Took my money and never sent anything. Absolute crooks. If they do not like your email they will just stop dealing with you. Total assholes. Every rateing they get is one star and that to many. CROOKS! stay away

By far the worst company I have ever dealt with. Placed an order April 22 2021 and and it was supposedly in stock and would ship in 3 to 5 days. On April 29 went on line to check where the order was because I didn’t hear anything about tracking number and there was no order to be found. I had called 3 days in a row asking where was the order status I couldn’t find. Someone was to call back and let me know. Never got email or phone call until today 4/29/2021 advising me my order was canceled and there is still 2 more orders that they have not addressed. When calling they have disconnected the call twice and once told me to leave a message which the computer never took it. Stay away from this company they are bad from delivery times to NO customer service. Their prices are high the same as most of the companies you order from. You simply will never speak to a live person and their website is totally not functioning. If you cancel an item they have a disclaimer that they are behind with refunds and could take 3 to 5 weeks to get your money back, imagine that. They charge you credit card before shipping and have to wait for merchandise you will never get. Luckily I have Amex and will tell them not to pay because the order was cancelled. RUN AWAY FROM Optics Planet they are the PLANET OF THE APES

Ordered a product that was shown to be in stock and Checking Availability showed it would ship in 23 - 32 days. Different colors of the same product were all on backorder. A couple of days after the order was placed it changed to 100 plus days. I understand that things happen. I could wait. 45 days later, it shows shipping to be delayed for over 250 days from when it was ordered. I got on the site and found another configuration that again showed in stock and shipping in 23-32 days. A different color on backorder but not the one being ordered. So I place the order. The next day this new order shows shipping over 200 days as well now. Well, I go back to the item on the site and it is still showing that it is in stock and shipping in 23-32 days. It is not backordered or nothing stating that shipping will be delayed. So I reach out to Customer Service. Just wanting to understand what happened. And to let them know that something may be broken. Yes I am frustrated. I explain the situation. The Agents gives me the song and dance that the manufacturer is behind. I explain that my complaint has nothing to do with that. It has to do with the Bait and Switch of telling me and other people right at this very moment that you can ship in 23-32 days when you cannot. AGent did what he was trained to do and towed the company line. etc... However, it did not resolve anything. I am sure this Agents leadership at Optics Planet has no interest in knowing that they are either misrepresenting themselves (nice way of saying lying) or a system is broken and not updating correctly (assuming they have integrity). Due to the Agent not offering to pass on info, or unable to offer any solution as my complaint was the misrepresentation. The culture there is for the Customer Service people to just be a barrier between the customers and leadership. So just shut up and give us your money.

This handgaurd is not made by spikes tactical. It is made by unique handgaurds. As stated by the other review. Customer service not good either. Do not buy!! Advertised as 2 day shipping which took 3 days to arrive. Not as big of deal so much as the false advertising. Plus showed up damaged, and when talking about returns, they are talking about 2 week waiting time!!! Ridiculous.

Company continues to fall behind in order processing, non-responsive to questions, admittedly so in their own words. If you can get it elsewhere, do it. Hopefully, they'll find some adults to put in charge before failing.

Ordered a set of iron sights on 02/17/2021. Received the sights on 02/24/2021. When I received the sights the back one was missing the screw and locking block that attaches the sight to the rail. On 02/25/2021 I returned the sights to them. It is now 03/25/2021 a month after I return the sights and a month an a half after the initial order. I have contacted them multiple times to ask when I will receive an exchange and they just keep telling me they will process it soon. Way to long from order date to get a return. Their process is extremely broken. Will not order from them again.

Opticsplanet took my money, never delivered products, order then November 20,all I get is the same email back saying there still trying to get my stuff to me,its funny everybody delivered the same product to me in 3to 4 days,they just scam people out of money.

Apparently items are stated as being in stock they are NOT. After almost a month I canceled the order repeatedly, on 2/3, 2/5, 2/7, twice on 2/8 but OpticsPlanet sent the items anyway on 2/9 but it was too late. I purchased them elsewhere. I tried contacting OpticsPlanet via phone over and over, no answer. I left multiple messages. OpticsPlanet didn't return my calls or address the cancellations or my emails. Then I found OpticsPlanet reviews on the Internet. OpticsPlanet has a bad rap for not returning money and being incommunicado. I thought OpticsPlanet may have gone out of business. OpticsPlanet said the items were in stock. If so it shouldn't take almost a month to send them. It seems the cancellation got OpticsPlanet moving but OpticsPlanet still never returned any of my phone calls. OpticsPlanet emailed me and sent the items 9 days after the first cancellation saying I can return the items if I don't want them. So I did. OpticsPlanet did provided a prepaid return label. I still haven't heard anything from OpticsPlanet after the return but OpticsPlanet did send an email indicating they sent a credit to PayPal. I must note that the items I ordered from the other vendor were mailed in 2 days. To OpticsPlanet; don't act like you are going out of business when you are doing business.

Worst company ever, I suggest primary arms. Or...... you're probably better off making the parts yourself....... they say they have things to sell you. But in fact none of it is in stock and they take your orders anyways. Just to spring some changes on you at the wrong date and unsuspecting. Horrible horrible practice. Caused my bank to overdraft at a random time and I paid triple the amount for the item because of that. I've brought previously from them before and the ship time is abysmal at best. Once again...... I suggest primary arms or midway. Save yourself the trouble.

First order was damaged. took 3 months to get the items replaced even though I mailed it back the next day. Purchase body armor 4 months ago. Every month saying it was going to be another couple of weeks or so. Now they are postponed another 4 months. If I had know it was going to be months rather than weeks I would have ordered somewhere else that had them in stock and would ship the next day. No customer service, no service at all. Save your time. Go anywhere else. A few more bucks is worth it. Oh and they bill you right away. Haven't tried to get a refund yet.

Was billed for a product on 1/31 but it still has not shipped. Contacted customer service twice. Both times I was told that the item would ship no later than "next week". The item still hasn't shipped. Am planning on disputing the charge with my CC since I have been charged for a product that is not shipping. This is the last time I will do buisness with Opticsplanet.

Sent a Christmas present back to them using their system following all of the guidelines. I have a UPS Proof of delivery but they are claiming they did not receive the item. They said we did not use their RMA label but how would they know that if they did not receive the delivery. Total scam artists and I am out over close to $600. BEWARE.

I placed an order for 6 items. All products were supposed to be in stock. I paid for 2 day shipping. After about 3 days I received an email saying 2 of the products were backordered and my entire order wouldn't ship until they were in stock. I explained that they could cancel those orders and just send the "in stock" items. They agreed to this. Well, 2 weeks later they still hadn't shipped any of my items. I decided to cancel my order. They refused to cancel my order. I explained to them I would just call my credit card company. Two days later they provided me with a tracking number. Now I'll have to return the merchandise, after waiting over three weeks to receive it. Clearly they didn't have ANY of my order in stock at time of purchase. I would recommend spending your money elsewhere.

Purchased 2 items and ship date was changed so delayed almost 3 months. Wasn't allowed to cancel and was told shipping was imminent. 3 months isn't imminent. Will not do business with OpticsPlanet again and suggest avoiding them.

Worst most poorly managed company in the industry. They dont havr what tbey claim they have, and send you yhe next best thing.......even when you ordered ab$3600 scope. Then they refuse to take your call, and you are subjected to long recordings of someone in management whining how "tirelessly" they are working to fix all of their screw ups.....i should have just stuck with midway usa, they got me what i needed with lightning fast speed. One company well managed, the other a compkete sh!#show. Stay away from optics planet

Ordered a scope. Money was paid. Received an email that they did not have product would we like to cancel. Sent the reply to cancel and no refund has been issued. If you don't have the merchandise and you know it, you should advise before you take someone's hard earned money, especially in these tough times. I have contacted, paypal and optics planet and there has not been a word of communication from optics planet. This was to be Christmas present for son. Not good!
