Ordered over two months ago. This was going to be a surprise for my granddaughter for when her baby sister was due to arrive so her mummy could bring home the new baby and a new doll for my granddaughter, but I have still not received the item. I can not get any contact with customer service only by email which says they reply in 8-10 days which may be too late. I find this service very poor.

Absolutely terrible company, avoid at all costs. We purchased at great expense an oyster 3 travel system, after a couple of weeks the Isofix base broke meaning we could no longer take our baby anywhere in the car. We reported the fault and went through all the proper channels to get it fixed or replaced and we are still waiting for a response a month later. I have now had to buy another base and car seat which is not compatible with the travel system rendering it useless. My wife has emailed precious little one chasing them on a number of occasions and only receives an Automated response.

My order was delayed delayed delayed asked for refund no email expect we’re working on your ticket , avoid those scammers at all prices. Pay a bit more and get your stuff from somewhere else. Been almost 3 months they couldn’t finish my order.

You must be the worse shop ever I am about to have twins any minute use still have not sent my two carry cots to the city jogger which use was sending out on the 22nd October I need use to get in touch wright away no one has been in touch my partner who which took days of work

Worst company to get hold of, my daughters pregnancy will be over and I am not waiting two months for a pregnancy pillow to help her back pain, I have asked for refund and waited patiently as asked 5-7 days for them to even look at email, it is now double that, calls do t do through as post box apparently full ... well no wonder must be complaints after everything I have read.

Useless company do not use impossible to get hold of anyone to complain. Happy to take money and deliver faulty goods. I now own a pram with no wheels and no way to replace.

Poor customer service and are very unwilling to help. They sent me a broken stroller I contacted the company, when my son was a week old. It's been over 4 months and they still haven't resolved the issue. The took the old stoller from me and haven't sent a new one. My baby is now 4 and half months and I still don't have a working stroller. They have ignored my tweets and emails asking for help. I will never order from this company again.

Pre ordered a cot in august was delivered in September. Went to build it and park was cracked. Emailed numerous times to which their reply was always that they hadn’t recieved pictures (sent them 4 times) trying to blame the couriers and the state of the box. escalated to PayPal they’ve now said they’ll refund it but I have to pay to send it back! Rubbish customer service and will not be getting my business again.

Please anyone who has had a bad experience with preciouslittleone.com make a complaint to trading standards through the citizens advice website. We need to make this company cease trading. They are morally wrong and giving so many expecting parents extra stress because of there terrible business ethics.

Awful awful awful. Do not order from this company. We received a faulty nursing chair in September and they have still failed to collect it, or replace it. Empty promises about collection, auto email responses, no personal replies to emails or pick up of the telephone (despite suggesting you should call them to resolve) or return of telephone messages. Truly disgraceful behaviour this company has no conscience around the stress they are causing expectant mothers given they are selling newborn products.

Please do not use this company. I waited over 3 months for a cot bed to be dispatched. They take your money then fob you off with dispatch dates, as the item is not even at their warehouse for dispatch. They blame the manufacturer, and their customer service is shocking. Please save yourself the stress and go to a different shop for your baby things. I had to contact trading standards in the end!

Ordered a travel system worth £300, only too receive a car seat, phone line won’t connect and the times I did get through I got rushed off the phone and same excuse, am due in December and £300 down, absolutely disgusting to take peoples money when they are trying to to start a family or add to their family! I don’t know what to do about it ... will be contacting my bank and Freud department!! So annoyed! Love it how people think they are made of money and can just easily replace this amount ... vile people.

DO NOT USE AT ANY COST. THIS IS THE MOST DREADFUL COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND A COMPLETE DISREGARD FOR CONSUMER RIGHTS. I ordered a rocking chair which was not suitable and attempted to return it. The entire process took over 2 months due to their incompetence. They then deducted £33 from my refund. I was aware that there was a cost to return the item - £16.50 as stated on their website but according to them, as it was returned in two boxes (they sent it in 2 boxes) it was deducted twice. Their own website states £16.50 per item, not per box. I have never had to deal with a company with such awful customer service before and I will never ever use them again. I hope everyone else reads the awful reviews on this company before placing an order.

Bought a pushchair with them. The pushchair was broken. They took 3 weeks to say they would fix it and one more week to send a label for collection. Then, one day before the collection they said that the fix will cost £119... DO NOT BUY HERE!

Do not recommend buying. I purchased a set with a car seat in and the car seat handle / roll bar completely snapped off whilst carrying my baby! My friend had this car seat for her baby and the same happened to hers. They told her it was a faulty batch that needed recalling but mine was a different batch number so thought mine would be safe. After further investigation I found more recalls for different batch numbers. Obviously not a safe product however precious little one will not refund any money. They think a replacement seat is the best option even though I have completely lost confidence in its safety as it is a recurring fault. Not good when it’s a product which could be the difference between life and death. So much for “precious little one”!

Absolutely DISGUSTING customer service! I would never use this website every again and never recommend it to anyone. Having waited for the delivery of a Cot package for months, to have to chase for the delivery and receive damage goods. I had to speak directly to the supplier to sort it out because this website didn’t want to help even though I bought through them. To have the delivery come on multiple days where I had to take 5 different days off work and lose money and this website would not compensate me for. I thought I’d give the company a second chance and order a mattress and again I had to wait an extra month for delivery despite the delivery time being a month earlier, and once again I had to contact the supplier because this website were taking their sweet time to do anything whilst I was heavily pregnant and stressing out. This website gave me wrong delivery dates so again I had to lose money and waste time taking time off work on multiple days. Their customer service team take forever to get back to you despite calls and emails complaining. When I complained to this company about compensating me for some of this wasted time and money, they have the cheek to tell me they did what they were suppose to do despite me having to sort it out with the supplier because they are unable to do their jobs properly. I wouldn’t have any customers left if I treated my customers like these people do and I’m surprised they are still in business. I even had to dispose of the large damaged item myself.

Horrible company to order from. I ordered a buggy board for Uppababy Cruz V2 and they sent me a different one for Cruz V1 which is not compatible with my buggy. Apparently the Cruz V2 buggy board is not yet released in the UK (I found out too late). So they are advertising a product that doesn't exist and sending wrong items. They also charged me for the V2 buggy board £120 while the V1 was priced at £95. When I asked for a refund they didn't even acknowledge their mess up and just asked me to return within 14 days at my expense as if it was a change of mind at my end and the product was good. No customer service and nowhere to contact them or complain. The number they list is always busy or switched off. These guys are borderline scammers. Order # 2121078
