2 months ago I ordered shoes... received boots! Took over 2wks to arrange return with courier. Was refunded, eventually, the price of the shoes/boots...but they are still charging me the £4.99 p&p. I have used online chat, FB message and emails and get no where. I will not be paying postage for the wrong item that you sent! Get it sorted!!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Charging me for items that were not dispatched, when I sent email to cancel order that wasn't dispatched nearly 4 weeks after ordered and multiple webchats that promised dispatch would happen and never were, I am now told part of my order will now be dispatched suddenly, and other items cancelled.... Refusing to cancel all items. Never will i order again

Clearly this company could not are less. It’s only a matter of time until the go out of business AGAIN. 100% scammers. Pity as it used to be great. Bye Studio.

Christmas wrap from Studio ordered 03/11. I emailed on the 11/11 asking where my order was. The email confirmation stated deliver within 3-7 days. They responded saying they could not state when my order would be delivered. I emailed back to advise as they breached their delivery, I wanted to cancel the order. I’ve chased but have gad no response.

Ordered three items and as I live on Isle of Man postage was 7.95, no further communication, so I went on line and checked my order status, said two out of my three items "no long available" don't you love that once you've bought and paid! It should be illegal, so they think I'm paying 7.95 for one item? Again unable to contact call centre directly just on line help, first order and will be my last too

Ordered item at beginning of October. Had no option but to pay £4.99 for standard delivery. 6 weeks later, I’m still waiting. Contacted customer services through webchat, messenger and email and each time I ask for my order to be cancelled and a refund, they blatantly ignore me and don’t respond. The webchat advisor even claimed that I hadn’t responded to him so he was ending the chat!! Absolutely disgusting service and a complete scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Where shall I start!!!! Ordered on 28th October 2023 apparently 3 to 7 days wait!!! REALLY!!! Still waiting it's now 17th Nov. One of the items is out of stock the rest is obviously lost or never sent. Tried to phone!!! What a joke automated service, we're told to use website!! What website its dreadful. Then to top it all had the statement wanting the payment even for the item that is out of stock. What the he'll are they playing at.!! Never use them again wouldnt recommend to anyone. Shame as I've been with them for years. But that's me finished. Do yourself a favour, don't use them .

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Order didn't arrive, account charged anyway. Only automated responses and incredibly frustrating. Will be closing account as soon as possible.

Ordered christmas bits on 4th Nov 2023, They would be delivered on 3-7days. ITS NOW THE 15TH NOV 2023!!. That's not the worst of it. What is worse is not being able to speak to someone about it, The chat bot is a joke. So now I want to cancel my whole order and never use Studio again but guess what... there is no system in place to to cancel my order.Aaagghh

Ordered on 26th October told would be delivered 3-7days still not received all of the order missing 3 items. Chased via chat on 8th November and told to wait, chased again today and told can't cancel order and kindly wait. They have not escalation policy or procedures the chat is automated messages and they ended the chat rudely and unprofessionally. Can't answer my questions and expected to wait indefinitely and pay for items I have not and will likely never receive. Absolute joke will never ever use them again and recommend nobody uses them on the future.

Told 3 days to 7 latest to come it's now 5 weeks. Online can't help they are rude and won't answer my question said will be a few days a week ago again for 2 units. They wo t answer what's happening just being fobbed off and they said can they help with anything else when the first 2 issues jave they haven't even answered. They've removed my statement and order so I can't see it bit I'm still being charged the hhundreds. I don't get what's happening. I asked to speak to manager they said there isn't one they'll help then I ask where is order and where is my statement and they say wait and don't answer or who else I can speak too everytime they go round in circles. I'm still being billed and interest being paid for something I don't have.

The worst customer service ever. Mostly automated responses, do not help when you have an actual problem, pretty much refuse to cancel orders. Unable to speak to someone on the phone, it's all online. Utterly useless.

Ordered a Sofo, told it will be delivered in 5 to 7 days. Over a month and still waiting. Tried calling customer care line but no longer exists just told to go on line. Done that many times and just got fobbed of them saying that can not do anything. Asked for refund told no not and till I return item. The item that I don't have yet. To top it of they have started to bill me for it.

Awful company. Placed an order over 6 weeks ago and still nothing. Constantly being fobbed off by email, asked for a refund today to be told I will have to wait until the parcel is delivered then pay to send it back for a refund! They can't tell me a delivery date though! Disgrace of a company and should not be allowed to trade.

Immediately takes money for orders. No delivery within the stated 14 days.....then cancels part of the order due to 'no stock' (furniture bundle was originally purchased) I want to therefore cancle rest of order. Told can't cancle even though the order was still processing and had not left the warehouse !?! Had to take delivery and then send back. Waited over 6 weeks for items to be delivered and sent back the next day. Another 6 weeks and numerous attempts at contacting and still no refund?! No customer complaints procedure, no way to esculate a complaint to anyone. No telephone number to speak to anyone, just a chat bot who says be patient!!!!!!

Where do I start,ordered dining table and chairs 5 weeks ago they sent email saying being delivered in 2 separate parcels,the first parcel came which was a full garden set which was not ordered, the second part of the delivery came which was the dining table and no chairs,sent 7 emails to explain this and all you get is we will get back to you,then pick up wrong items was arranged on the day the were supposed to pick it up they text saying wasn't in but I was they never came so here we go again sending emails,in the meantime they are charging me for these items I havent even recoeved,well I have had enough and I am no longer going to pay my bill as I've told them till these items have been collected and took of my account,these have gone right down hill the past year ill never use again

Its absolutely awful! Avoid at all cost! . Been a customer for years dont know what has happened recently no one to sort problems out , charging for goods not received, even sent ring bell camera photo of what they say was delivered by evri on the 4th October, yes a delivery of a pair of pyjamas in a soft grey bag! Not a heavy wooden chopping board from the same order … it never did arrive. Many texts in reply to mine all saying being dealt with….but nothing! I said I would delete it off my November bill and then please close my account still No reply so I did . Now just as I thought they are now charging interest on the outstanding ammount! I feel So angry as that I have been totally ignored for 6 of more weeks ! Well they can continue adding the interest, the texts and letters will go in the bin , I am not paying them for something I havent had . It never used to be like this , heading for disaster for whoever is in charge , just a disgusting way to run a company where customer service is a big fat zero !!!! Not even worth 1 star so please take not and avoid!
