Terrible customer service. Ordered an item for delivery on a specific day. It didn't arrive. Was scheduled again for the following day. Didn't arrive. Customer service just said there's nothing they can do. Said it might turn up. Shop elsewhere

Didn't get the goods, which were lost by the courier (Yodel), yet Robert Dyas would not refund me the cost of delivery ... when I had requested a refund due to non delivery. Some very warped logic at work here. Not worth the risk of shopping online with Robert Dyas.
