I ordered a jet wash at the end of march and as of today I have still not received it! I have tracked the parcel with Hermes which The last information displaying states it as as out for delivery on Friday 3rd April? I emailed Hermes to ask where it is and they emailed me back saying the parcel was given to the wrong courier so I need to contact studio as they will be able to sort it out. I have sent 2 emails and rang them numerous times to which you physically carnt get through to customer services. I spoke to somebody from The finance Department to see if they could help or put me through to somebody but she said she couldn’t! I’ve still Had no reply or any acknowledgement as to what is happening with the parcel! Absolutely disgusting and will be taking it further!

I placed my 1st order for a vacuum cleaner it states it will be delivered in 10 days - I expected it may get delayed with our current situation. I am desperate for the vacuum has my current one is broken. On my account it still saying awaiting dispatch but it should have been delivered already! Lack of communication from Studio and not being very helpful is so frustrating, I have messaged numerous times to cancel my order and refund me but I.keep getting ignored, i cannot ring the company has lines are closed unless your in financial difficulties. So I wouldn't bother wasting your time with this company what on earth is going on? I'd like my money back please!! I wish I'd have read the reviews before ordering.

As previous reviews. They cancelled my order as out of stock. Refunded minus postage? What is this all about? How can you keep postage. They also ignore any requests to refund this. You have to hand it to them it's one way of making easy money. Looking at previous reviews I have got off lightly compared to some.

Unbelievably bad customer service.Returned an item on 2nd March via Hermes and have proof it was delivered to Studio on 4th March.As of today the 27th April and having 3 times supplied the proof it was returned my wife has still not seen her account credited back,they just keep asking for the same details ie receipts , proof of postage etc that we have supplied 3 times as they say they have no record of item being returned

The worst company I've ever dealt with The worst company I've ever dealt with. Ordered an xbox over a month ago. No xbox, no replies to Emails or Dm. I've requested a refund and cancellation.....and still nothing from them. Disgusting customer service

I made a mistake from buying these people I would avoid at all costs they will take your money they will say Item has been dispatched and a week later you are still waiting for the item it should have been received the previous week they don't have any customer service their customer service number is a premium number so you will be charged a fortune avoid this company at all costs they actually need to be shut down

Absolutely shocking company ! You have to call them up to get a refund on postage when the item doesn’t ship and isn’t in stock and then they don’t refund you. Why oh why would you need to call up for a refund on postage ???? Avoid like the plague awful company

Placed an order, at the payment stage was told there was an error and to start again. Did so only then to receive notification of 2 orders having been placed and 2 payments taken. Spoke to customer services who apologised, cancelled one order and arranged a credit. Now I'm waiting for delivery or money back on the 2nd. My account details have all changed, their phone lines are closed and they are not coming back to me via email. Meanwhile I'm £50 out of pocket!

ordered resident evil 3 remake for ps4 on the 29th March game wasn't released for another 5 days had email saying they have no copies till the 11th so expecting me to wait another 2 weeks after the release when I've been waiting months for this to come up refusing to cancel the order even tho the game still isn't even released plus they don't have any copies and refusing to refund me 🤣🤣 what sort of company is this I'm currently on hold for last half hour from my credit card company to get this money took back from them there ignoring my emails after I asked for refunds no response game isn't even released and they don't have copies for another 2 weeks and there refusing me a refund. People don't do business with them I also paid extra 5.99 for next day 24 hour dpd delivery so would have expected this game on Saturday day after release . Emailed me saying they don't offer nect day delivery. Complete liars as I paid the extra 5.99 so they take extra delivery money aswell and expect me to wait another 2 weeks for a game thats now released tomorrow away away from them shop somewere else can see terrible reviews about them wish I had read the reviews before I bought .

Avoid this company. They advertise things are in stock, take your payment and even though you receive a confirmation email, a day later will email you and say this item is out of stock, while holding onto your cash. They are “selling” things and taking your money knowing full well they do not have the stock. I am now going to be contacting my bank tomorrow on the grounds of fraud to get my money back. Stay away! I will not shop here again, wish I read the reviews about this issue they seem to be well known for before I spent my money.

Ordered a laptop and had to put £100 pounds towards it as well as my account balance I received an email advising me the laptop was out of stock after they had taken the money of course! I tried a number of times to speak to customer service for a refund as they decided to credit my account instead! But no one in that department seems to know what they’re doing either! Still out of pocket and not had any response awful service will never use them again

Ordered an Animal Crossing Nintendo switch that said it had just come back in stock only to receive an email later that day saying it was out of stock because of a mistake. Contacted them and they said id get a refund. 3 days later nothing and their customer service isnt responding.

The company studio 24 had the limited edition animal crossing consoles so I brought on. However the next day i received an email just stating there is none of these in stock. So now I have no console and not had my money back. Will never be shopping there again. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Put my interest rates up to nearly 60% saying I have been classed as a higher risk. Been with them a couple of years always pay more than minimum and never missed a payment. It sucks they are just being greedy

I ordered a lamp but unfortunately it arrived damaged. However after arranging its return with customer services, I purchased a replacement, on the assurance that the damaged one would be picked by their courier and I would be fully reimbursed. So I purchased a replacement on this understanding. I received the second lamp and confirm this was fine. However there has now been an ongoing saga for over three weeks with the collection of the damaged lamp. I have waited at home on three different occasions as arranged with customer service , who assured me the third time that studio were tracking the courier service to ensure it would be picked up. When that didn't happen, I rang to find what had happened and was basically fobbed off, being told once again it will probably be tomorrow ! but surprise, surprise, that didn't happen. So to date I have totally wasted my time waiting for a courier to arrive, not to mention the inconvenience of having to call studio over six times to sort this out. The final insult was today after requesting to raise a formal complaint, I was sent some routine spiel saying they will arrange to pick the parcel up in the next 2 days ! I honestly couldn't believe it and thought someone must be joking ! The problem is I wont be reimbursed until the item is returned and given I have already paid £30 for a replacement they are sitting with my money. So my intention now is to get onto my bank and dispute payment. I did suggest studio send me a pre paid return slip , oh how much easier that would be for their customers but of course it appears their customers aren't that important, so they couldn't oblige. One extremely upset and frustrated customer!

Avoid this company. It’s a scammer based in Philippines. The company pretends to have stock of a very popular switch game and then charged you the game plus £4.99 delivery fee. Then they inform you it’s not in stock due to an IT glitch. Here is their worst and most malicious part : they refund you the game and not the delivery fee! They will never let you know that they’ve kept your delivery fee and never return it to you. Called their customer service and was told the company was based in Philippines. Not a genuine UK company. They are scammers. Be really careful
