I have ordered from this company on a few different occasions and always been happy unfortunately my last order I placed in November was quite a large order and so packages were sent out separately they said they sent an item and told me it was delivered and signed for but unfortunately I still haven’t received this item, I also wanted to return an item so did this via the post office and they have received this item but I have still not received my refund almost a month since returning the package! I have called a number of times and got to speak to a gentleman who said he was going to hand my complaint over to the right team and ask them to call me but I haven’t heard a thing since, I have sent email after email and they just seem to be ignoring these now. I absolutely disgusting customer service

Placed order on 30th December. Still no sign of my order. I have sent 2 emails, both gone unanswered. (Yet I see they have time to reply to a negative review on this site just 3 hours ago but cant reply to my emails sent days ago!) I phoned 4 days ago took me 9 attempts to get though to someone who told me they would get it sent out that day. 4 days later still hadn't been dispatched! Website says warehouse picker allocated for the past 3 days. I have tried phoning again this morning. So far I have attempted 37 times!!! Line either busy, or just rings and gets cut off. Absolutely Terrible service! They have my money, but I cant even get hold of them to find out what the hell is going on! When I ordered website said 2-3 days dispatch and that the item was in stock. I appreciate we have had new year inbetween. But the website said latest dispatch 3rd of jan we are now on the 10th! Further update: 3 weeks now since placing my order and still nothing. And no exaggeration over 300! PHONE CALLS later trying to speak to someone (can be proven in phone records) I requested a refund 8 days ago and they said it would be cancelled and refunded. Guess what? Yep no refund received! I have now had to resort to putting in a paypal claim to try get my money back. Your company should be utterly ashamed of the way you treat customers. And I sincerely hope you experience your own medicine one day, on something you desperately need.

I have ordered a grey mini sleigh cot bed with draw unfortunately after a 2 weeks waiting to receive the item after a promise of 1-3 working days delivery. Monies was taken the day after order was place (very promoted to take funds). I finally received the cot bed to my surprise only half of the item was there and what I did receive was a cot with water damage, not acceptable for a new baby. I have tried over 90 times to call the number with no response also emails with nothing, no communication from the seller at all. The worst service for online I have ever come across. I have all proof of emails and phone calls made and pics of the damage product. I’m so upset as I have seen other items that I wished to purchase from the seller in the future but unfortunately after this bad experience I no longer what to deal with this company again which I strongly suggest that others customers stay well clear of the seller.

Just perfect my 13 week old is quiet big and the chair is wide compared to others which is good and my little on likes to sit up more so this also helps with that to Hes now happy and content! It’s a must buy simple and low cost price what more is needed

The box came squashed and torn. I was very disappointed as it was a present. The battery’s also need replacing.

Ordered from these before with no issues what so ever couldn't fault the service but on this order (1832350) There was no communication the item was never dispatched and therefore I contacted them to cancel the order so I could purchase the item elsewhere! A week later I'm still awaiting my refund! The company has tried telling me I need to close my case with PayPal so they can refund me! DO NOT EVER DO THIS!! I contacted PayPal with the messages proving this being said & was told to NOT close the case as I then loose my buyer protection! Any decent company would just refund straight away but this company have never sent my item & yet are quite happy to keep my money!! As a mum of 4 children I have brought a lot of baby/child items in the past & know a lot of mums but I will never recommend this company!! STAY CLEAR!!

Worst company I have ever dealt with and to new mummies out there DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! My mum ordered a pram and bundle set ahead of our daughter being born and the stroller broke as well as the car seat and the handle! We’ve been going back and fourth for the last month and their has been no help at all from this appalling company! My dad waited for a whole day at home as they said they were going to pick the item up and guess what!?? No call, no one picked anything up and what they delivered in replacement of our entire travel system was a handle bar! The company is a joke and we are reporting them to trading standards!

I ordered a sleigh cot for my daughter, the hardware box the screws and attachments come in had one piece missing. I have emailed to no response as you can guess from every other review on this company. Very annoyed. As the drawer is not stable due to this missing piece.

Placed an order for a Moses basket 16th December with a 2 - 3 day delivery time. I am STILL waiting for it to arrive, it's a gift for a friend who is due in 2 weeks. I've left emails/DMs/messages everywhere and must have rung their number (always engaged/off the hook??) 50+ times!! I have seen hundreds of complaints from other unhappy customers all over this company's various social media account. I'm so unhappy I have to give you even 1 star! You deserve none. Get yourselves in order and start replying to your many hundreds of unsatisfied customers Precious Little One. BE WARY OF ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY.

Ordered a play gym 4th Oct pre order for nov .Still waiting for it.Told I cannot have a refund as been ready for dispatch , then next it was lost in transit not responding to my texts.Never again will I buy from them !!!

Absolutely terrible service I ordered a present for my 1st grandsons Christmas in October and still not received , could not contact them by phone, emails came back undelivered, finally spoke to someone yesterday but took me 28 attempts before I finally spoke to someone said my order was despatched 29th dec but was lost in transit!!!! Said the order will be with me sometime in January, needless to say have cancelled and will not recommend this company to anyone..dissatisfied and disappointed to say the least!

Bought 3 items in October. It is now January and we have still not received them. They are ignoring all emails and can not get through on the phone. Our little one is now here and we have no items and are out of pocket. We are now going down the legal route. Please avoid at all costs
