“I wish I could give 0 starts for the service that I received. However there was no option of selecting 0. I paid extra money for express shipping hoping to receive the order by March 1st. After several follow ups, they told me that I will be receiving it by March 8. I had a trip planned and needed the things for that. They charged me for express shipping however mailed it via regular.
It was frustrating to deal with them as they wouldn't even update me on the status in a timely manner. I made a mistake by shopping via this store as they have poor customer service. I wouldn't recommend shopping with them at all.”

There's fab artists on there. I can set my margin of profit to anything I like, they keep communication good via email, and let me know when the offers are on too :) Easy to use. The prices are abit high, but for original art work with unique artists, Im proud to be a part of it :) #StillEarlyDays”
“I put in my credit card information, it is linked with my bank, and the website said the zip code for my billing information was wrong yet they already put a pending charge for the amount out of my account. How can the zip code be wrong (it wasn't) so they couldn't place the order but they were able to make a charge pending and that is money I can't use until my bank helps me or it falls off on its own.
Chat person was friendly enough but it just feels off to have them be able to charge my card yet say my zip was wrong. I will not be trying again.”

“Redbubble is dead to me. Their neanderthal-coded website suddenly stopped recognizing the ONLY EMAIL ADDRESS I EVER USE FOR SHOPPING, the same one ALL OF THEIR EMAILS WERE SENT TO. I tried their “Help” chat, and even though I sent screenshots of my orders, SHOWING THAT EMAIL ADDRESS, they were incapable of helping me log in to my EXISTING ACCOUNT.
Worthless waste of time. They lost themselves thousands of $ in future sales. I wiped them off my devices, deleted all bookmarks.

Don’t know where my money is but it is not back in my bank account and the customer service are not being very helpful. Still waiting for this refund.....”
