to send them to assessment team with tracked delivery that costed me extra 10 pound . They send shoes back to me saying that they are damaged but this is not manufacture fault but mine. Shoes are falling apart after not even 4 weeks and I was told that is my fault. Pepole on customer services are terrible basically suggesting you to move on as they wont do anything about it . If you think you will buy a shoe from office and something is wrong with it you will never get your money back ! Avoid this shop pepole ! They do not care about customer after you made payment !”

And this is more to do with quality control
I recently ordered a pair of buckle boots (size 6 in taupe) online after the Birmingham store had run out of them.
they arrived at the store, and I was informed by text..(all ok)
I collected them..and on trying them on, it soon became apparent that one shoe felt far looser than the other.
Looking at the shoes, they were both marked as 40 (Uk 6) on the sole, However on looking inside one of them under the tongue it was marked as 41 ( size 7)
I brought them back to the store and decided to re-order another pair ( size 6)
They arrived at the store, and this time I decided to try them on at the store first.
they seemed fine, so..not wanting to take the cardboard box home, I placed them in my own carrier bag.
Now they are both marked as size 40, however (and its not my imagination) the right shoe feels wider than the left and visibly looks so.
Placing them sole to sole they are the same length, but the upper shoe on the right foot is definitely wider to the point where if I place an inner sole in the wider shoe, I can put my foot in quite comfortably..but on doing so with the other shoe, the shoe is unbearably tight especially across the toe digits.
As I say..this issue is more to do with quality control..inspecting what comes in from the manufacturers of the shoes (abroad)
and what goes out to the customer from yourselves.
And before anyone suggests that maybe 'I have a problem with my feet?'

I have a pair of office shoes that I bought from an outlet they have in nearby Selfridges, and they fit just fine.”

Kieran told me that if they didn't have my size in stock that I could have a pair delivered next day free of charge to my home address from their warehouse. What a brilliant service. They actually did have my size in stock so went home with my beautiful very comfortable gold sandals.”

“Went into store & my size /colour not available there. Boots sourced by staff at till on their system. I paid & was told boots would arrive at home 3-5 days time. 8 days later after no boots arriving I contact Office only to be told "on-line shopping products not live & my boots can no longer be sourced" I pointed out I was not an on-line shopper, but was met with the same robotic response from staff.
Not only did Office fail to provide me with the goods I paid for, they also failed to communicate with me for 8 days. Terrible service. If I could have awarded no stars I would have done.”
