Absolutely the most farcical company. I’m still awaiting a refund!! And refusing to pay as sent 2/3 of my order after cancelling it!! And can’t return! Customer service terrible and took 2 months to receive anything! Family pyjamas no good when not all the family get theirs!!!

Ordered numerous items for Christmas presents on the 29/11. Studio apparently sent on the 4/12 via the worst parcel delivery company ever Hermes. Tracking has not moved since the 8/12. After numerous emails im now told this will be classed as a "Lost Parcel Claim" and I will have to wait up to another 30 days for my money back. Will never use again

I Ordered an item that they said on their website was in stock. Waited 10 working days as per their email confirmation only to find upon ringing them that the item was never in stock. For reference I ordered on 06/12 its now the 20th. I paid £4.99 for the privilege of this delivery, they then refused to delete my account after I asked for a refund and they refused as per their policy as I have an open order. How can it be an open order if you don't have the product. AVOID AT CHRISTMAS.

Ordered an item on the 16/11/2021 for my 3 year old daughters Christmas from "santa" Received a confirmation Email on the 17/11/2021 to say that the item would be dispatched within 6-10 days. Come 3/12/2021 I had zero contact from studio, after calling them on the 3rd I was told there was an item delay and it was expected into there warehouse on 06/12/2021. On the 06/12/2021 I phoned again and was told by Mary it had been dispatched and would be delivered no later than the 13/12/2021. Then Received an email stating it would be delivered on the 19th, Which turned out to be another lie as It didn't arrive. Today is the 20/12/2021 and yet again I have had to call them myself for James the customer service assistant who clearly doesn't have any training as he assured me it would be delivered in time for Christmas as it is being dispatched on the 27/12/2021!!!! How can they get away with selling an item so close to Christmas that they do not even have in stock?? My money has been sitting in there account for over a month now while I have no Christmas present for my daughter. Numerous times asked for manager who was meant to call me back but never did. Customer service team have no training or help from managers Shambles of a company.

Be very, very weary of this company. I ordered a number of items in October, none came on time, 4 sets of coordinating Christmas PJs were delayed by 7 weeks at which point I was told one set was no longer available (after 7 weeks of waiting!) and my order had been cancelled. 3 of the 4 sets was no good to me so I rang to cancel them all, I was on hold for a long time, got through to someone who was very difficult to understand who eventually told me they were cancelling all 3 sets of the PJs. However, I received no refund and now, 2 weeks further down the line, the 3 'cancelled' sets have turned up and I can't send them back because they are personalised. I will not use them again.

Been waiting for these bedding sets to turn up for weeks. Been chasing this order as really need them. Turned up 5 minutes ago, one set of bedding and a pair of slippers I didn't even order. No excuse for this incompetence, they're not even similar. I'm so angry 😡. S

Absolutely horrendous company so I've learnt...been with them a few years and never had much problems but recently there's been nothing but lies and ignorance!!! I've been told multiple different stories and dates for items I still haven't received from November. I'll be avoiding them from now on and I'd advise everyone else too also!!!

Faulty - Damaged - returned items - Items manufactured faulty are what your signing up for when ordering with studio. I opened an account around 2 months ago and in that time I don’t think a single item has arrived in a sealed new condition. I have lost count of how many items I’ve had to return. Some completely smashed and some like the baby Annabelle doll had a completely wonky face from faulty production. I’m unsure of studio are buying returned / faulty goods or if they are just not genuine and replicated but something needs to be investigated. I ordered £175 brand new leather Ugg boots which arrived with dodgy stitching coming loose, mouldy packaging and scuff marks over the toes. In November I ordered a peppa pig house as my daughters main present and Ive just unboxed it to check the condition (as my trust was already pretty low) and it’s unbelievable how damaged this product is. There is footprints on one of the walls, what looks like Stanley knife slices through another, parts cut so sharply they would cut your finger, the pictures that cover the wall partitions are peeling off, every pieces has gouges in it and I just want to cry. This was my daughters main present and has cost around £85 and with days to go until Xmas I won’t have time to return and reorder. I wish I could post pictures here because it really is questionable, whether this is a knock off fake product. The way the windows and doors have been cut is jagged, paper is overlapping the sides and I can’t see it being worth more than £30 let alone what I’ve paid. Shame on you studio for trying to sell items like this. I don’t know what I will do for Christmas now, as a single mother I can’t afford to go out and buy another and I’ve already brought the sets to go with the house. You should be ashamed. This isn’t a one off as it has happened repeatedly in the last month. You have some explaining to do !!! Please do not order from this website !!!

Terrible company did not receive goods refusing to reply to my emails when talking to customer service on the phone its a different story saying refund done then it takes 3to 5 days im now involving fca as illegal what they are doing and contacting tv company

I’d actually like to give zero stars but I can’t. Ordered some family pyjamas in October and was told there would be a delay in the adult pyjamas after the baby ones had already arrived. Cancelled the order as they wouldn’t arrive in time. This was done on 9th November and on 19th December I still have no money, despite speaking to several people and being assured my order has been cancelled. Ridiculous and awful customer service. Will never buy anything again and will be warning family and friends not to.

Ordered a XBOX SERIES S on the 23/11/2021 and I haven’t received anything! Check status of Hermes and apparently they dispatched it yet they still not received anything. Absolutely the worse company ever. Xmas is ruined now for my child which I can’t get this in time!!!!

Studio Customer Service are a complete NIGHTMARE. Once the issues have been sorted, I'm out of there, ACCOUNT CLOSED!!! I've only just opened it!!! Been terrible from the word go. Call centre in a foreign country. They can hardly speak English and cannot understand you. Set up an account on a Wednesday evening. Friday I rang to say cancel order. Said my account wasn't up and running but ring Monday. Rang Monday , accepted cancellation and lo and behold everything turned up every day for a week, although 2 same lights, 2 same shades and 1 pk of curtains, 3 ORDERS. Rang call centre to complain that I had cancelled. You had , but can you send them back. Sent back by Hermes parcel shop and to cap it all, 2 more lights were delivered!! On the phone again to ask why ? You ordered them. No I didn't, I've sent them back! Baring in mind these phone calls were lasting upto half hour because of their lack of understanding English. Refused the parcels as I hadn't ordered them. On the phone again for another 30 mins. I was tearing my hair out trying to make them understand I hadn't ordered. "Maybe they are somewhere outside your property and can't see them " Eh? I'm saying they have been refused and courier took them away so why am I being billed for items I have not ordered. "ERM i will look into it. I will try to find out where you parcels are". By then I had lost the plot. " I'm not interested where they are, I haven't ordered any so take them off my account!!! 45 mins later of blood sweat and tears , its another ten days before that will happen. Lost the will to live by then. Give me strength. Sorry long winded but Studio are a definite NO NO !!!!!!

Ordered 11 items beginning of November all in stock some items personalised. During the course of the month nothing turned up?! Then I started to get emails saying I had returned the goods to sender even though I had never received them. Then was asked to pay for an undelivered item so I rang customer service. Spoke to a lovely lady who said Hermes had returned the goods back and she could only presume they had been damaged in transit so we’re returned back to Studio. I asked her to credit my account for the item I was being charged for and close my account! She did this and even agreed with me that she would have done the same due to their ineptness. The one star is for her!

Goods arrived unwearable, only way to describe was smell of vomit. Email stating some goods not in stock. Online contact form does not work, even after manually spending 30 minutes clicking back to add my 1958 dob it insists on! Not willing to waste more money on return postage for unwearable items.

Ordered a dolls house 09/12/21. Could be personalised, but I didn't take that option. Phone them earlier in the week to see why It hadn't been dispatched. They couldn't tell me why, but said I would get it for Christmas. Now they are saying it's out of stock. But it still says it's in stock on the website. I have cancelled it, but from other reviews don't hold out a lot of hope for my refund!

I've bought from Studio for years with no issues. This year though 1 order got split into 3 parcels and one arrived with items clearly rough handled and items inside too damaged to use as gifts. They use Hermes, what more do I need to say. One parcel missing and one damaged. Another lost Customer here. I won't be back.

Items cancelled with refunds to Be expected. First of all reordered one of the items again with Studio as a separate order. Then after more cancellation emails I out and replaced the full order at another store- only to receive no refunds and then items that apparently were cancelled issued out. Waited two months for any resolution with constant lies and fobbing off. Now out of pocket as have half an order missing which is no good to me ( personalised FAMILY pjs) and no refund, a duplicate pair on order and had to also spend more Money on replacement ones. Absolutely LIVID! Wasted hours of my life on the phone! Robbed of money and of time.

Do not order from studio. I ordered25/11/21 . I have not received. I have just read many reviews saying the same yet this company is still trading in this manner. I have asked for a refund to my account and not received. I am going to take the matter further and no company should be testing customers in this way.

Ordered on 26.11.21, still not arrived. Phoned Studio weeks ago and was told it's on the way. Checked tracking numerous times and it's still not on the way. Don't think I'm ever going to get this bedding, I now want my money back.

Ordered personalised family Christmas PJs in SEPTEMBER! Kids ones arrived in November. 2 adult pairs - multiple emails saying delays, then an email to say 1 pair were being cancelled and I would receive a refund. I then cancelled the 2nd pair, as usual without them all. They emailed to confirm cancellation of 2nd pair and 4 weeks later, have just received a dispatch email for the pair THEY CANCELLED?!? Still no refunds. Not fit for purpose. Absolute shambles of a company
