“I have been ordering from Shein for over two years. When I first started ordering from them, shipping took forever, but now I get things in about 10-22 days. I have really liked about 90% of my orders. I order about once a month and have only returned items twice. I always order size bigger and it works for me.”

“SheIn is very hit and miss with their garments. You can purchase some lovely items but also some terrible ones, SheIn make returns a nightmare, they most certainly don't like returns and refunds so be prepared to give in,worst trick they do is wait until after you have ordered a few garments then inform you after that they are non returnable meaning they are forcing rubbish garments onto customers, this is so wrong SheIn, clean your returns act up.”

“Shein’s clothing is of cheap material. They claim free returns but charge you an absurd amount for return. There is no way to contact customer service. In summary this is a big scam and waste of money to buy anything from them. Disgraceful.”

“The website algorithm itself is skewed. The site works fast and fine when we go to catalogue page in our first navigation and works fantastically fine until the money is paid. However, if we navigate to login page at first , the site freezes and makes it impossible to login as login is the way to return items. Genius in an evil way. I am starting to think its a website that is camouflaged as a fashion website for data collection purposes. YOU CANOT RETURN ANYTHING. They say 'free returns' and make it technically impossible website wise. Scam!! Scam!! Scam!!”

“Don't waste your money or your time with this BAD company, i really mean it. I would have given 0 stars if I could. I have never seen such a poorly organized online sales company with the WORST customer service ever. I ordered the same order 5 times and each time they refused my credit card and they refunded me without even telling me why. The bank proofs were sent without any success. I think they didn't even bother to look at them. Finally an agent sends me a Pay pal link which I pay immediately but for 6 days, I write to them EVERY SINGLE DAY. Every day an agent told me that the transaction was found in the system and the next day they sent me an email saying that the transaction was not found. groundhog day. I conntacted Paypal and they confirmed that the transaction was successful. I am fed up with dealing with theses morons and the lies regarding the transaction. I finally asked Paypal to reimburse me.”

“HIDDEN COSTS!! The site states product + shipping costs.I ordered and paid. Then a couple of days got 'hit' with an Import Tax from an external import company. Since I ordered through a 'so-called legit' company, this should not be my liability as a consumer. The message is CLEAR - Pay Up or your order won't be delivered. Try and contact customer service - online number out of service - email - you will get an automated robot. JUST ANOTHER COMPANY NOT BEING TRANSPARENT.!!!!!!!!!”

“Have placed £1500 worth of orders over the last 3-4 months. Quite a few of these were express orders which arrived 1-2 WEEKS later than the date given. I let this slide on the first few orders that were late but the last order I placed was over a week late meaning I didn't have the items for the date I needed them for. I contacted Shein to ask for a refund of the £12 express delivery or for it to be credited to my Shein wallet as they didn't provide the service I paid extra for. They have refused based on the fact they have to pay for delivery whether it is late or not. So they are willing to lose a customer that has spent over £1500 with them since February this year over the sake of £12.”

“Spent $100 got 9 dresses, one arrived stained, the rest were either fallig apart or so thin you knew you were only getting one or two wears out of them. DON NOT RECOMMEND. They will not let you return items after 45 days of shipping even though I had received them less than a month ago.”

“I bought 13 items from shein on delivery I noticed that 1 item was missing I've been try to report with no luck. I wrote on their Facebook page since they don't have contact where u can contact should you have problems bt still no luck So if you wanna buy from shein just know that anything is possible”

“Beware of Hidden charges in the form of a 'Handling Fee', which was not shown on my order confirmation, yet I am now being charged around £30 for ordering a couple of items in different sizes. I had not used the site before and was unsure whether they were true to size due to mixed reviews, so I wanted to try on and see what fit best. As the delivery takes a long time to arrive I thought I would order the item in 2 sizes and I am now being told there is a charge for this. I sent some items back and noticed my refund amount was incorrect and customer service have explained that there was a charge due to ordering an item in two sizes. I was shocked as this is not on my order confirmation anywhere.”

“It’s been years that I do online shopping and I have never had an awful experience like I had with Shein!! They are a bunch of thieves that have no clue how to be trustworthy and work properly.one of the dresses that I have ordered was terribly stinky(which shows that they don’t follow the hygiene restrictions at all! Who knows where were those clothes before!) and The shoe was way more bigger than what I have ordered, and I have sent them proofs and photos of What I have ordered and what I have received that was completely different and unpleasant! They were so rude, unprofessional and unable to manage the issue and mistake that they have caused. They did anything to escape their responsibilities and deny their mistakes. Even with proofs and photos! They just wanted to kill time and ignore their mistake! They don’t speak a proper English as well, other than being rude and incompetent! Please don’t waste your time and money on these BS apps. What a shame! 🤦🏻‍♀️😖😣😩🤬”
