First time ordering a product will be the last, no customer service phone number. They tell you your package had an unsuccessful delivery attempt and to contact the local delivery company. Never mentioned who they shipped it with, tracking number does not match post office, ups, or fed ex. No way to know who to contact and cannot contact shein to find out as there is no phone number or online support. Contacting bank to dispute transaction and get my money back from this . horrible company to order from

I have been waiting for a delivery now for 28 days ... says in transit for past 21 days. No contact number no one to contact . They have my money for a whole month

BIG SCAM! AVOID A ALL COSTS Not only the origin of their products is unclear and the fabric used for it may be toxic, but also the customer service is a UNNACEPTABLE. --> In order to match the other brides maid dresses for that wedding I ordered a £26 dress that had a reduction ( £7 after reduction). 2) They lost my order 2) It took ages for them to agree to send it back to me (about 2 weeks) 3) They ran out of stock on that dress! 4) They said they can send a replacement/different one instead. 5) I finally found a different one that I do not like as much as the first one. And guess what? They are asking me to pay full price for that replacement dress because the one I was SUPPOSED to receive had a reduction and was £7, not £26! The wedding is in 1 week and I am stuck, well done Shein! SEND THAT DRESS TO ME ASAP!

Still waiting for refund. I live in New Zealand. I paid return postage to Auckland. They tell me return is Australia. The cost to return there outweighs the value of items. They tell me to sort with NZ post. My return has been delivered to Shein lobby box. They need to sort out. New Zealanders DO NOT BUY FROM SHEIN. Clothing is not sustainable. Handbags smelled strongly of chemicals. Fabrics are cheap. Not environmentally friendly. Bad customer support Unethical.

This website or company is unfortunate. I don't really understand how people have business with them. I ordered once from them then came with a cheap quality plus the size was smaller than I thought. So I decided to return them which I did and shipped them. This has been been almost a year now and no refund or contact have received from them, only confirmation that the items were received by them. And of course I had to check pn that myself. The issue is they don't have a phone number here in USA. So to contact them must be by chat only,which I tried no kidding 20 times now and no help,explanation or answers were received from them. It was a horrible experience with them Now just want my money back but they keep saying that they can't locate my account.

CLOTHING CONTAINS LEAD!! - ZERO STARS!! Do not buy these clothes or allow them to touch your body. Their clothes contain toxic levels of lead, sometimes more than 20 times the safe levels!! They need to stop selling their clothes immediately and fix that.

This is the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. I will never order from SHEIN again and will make sure that I share my negative experience with all my friends and family. I have been trying to return items for over a week. When I get to the next step button in the return process it does not work. I just get a little red circle. There is no customer service. You keep getting the same automated messages over and over. No way out. Don't waste your time on this company that offers "free" refunds.

I am still having issues with my refund for the hair I purchased. Shein has had me to send pictures of the hair 4 times and nothing has changed. Futhermore, they do not even acknowledge you by name which is even more insulting. You are just "customer" to them but they want to announce their titles when emailing you back. All this week, they claimed to have checked packages before they ship them out which is lie. Then they have asked me to provide pictures several times, which I have but nothing changes. They are full of false apologies and I have yet to see the money return to my card. They give out the same scripted responses saying they are sorry for the trouble and they do not want you to have a bad impression of them. Too Late!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Then they had the audacity to offer me 30% of a refund, when I paid full price. Why would I want a quarter of my money back when I paid in full? I have also tried to find the CEO to tell him what is going on with his non-existent customer service but his email address is nowhere to be found.

bad experience to buy shirts from them , one month ago I ordered 5 shirts from shein they shipped 2 missing 3 they ignore. I give zero star for them not recommend.

I have to tell that experience with this site is awful. I ordered my maternity clothes, paid for it. And ordered express delivery. It never arrived. They tell me they reship, but then two items they can't deliver, which they told they would. They took my time, and gave too much stress, which should don't go with ordering maternity or any kind of clothes. It is awful site. The most awful in the world. And nothing arrived to me of what I ordered. Don't use this site. Will just give you stress and take your time and money.

I want a full refund for the hair because once again you fraudently advertised inches that you did not provide. You are doing this on purpose but then claim you don't know it happens. I wanted 4 bundles of 20 inches not multiple sizes to make a wig. Never mind the fact that it smells. I trusted what you said was a mistake but you cannot continue to scam people. You profusely apologized to me but nothing has changed. Be honest about the inches of hair you sell. I selected 20 inches and yet you sent 16, 20, 18 and 14 and that is not what you advertised.

I have TWO outstanding refunds that have not been refunded back to my credit card. The refunds were confirmed 6 weeks ago Shein. There is no landline to call for UK customers. Their LIVE CHAT is useless. This company is scamming people.

I don't get these negative reviews. Shein has great quality fabrics, coloring and workmanship. Some items are a little off BUT you can return them. The key to successful shopping with Shein is to 1. KNOW your exact measurement's. They have a chart that shows you how to measure your body. 2. READ the comments. Other shoppers are going to tell you almost anything you need to know. 3. LOOK at the pictures other shoppers have posted. I have been shopping with Shein for three years now. 90% of my items have washed and worn well.

Increadibly poor quality clothing. Sizing extremely off and definitely not designed for westerners. Fabric quality is all synthetic and marginal at best. Much of it is laughably ridiculous. Products generally do not match even closely what advertised photos depict. Customer service is non existent and returns are all at customer expense. Do not purchase without a credit card that will back a consumer purchase. Also be prepared for identity theft once a purchase has been made. Shein will sell credit card information to hackers who will soon make fraudulent purchases on the same card. Overall Shein is a chicom scam. They also own Romwe and will ship purchases on that site with Shein packaging and vice versa. Shein also uses slave labor and dumps unused materials and chemicals. Many of their products reek of chemicals and dyes are not hardened and will stain other fabrics -sometimes while being warned. bottom line -avoid at all costs.

There’s a hidden handling fee of £25, I spent over £200 and wasn’t aware of any handling fee. I won’t be shopping here ever again. There a scam and the quality of the items are poor.
