Beware the handling fee! I just returned some items to Shein and noticed that I didn't get a full refund. They pointed to their terms and conditions which refer to deducting postage and a 'handling fee' from the refund and confirmed that I had been charged a £53 handling fee so be aware of this when ordering!

SHEIN Canada has no concept of customer service. I am trying to obtain assistance in returning an order that arrived last week and yet my order history is empty so I have nothing to choose in order to get my return label. The phone number is out of order and the chat bot is absolutely useless. I will NEVER order from them again and if my situation is not rectified I will escalate my action.

I am from South Africa ,my refund was done on the 04 of April according to Shein ,but until today its not reflecting in my bank…Shein is a crap..Pls BEAWARE…They just take your money and when you need a refund…They keep on sending one msg..’Sorry for the inconvenience…your refund has been paid…please be patient or contact your bank’…I’ve been waiting for my money up to day…R3400 (just imagine)Do not start taking risk with your money..

Garbage China based company who tries to act western based. Paid for expedited shipping and to them that's 8 to 9 days. That's not expedited when you claim to be shipping from the US and Canada. One more dishonest offshore company.

This was my first order. It took longer than stated for my order to arrive, but nothing to bad. The clothes are ok for the prices. They aren’t the greatest quality but will look nice for at least 6mths to a year for the most part. Perfect for a special event, birthday, holiday, special occasion or something to find affordable cute outfits. My main issue came with the items I returned because I didn’t like it on or couldn’t fit it. My sent back package has been delivered to them for days according to usps tracking, however their website says they are still waiting for the items. They have not started my return or refund or anything in multiple days because the status still says awaiting items. Each time I contact customer service in chat (which is a nightmare it took 3 days to find out how or get a response because they don’t answer emails) all they did was say it’s received and kept showing me usps tracking screenshots saying it’s been delivered. I’m like, yea but why doesn’t my account on your website show it’s been delivered. The processing hasn’t moved forward to any of the steps because it’s been days now and you still show you don’t have the items…? They literally just repeat the same thing without acknowledging what you’re saying or what the problem is. There is no resolution. It’s been 2 weeks and it’s basically like the items I mailed back are lost within their company and no one cares. I feel robbed, I should have researched their location before I worked with this company. I’ve had numerous horrible experiences with companies based in China. It’s like they literally dare you to sue them knowing that it’s easier to take the lost than fight for your money back. It’s beyond unethical. The practices of this company are violently frustrating to say the least. I personally don’t think it’s worth it to purchase from this company unless you are ok with potentially taking a loss on the amount that you spend.

The cheap and affordable prices pulls you in to buy...our delivery kept saying its on the way but never came! its been past more than 10days "on the road to delivery". Not recommending this site to anyone! Not getting any support to track on this as delivery as well.

I return my items because the was too small. It been 6 weeks no refund. Very poor customer service. I'll never use this company again. Just fraudulant business.

a huge selection of clothes and shoes for every taste, the prices are very affordable, but the quality of some things is not very good, although you should not expect a better quality for such a price

They said my package could be tracked through buffalo Now it shows that its been delivered, but i NEVER got it, between shein and buffalo no one knows where my package is so now i paid all that money and never got my package??? THATS NOT FAIR!!!! So i dont think i'll buy from them any time soon, cause who knows if i'll ever get my package

I purchased some clothes from Shein for the first time. I bought holiday clothes for myself and my daughter and, although the quality wasn't great, it was fine for holiday. I was pleased with the delivery times and when I needed to return a few items that didn't fit the return was free and easy. I then placed another order and this time I wanted to try some of their other ranges, including work wear to see if they were also ok. The quality was awful and therefore I had to return them. I followed the same procedure to return and thought all went well. The emails I received from Shein all said we are pleased to tell you we have processed your return and you will receive your refund amount in the next 3 days. Fine I thought. But when I looked at the amounts something didn't add up. I had been charged more than the value of the clothes I had kept. £41 more!! I asked Shein why I had been charged an additional £41 and they said it was a 'handling fee'! I explained that although a 'handling fee' was mentioned on one occasion in the small print the advertising of 'free returns' was misleading at best and there was no way that I as a customer would have any way of knowing how much the 'handling fee' might be and it was not reasonable to charge such a high amount. Customer service did not respond to any of those points and just quoted the one sentence of the small print which said 'handling fee' and told me to have a nice day! So I would not recommend buying from these people as they may just steal your money like they did to me.

Shein for South Africa is a total rip-off. They promote free delivery on their website and I paid 87 USD for customs. There is an extra big advertising banner on top of the web page right now that when you order for more than 600 ZAR (South African Rand), delivery is free. They have an extra page for South Africa with prices in South African Rand. Very disappointing, the customer support does only give generic answers and not even acknowledge the problem.

Shein assure return policy but the process of return is very painful. The collection service always never keep the promised scheduled time and NO Show. Let the customer waiting from 10am to 10pm (their standard collection schedule). I am experiencing more than 75% of such incidents and feedback to customer service not able to resolve the issue. They took 24 hrs (nothing earlier than this duration) come back and said sorry and said they feedback to logistic...but NO show again the next collection. Feedback and they said sorry again + logistics is having manpower issue...and then now logistics send you text asking you to standby not one day but 4 days from 10am to 10pm....what a joke 😀

Ordered two polo shirts with some other bits but returned both the shirts as they didnt fit at all and were completely see through so i returned them on the 12th april and said it was refunded on the 21st which it wasnt! its now may and i still havent recieved anything.

Horrible service. I have been waiting 2 months for an order that was supposedly shipped twice. The only compensation and response I got stated they wld give me 50 points towards a future order, which does not help since I will never order again from there or compare to my frustration waiting for the items I had ordered. These items were for a vacation that has long come and past. I would not do business with this company unless your not expecting your merchandise

i was trying on a jumpsuit and it didn't fit me and my behind kept popping out of it. I'm mad because i spent $18.00 on that and my behind couldn't fit in it :( . DO BETTER SHEIN !!

If I Could Give 0 Stars, I Would!!I Ordered $75 Dollars Worth Of Merchandise & NEVER Received My Items. I Decided To Give Shein A Try Because Alot Of People On Social Media Was Recommending Them. Little Did I Know That Shein Pays People With Thousands Of Followers To Do Videos & Write Great Reviews For Them. Now, With That Being Said, I Was Unsuccessful At Contacting Shein Customer Service (non-existent). Long Story Short, I'm Out $75 & I Wont Be Placing Another Order! SMH
