I made a RB account last year when I started getting into designing, and I also uploaded my photography. I love it, I didn't even know it existed but Im glad I found out. There's fab artists on there. I can set my margin of profit to anything I like, they keep communication good via email, and let me know when the offers are on too :) Easy to use. The prices are abit high, but for original art work with unique artists, Im proud to be a part of it :) #StillEarlyDays

I put in my credit card information, it is linked with my bank, and the website said the zip code for my billing information was wrong yet they already put a pending charge for the amount out of my account. How can the zip code be wrong (it wasn't) so they couldn't place the order but they were able to make a charge pending and that is money I can't use until my bank helps me or it falls off on its own. Chat person was friendly enough but it just feels off to have them be able to charge my card yet say my zip was wrong. I will not be trying again.

The customer service was very helpful and the support was very well. Even though I messed up my order and received what I wasn’t meant to expect I got the right sized shirt at no charge and I’m allowed to keep the one I have to give to a friend thanks Redbubble

I had an order issue and the Redbubble customer team helped to resolve it quickly. And I was very pleasantly surprised by the solution. Redbubble really does care about their customers and it shows. Thank you Redbubble!

Redbubble is dead to me. Their neanderthal-coded website suddenly stopped recognizing the ONLY EMAIL ADDRESS I EVER USE FOR SHOPPING, the same one ALL OF THEIR EMAILS WERE SENT TO. I tried their “Help” chat, and even though I sent screenshots of my orders, SHOWING THAT EMAIL ADDRESS, they were incapable of helping me log in to my EXISTING ACCOUNT. Worthless waste of time. They lost themselves thousands of $ in future sales. I wiped them off my devices, deleted all bookmarks. Good riddance. There are other places to shop.

Ordered the wrong type of iPhone case and was expecting just to be able to send it back and buy the write model, but was told not to bother and they’re sending the right one to me! Really was not expecting that as it was my mistake! Excellent service, can not fault Redbubble.

I was sent a wrong item with my order and they made the complaint process so easy. I got my correct item and they let me keep what I was sent accidentally. They also sent me a complete record of the conversation I had with customer service. 10/10 business practice I will definitely buy from them again.

Got a pair of leggings with an arrow pointed at a particular part of ones anatomy. Asked for,full refund. Was told this was auctioned and should receive it within 30 days - no one could tell me why it takes this long, however - still no refund after 45 days and numerous emails to their customer services. Don’t know where my money is but it is not back in my bank account and the customer service are not being very helpful. Still waiting for this refund.....

I ordered a product and then wanted to return it (for reasons that weren’t the company’s fault) and the customer service was so efficient and speedy. I was able to get a coupon for the amount I spent, and honestly couldn’t be happier with the result

I ordered the wrong size. I went to exchange it and they sent the right size out free of charge, didn't even have to pay for shipping. They let me keep the t-shirt that was the wrong size to give to a friend or donate!
