I ordered SIX pairs of socks. Each one more than $13 a PIECE! They came today, and I am truly disappointed. I should have realized when they only had one size available. The printing on them is not very high quality. Nothing like the picture on the website. AND they are SO SMALL I don't know how they could possibly fit anyone over a woman's size 5, yet they say they will fit a man up to U.S. size 12, and woman U.S. size 14. Don't fall for it.

Disappointed with the artist rendering on both items. Not what portrayed on the website. Can’t read “Springer “ on that one and no Astro hat on Bregman. My grandchildren will be disappointed.

ordered a simple print t shirt. colors are very dull, and the printing is slightly off center from the white later under it. the material feels cheap and thin. normally this wouldn't be an issue as its pretty nit-picky, but for a shirt that i paid 20 dollars for, i expect a higher quality product.

Cool designs, but service is terrible. Paid for expedited shipping which was $1 more than the actual shirt. This was a gift for a birthday party and the item arrived 4 days AFTER the promised delivery date. Needless to say, I had no gift for the party. It would have arrived the same time with regular ground shipping. Contacted customer service who gave me a $5 credit for a $12.95 shipping charge. I’m not happy and will not be ordering from them again. Also be wary of promised coupons if you sign up. They will definitely bombard you with spam emails, but you’ll never get that promised coupon.

Very frustrated as an artist. I've sold a jacket and a card in the past making $3.36 total. The check failed to get to me, but I don't care so much about that as much as I care about the lack of response from support. I forgot about my account and now it's been a few years. I wanted to start over so my account doesn't look as dead as it does. I've closed my account but immediately regretted a few days later when I found out that I can't ever use my name ever again. I emailed support twice. It's been nearly three weeks and they still haven't given any response.

Redbubble in itself was ok, the ordering was fine, the product was shipped in time, and the product quality was good, but until they change their COURIER from DPD, I will not be able to buy anything from them ever again!!!! Turns out they are pretty close to being as bad as Hermes (although in this case the product did turn up eventually).

The product I ordered is by designer Laura Graves. The item is Sneaky Cat, relaxed fit top. I ordered the larger size, but it is still ill fitting. Whoever thought it was a good idea to make this with a polyester fabric that has no give to it, knows nothing about comfortable clothing and how it should fit. The design itself is great, so cudo's to the artist, but the actual garment fit and comfort is horrible. I am going to take it apart and remake all but the front piece out of a stretchy fabric, to try and salvage this. Thank goodness I know how to sew and can fix this.

Not too impressed to be honest. T shirt quality is more like fruit of the loom out of shape cheap cotton. I expected more for the price ,won't be ordering again.

Got a pair of leggings with an arrow pointed at a particular part of ones anatomy. Asked for,full refund. Was told this was auctioned and should receive it within 30 days - no one could tell me why it takes this long, however - still no refund after 45 days and numerous emails to their customer services. Don’t know where my money is but it is not back in my bank account and the customer service are not being very helpful. Still waiting for this refund.....

Firstly, customer service was lovely. Easy to track deliver options and such. The only issue is the product itself. I ordered a hard case for an iPhone 7. It was firstly difficult to put on my phone and when I put it on it cracked instantly. As I mentioned the great customer service sent me a new one the following week with no problem. I put it on my phone at the start of the new year and already I have two huge cracks on the sides and a piece has even broken off. I did not have this issue with my first case I ordered with them for my iPhone 4s. I am confused as to why my case keeps breaking. It was the correct size for my phone. Just seems like a waste of time and money.

Refund/ returns are a nightmare, i swear their site is run by bots. First time tried to exchange a poster given as a gift...had to contact customer service 4x before they gave me a "human sounding" resolution. First 3X had answers that not even were on topic. Second time ordered M T shirt and they shipped extra large . It's too bad they don't have the support as their products are quite unique.

For those of you who just have to have Snozberries, maybe Redbubble is a good fit. While Snozberries might not be any better than Pineapple and you'll pay more for them than pineapple, there is a good chance you can at least find your Snozberries on Redbubble and maybe not anywhere else. For someone who if fine with Pineapple, Amazon is a far better place. The price is cheaper and the pineapple will arrive much faster. Buying from Redbubble is kind of like wanting to grow your own Snozberries. If you want them this Fall, you'd better plant them in the Spring as it will take that long to have them in hand. With Amazon, they have the pineapple on hand and with their Prime shipping you can think of it last minute and have it in a day or two. I made four different orders with Redbubble and the fastest arrived 10 days later(after Christmas.) I don't want Snozberries that badly.

I ordered two items as a gift and proceeded to go with their express shipping offer which cost $34.00 with a guaranteed delivery on or before 12/24/18 (Christmas eve). After ordering before receiving ANY confirmation emails that my products had even been printed, I received an email from them stating that they're sorry, but due to high demand they might not be able to have all gifts arrive by Christmas Eve. Think about that.. the FIRST email after paying for the order and paying $34 for EXPRESS shipping, they tell you "sorry, we know we collected express shipping from you, but we're not going to make it even though you paid for it". Then to add insult to injury, they offer you a $15 coupon to their site... so you can go through their shipping hell again. Upon request, they DID refund me the shipping cost in full. But after they did that...my SECOND gift did not print until the 22nd of December (that's right folks, the Saturday before Christmas was when it printed even though they guaranteed delivery by the following Monday- yeah right). As I write this in the small hours of the morning on the 26th of December, there is still NO SHIPPING INFORMATION on my product. The important person I got these gifts for leaves on Friday the 28th, so now... its Wednesday...still no indication that the mug PRINTED ON SATURDAY has, as of yet, shipped. When I emailed them back to ask and state my intent to cancel the order if it will not arrive by Friday, they responded to me and reassured me that the SHIRT mailed that Thursday will be there later today. Completely glossed over the coffee mug, which is what I had asked about. Worst logistics I have seen since Etsy. You're better off going to Etsy to look for things... the shipping here is a nightmare. Order at your own risk...who knows when you'll get it. Chances are if its around a holiday, add 3-7 days, if they even ship it after printing it.

Purchased round stickers. The art and printing quality was good - excellent. However, the cutout border (that allows the sticker to be removed from the backing) was irregular and not round. It looks like it was done free hand using an exacto knife because each cutout border was not round, was irregular and were different from each other. When applying the sticker, it doesn't look nice because of the irregular cutout border. It's odd that they don't use a round die cutter, (so that the round sticker can have an evenly cut round and matching border). They are cheap ( only $3.00 USD each) , so not a bad deal.

I ordered 2 items and only received 1. They said they had shipped the missing item twice and to "keep it if you get it." I'm certain they never shipped it and it was a gift, unfortunately. Now I am waiting on my refund.

I ordered 89$ worth of stuff, and it took the money straight from my account without giving me a verification number, plus I put the wrong adress. I’m pissed off to say the least..! I want to fix this problem!!!

Ordered some leggings which were needed for the 29th on the 16th with a estimated delivery date of the 21st-24 its now 27th and according to tracking they are still in japan & apparently being delivered on the 1st.

I loved redbubble as a customer and ordered cool stuff quite often. Never had any problems there! Then I wanted to set up an artist's account for myself and filled in everything, confirmed my email, confirmed I was no robot and my account was suspended immediately. Wrote an email, got back an automated reply that they are on the case, but nothing happened. Used their Live Chat where the person couldn't help me and just said somebody will get in touch. Nobody did. Tried a second account, same thing happened again! Second email, second automated response. Live Chat this time suggested that I should try setting up a third account! Ridiculous!! So far, no one seems to want to be responsible or willing to help! This is bad customer service and as a result I will never order from them again and will tell everyone how badly they treat their customers if it is about setting up an account! They honestly cannot need more than 10 days to have a look at the problem!!! All they want is your money!!

Are these guys kidding with this shirt? Who could possibly say it isn't total junk. Long, and awkwardly slim fitting, with long sleeves and awkward stitching. How about charge an extra buck and sell a shirt that an adult can actually wear out of the house. And I'm in good shape. Forget it if you aren't, this shirt is not flattering . I had twenty awesome designs all cued up to buy. Unfortunately I can't, because I guess it's better to make a maximum profit on one cheap shirt, than to sell something good and get repeat clients.

A month later, still waiting for my order. Was supposed to be delivered 29-31 January. Then before February 12, Then still nothing. In 2018, delivery shouldn't be a problem.
