“I placed an order and paid more in expedited shipping then for the item itself. The item is due for delivery tomorrow yet had not even shipped out! Can’t be the delivery company or Covid if you haven’t shipped the item yet! Tried to get help and could not get an email, love chat is a joke as there is no person on the other end, or human on the phone! So after two hours I decided to cancel order! Not even sure if that’s been done! I have gone into the order and attempted to cancel it multiple ways. Their “ articles” are not helpful. Hospital billing departments and insurance companies are more user friendly then this place! I will NEVER order from them again!”
“Order placed Nov 30 with a delivery given of 9/10 Dec. Message saying item shipped Dec 8 with a revised arrival date of Dec 16 but could be up to Dec 24! No tracking information given. We receive packages daily from other web sites with no more than 3 to 4 days delivery. Do not use this company as they clearly can not be relied upon to meet their committments!”
“I ordered a Christmas-themed phone case on November 2nd, the original tracking had my order delivered by December 2nd, which I was OK with.
I was just informed today that my order was shipped today, December 15th, with a new estimated delivery date of December 29th, so after Christmas.
Thanks for the... 2021 Christmas phone case (at this rate, I'm holding out hope that I actually get it before next year).”
“After several weeks of waiting for Christmas presents to arrive, I contacted customer service and was told the issue is with the 3rd party vendor. I contacted the 3rd party vendor and he threw it right back to customer service. Meanwhile, two weeks have gone by and no one is responding. I am not out $$ as I put in a dispute with AMEX. What a crummy way to run a business.”
“Redbubble is deplorable at it's delivery of products. It is almost one month since I ordered and I still have not received my order. What is even more terrible is that you cannot get in touch with them to find out what the problem is. I will never recommend Redbubble to anyone. I would have given zero stars but was unable to do that as you then cannot write a review.”

“This website is a scam. They will take your money and ignore your complaints when your package never arrives. Don't waste your time and money like I did.”
“Quality has seriously dropped since I last ordered from them. Their stickers used to be very brightly colored with good quality images, but the last batch I got was all washed out and grainy.
I would give one star but customer service was very quick and polite. My other major complaint is they do not issue refunds, just reorders and store credit. But if that low quality is standard who would want a reorder, and why would I want store credit to buy more trash?”
“Redbubble is very anti-free speech regarding religion. They would ban all sorts of my designs and cartoons without any explanation. They only tell you to review their guidelines, which is no help.
They abruptly suspended my store without any explanation or notice. I had this store for n=many years and it was quite successful.
I created another store and they abruptly banned it too. All my same art is on Zazzle and I get no complaints from them.
If you're an artist who has edgy art and wants to make a statement supporting human rights, and denouncing terrorism, I can't recommend Redbubble.

I want to add a review (all the reviews for the item I ordered are very good) but can't find any way to add a review, even after receiving the item. I wonder if the reviews on their website are legitimate or just made up since I can't find a way to review items.”
“Unfortunately the quality of the T shirts has changed to such a sad degree, it’s like night and day. Last time we bought red bubble we received beautiful soft organic cotton, grown and manufactured in USA; this time the image was printed on to “Gildan,” T-shirts, which are rough, scratchy and worst of all, created in India and Pakistan sweatshops by people paid slave wages - we were absolutely appalled.
I’ve given 1 star as the customer service was quick and very good (I’d give the customer service team 5 stars to be fair) but the company have thrown their entire ethos out of the window. I feel sorry for the artists (who are clearly getting ripped off) and the printers who still do a good job but ultimately we bought red bubble for the quality t shirts - no more.”

“They said they shipped my item a month ago but I never received it. Their USPS tracking number shows it was never picked up. Can’t contact anyone at the company to help. They already charged my card and I have nothing to show for it. Total SCAM! Don’t buy from them!”
“Often the goods come of poor quality. Lots of stolen designs. The support service turns a blind eye to this, most likely covering either themselves or their friends. Normal designers are banned for no reason. I do not advise anyone to deal with them.”
