Missing item from my order can't get a reply from any form of communication. You are going to destroy your company with your non existent customer service.

The worst customer service ever. Mostly automated responses, do not help when you have an actual problem, pretty much refuse to cancel orders. Unable to speak to someone on the phone, it's all online. Utterly useless.

Ordered a Sofo, told it will be delivered in 5 to 7 days. Over a month and still waiting. Tried calling customer care line but no longer exists just told to go on line. Done that many times and just got fobbed of them saying that can not do anything. Asked for refund told no not and till I return item. The item that I don't have yet. To top it of they have started to bill me for it.

Awful company. Placed an order over 6 weeks ago and still nothing. Constantly being fobbed off by email, asked for a refund today to be told I will have to wait until the parcel is delivered then pay to send it back for a refund! They can't tell me a delivery date though! Disgrace of a company and should not be allowed to trade.

Immediately takes money for orders. No delivery within the stated 14 days.....then cancels part of the order due to 'no stock' (furniture bundle was originally purchased) I want to therefore cancle rest of order. Told can't cancle even though the order was still processing and had not left the warehouse !?! Had to take delivery and then send back. Waited over 6 weeks for items to be delivered and sent back the next day. Another 6 weeks and numerous attempts at contacting and still no refund?! No customer complaints procedure, no way to esculate a complaint to anyone. No telephone number to speak to anyone, just a chat bot who says be patient!!!!!!

Where do I start,ordered dining table and chairs 5 weeks ago they sent email saying being delivered in 2 separate parcels,the first parcel came which was a full garden set which was not ordered, the second part of the delivery came which was the dining table and no chairs,sent 7 emails to explain this and all you get is we will get back to you,then pick up wrong items was arranged on the day the were supposed to pick it up they text saying wasn't in but I was they never came so here we go again sending emails,in the meantime they are charging me for these items I havent even recoeved,well I have had enough and I am no longer going to pay my bill as I've told them till these items have been collected and took of my account,these have gone right down hill the past year ill never use again

Its absolutely awful! Avoid at all cost! . Been a customer for years dont know what has happened recently no one to sort problems out , charging for goods not received, even sent ring bell camera photo of what they say was delivered by evri on the 4th October, yes a delivery of a pair of pyjamas in a soft grey bag! Not a heavy wooden chopping board from the same order … it never did arrive. Many texts in reply to mine all saying being dealt with….but nothing! I said I would delete it off my November bill and then please close my account still No reply so I did . Now just as I thought they are now charging interest on the outstanding ammount! I feel So angry as that I have been totally ignored for 6 of more weeks ! Well they can continue adding the interest, the texts and letters will go in the bin , I am not paying them for something I havent had . It never used to be like this , heading for disaster for whoever is in charge , just a disgusting way to run a company where customer service is a big fat zero !!!! Not even worth 1 star so please take not and avoid!

Placed an order on the 31st of oct, advised 3/7 days, it is now the 13th nov, and being told just to wait longer for it. ad they wont let me cancel it. terrible customer service. think they are scammers

Studio used to be a good little cataglogue, but the past year its services has plummeted. You cant track parcels anymore or see hwer eyoru order is up to. Orders never come in the '3-7'days. and there is no clear indecation that items are not charged when not recieved. NO customer services what so ever and over all the site is shocklingly bad. Feels like some kind of Indian Call centre scam nowadays. Last order was for some socks and recieved them in Sports Direct labels with a cheaper price printer on them. Obviously these are now getting cast off stock from discount retailers to flog online. Hopefully the site will go under again and no one will help them.

What a sham of a company ! I've returned a coat with a faulty zip and returned it via Evri. It's over two weeks since the return but I've received no refund. I've gone around in circles on the website to get to speak to someone. The numbers listed are associated with finance only. Don't buy anything from this sham of a company !

Did an order with Studio at end of September, when it arrived it was not as described. I sent it back via evri, who comfirmed they returned it to Studio on 10th october. Since then have done 3 online forms to see why my account has not been credited with the returned items, and 10 emails, plus proof of return . Studio make it impossible to phone, as they no longer have a contact number. And fob me off with bot emails. My statement now says i owe money, which i dont. I will be closing my account, as i refuse to purchase from a company that is unable to give even basic customer service.

Received a damaged smart tv on the 6th August and informed studio about it. They finally booked a home collection on 4th October and still have not received a refund. After lots of emails and live chats I keep being told they cannot track the item and are investigating. Provided proof of calling card. And now I'm being charged default sums of £12 and interest of £41 a month. Will be reporting to trading standards and taking his to citizens advice bureau.

Ordered a wardrobe on 14th September for 2 week delivery. Never came, after many emails and online 'chats' finally found out it was out of stock and order cancelled, which would be fine if i hadnt paid!!!! 2 months and still no refund !! YOU CANNOT SPEAK TO ANYONE ON THE PHONE!! After more emails all we get is be patient!!! 2 months is patient! Would they be so patient if we failed to pay them on time !!! Absolutely disgraceful. Had to buy from a different company so have paid out twice. Give us our money back studio !!!

Have been using Studio for years and never had a problem until now!! I placed an order on 10th October , firstly I didn’t receive the usual confirmation email but it was showing in my account and saying 3/7 delivery. Waited about 3 weeks with no emails to say what the hold up was. Tried calling them but could only get thru to order line and they wouldn’t even look into my account to see what was going on and was told to go online to report this. That wasn’t easy and eventually I did manage to send them an email. Did get one back straight away telling me that they had moved over to a new ordering system. I gave them a bit longer but still no more info so checked my account to find the order had been removed from my account . I then emailed again to clarify if it has been cancelled . No reply. I then decided as it wasn’t in my account I would try reordering the items again so I did. Once again No confirmation email but it is showing in my account. I have emailed them to say the same thing has happened again …… No reply. Luckily, I never pay for the items upfront I wait for them to send me an invoice then pay by cheque, but I won’t be ordering anything again. ! What a shame this company has completely failed!!

Scam! Don't buy anything, as they won't send your items, but keep your money. Terrible customer service. Just a bunch of bots replying to messages. The whole set-up and company feels like a scam. A delivery promise of 3-7 days, for an item which is marked 'in stock', yet over 2 weeks later no communique with tracking details. The customer service bots insist that a cancellation is apparently not possible as apparently it has already been 'packed and sent', but nobody knows where it is. So no refund either for items not received. But I can 'send them back' once I receive them at my own cost. This is criminal behaviour from an online shop. Scam, don't buy! Notify the National Cyber Security Centre, Trading Standards or the police if you have fallen victim to these crooks!

Ordered online saying availability is high paid and waited for confirmation money returned 2 days later no communication tried again and the same happened my wife tried and money returned again what a total mickey mouse business ...absolutely rubbish.

Worst company I’ve delt with!!!! No customer service just bots and being fobbed off again and again! The worst website that doesn’t work !! Complete shambles and a joke! 5/7 days delivery on an item ordered on the 10th October! Still not arrived ? Granddaughter birthday ruined!! Ive emailed a dozen times and get a pathetic apologetic reply every time!!!!! I’m going to contact trading standards !! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS HIDEOUS COMPANY
