“What a Scam, they billed me $256.50. For pens and didn't put my phone number on them. I'm a Realtor, there now worthless to me. Offered to send back and correct Natasha a Manager said no. Lesson learned, stay away from this company.”

“They sent me a sample pen, very nice, with an offer to order as many as I wanted for 69 cents a pen. I don't need many so 100 pens would be $69+ tax and shipping so I could see it being about $80-$85. Instead there was an additional $25 set up fee... and shipping was over $20, + $8 in tax.... REALLY!!!!.... The total came to $124 for 100 pens, or $1.24 each for what was advertised as a 69 cents pen.... So I went out of the system and decided not to place the order. A few minutes later I get an email saying my order was complete. WTF!!!!! I called the number on the site, told them what happened and that I do not want the pens for this price. A $25 charge for someone to enter my information into a computer for the machine to print on the pen. REALLY!!!! I told them if they sent me the order they would not be getting paid for it.... The lady on the phone stated the order had been canceled.... A few minutes after that I got another email saying my order is being personalized. All I can say is if they show up, thanks for the free pens. If it was possible to give this company zero stars that would be my prefered option.”

“Worst company ever. I had a job interview with them, they promised to call me back after the interview. They didn't call me and when I emailed them they didn't respond. What company is this? They don't respect anyone. If they take care of their employees like this, how do they take care of their customers?”

“This company is a fraud. They create a false advertisement in their website promoting products and services that they cannot offer to the customer. Her website is designed to avoid what the customer is looking for; please pay attention to the scam. The ink color of their pens is not show during the order process. The customer service knowing our disappointment have always tried to justify their own website mistakes. Personally, I felt scammed by these people. Hope that someone else read this review.”

“My order did not include the gift boxes for our recent order. 1 or 2 weeks to re ship the gift boxes. Pen arrived on the later side of time. Shipping and Handling was $36.95! / additional set up fee again of 24.95! No discounts or money off the order for the inconvenience. Pens comes all in one box just in a plastic bag. Lifting the pens out of the box they all came out falling on the counter and floor. I would not recommend this company. I will not be ordering from this company again. I don’t think they believed my story about the gift boxes missing. I was put on “hold” minutes long - until they investigated.”

“DO NOT ORDER FROM NATIONAL PEN Unfortunately, shame on me for not reading these reviews before I placed my order for pens needed for an upcoming trade show on Apirl 5 and today is May 3. My order was delivered to the wrong location by USPS and no one can help me. I placed a new order, but they told me no way will they rush my order. I also sent an email to CEO with no response. This only shows that they do not care about a new client. Not a good experience.”

“I called in an order for 500 pens and informed the agent that I had a code for free shipping and handling. She assured me that the discount would be applied to my order. However, it was slipped in and I didn't notice it right away on the approval (I'll own this mistake). I've since talked to two different agents trying to get that removed. They refuse. I can't believe that they will alienate a customer over $50! Apparently they have never heard of "life-time value of a customer." I will NEVER use this company again and I will tell EVERYONE that I know not to use them!”

“I would give it a zero if there was a choice. Terrible terrible products, service. NEVER ORDER FROM THEM. I ordered car magnets and every single one of them fell off. They will send you a poor product and will not refund you for it. They are in the business of providing poor products and DO NOT care about their customers and will not provide you a refund whatsoever. It's virtually a scam.”

“I ordered pens, they charged me, and then emailed saying that the pen was not in stock. The email said they would refund the money in 7 days. I ordered the second time, again, the same thing, I ordered the third time and I got my pens. They aren't the pens that I ordered. But I got some. The problem is I have yet to receive my two refunds for the canceled orders. I have called and they promised to have the refund to me, and weeks later, still nothing. This is nothing short of stealing.”

“We placed an order of pens with this company for our church but never received the shipment of pens. The company continued to contact the church and send statements regarding the balance due. We informed the company numerous times that we did not receive the shipment yet they continued to bill the church and have now turned the church over to a collection agency. Absolutely ridiculous for a company to do such a thing.”

“I gave this company the benefit of the doubt in spite of the many poor reviews online. Sadly, the company does indeed exhibit horrible customer service. The company’s website contains erroneous and incomplete information. There is no option to reach a customer service representative when you call. After being transferred three times, I finally reached a customer service representative, who spent 15 minutes gathering all of my personal mailing and shipping information. After which time she informed me that I could not order the items in my cart. What a waste of time. And what terrible customer service. Definitely stay away from this company. I am so glad I did not give them any money before learning of their poor customer service and poor business model.”

“Don't buy from this company. They don't care about you although they claim they do. Quality control is horrible and when there is a problem like 50% of the pens leaking they want them returned for quality control. How, when it is such a mess you toss the pens. They claim they review online orders but I don't agree. I do numbers as a CPA for my profession. The phone # on the pens was so off and I reviewed my order numerous times. Get your pens anywhere but from them!”

“Bait and switch. Sample pen sent in the mail was a good example. After placing the order, it arrived. Pens were not the quality expected, rough pen points, very little ink and logo is faint. The ink only lasted one day. I recommend spending a little more money with a storefront business and face to face transaction for good customer service. I wish I followed my own advice this time.”

“I ordered wall calendars and envelopes to send out to my clients. I received the Wall calendars but did not receive the envelopes so I was unable to mail these calendars out to clients as planned. I called and spoke to a customer service rep who worked with me by giving me a discount and sending out some envelopes at no charge. I received the envelopes and they were the wrong size. I was once again disappointed and called the company. I spoke to another representative that was out of the country and I mention this because I feel they haven't been given the authority to approve any discounts or approval to adjust any balance due to $0. They also did not receive clearance to send me the correct item at no charge. I was given a ticket number and was told that it could take up to 48 hours for a supervisor to get in touch with me. I've used this company for several years. I am very dissatisfied with their customer service and resolution dept.”

“Placed an order in October for a specific event. National Pen couldn't not coordinate with their delivery vendor of choice-UPS to get my items on time. Subsequently event took place without needed items ordered from National Pen. Today....2 months after order date National Pen reaches out offering to send now unnecessary order with a 15% discount. This is unbelievable. I was told by the representative that I wasn't in a good head space to consider their offer.”

“This company is a SCAM! Do not lose your money with these people. They take your deposit and you will NEVER hear from them again!!! I should have looked at the reviews before I had to call the bank and charge them with FRAUD! STAY AWAY FOR YOUR OWN GOOD!”

“This company is absurd. I placed an order for over $2,100 in pens. The pens were not packed properly and when the pens were delivered, one box was broken and 216 pens were missing. I contacted Pens.com and was told to take photos of the packaging and tracking info so that they could file a claim with UPS. I did that. Then I waited to get my replacement pens. After calling four times to get them, someone placed an order for the 216 missing pens. After getting the 216 replacement pens, Pens.com started charging for me for the pens. They called me six time to ask me to pay for the pens. I explained over and over again to six different people that these pens were a replacement for the missing pens. Everyone agreed to cancell the bill for the missing pens. This week I got an email stating that they were turning this over to a collection agency for payment. I would never suggest to anyone to make any purchase from Naional Pen. They are totally screwed up and no one knows what they are doing. I am not paying again for the pens I should have gotten in the first place. These pens were paid for when I placed the order. Don't buy from these people or you will regret it! The reviews on thier site or phony.”
