Awful service. Deliveries are so slow compared to other catalogues. Actually ordered the same product from a rival 4 days after I ordered from Studio and the rival delivered 1st, and within 24 hours.

Worst customer service ever. I have waited in for a collection of a faulty hot tub on 4 separate occasions. They have no idea what they are doing. The matter has been going on for a month and still isn’t resolved. Do not purchase anything from them!

Been a customer for a few years with no problems until I sent something back ! Good job I kept my proof as this return got LOST I had no end of hassle and stress while charges were added. And after phoning several times finally got it sorted but i Will never use studio again. Extremely bad service

Absolute scam. Waited so long for my delivery. Havent had an update on my parcel for over 1 week. All they tell me is that it would be delivered in the next 24h, then it was the next 48h. Then thay said i had to wait 10 working days after making my initial claim. After i claimed that it was in fact lost they ask if i would like to reorder the item, however my account would show as i have been charge twice for the item and would get a refund 30 days after the investigation. Absolute joke and scam, i dont know how they are still open and operating.

I have been a customer for many years, never had many problems really until now. After being advised that I could take a payment break whilst on furlough and not be penalised in anyway if I still make some payment each month, which I did and actually still paid the minimum payment so didnt really need a payment holiday. So why has my interest rate shot up to 54%?? Which means if I pay 100quid? Roughly only 50quid is coming off my bill.... day light robbery. I have sent 3 emails now and also paid the account in full. When sending the 3rd email saying i wish to close the account and stating the reasons again, i actually get a reply saying if i confirm the closing of my account first, you will then look into the other issues... well obviously i wasn't born yesterday so the account remains open until you respond. If you don't get back to me then maybe i will take this further to watchdog... especially after reading your reviews on trustpilot.

This company is borderline criminal and should be investigated and closed down constantly chasing information about a television ordered on 5/3/21 requested refund always same answers they can’t trace order it will take 48 hrs to get back to you you can’t get refund until you receive the goods and then return these people are scammers how are they getting away with this for so long when you read the bad reviews they all say the same thing do these type of companies ever get investigated John edgar

They just take far too long to deliver the items you ordered. I’ve been waiting a month and a half for some clothing I ordered and they’re still waiting to be dispatched. It’s the same issue every time. When I email them they always say that they were waiting for stock but it doesn’t say out of stock when you choose the item. If that was the case I wouldn’t have bothered buying the stuff to begin with.

Ordered a sofa last August, a spring went in it, got in touch with customer service for a replacement, said yes fine, we’ll come collect and send a replacement to you. Sofa got picked up this morning, chased up when I was getting a replacement as I hadn’t heard back (again) to be told I couldn’t get a replacement as I didn’t have enough money on my account... when I paid cash for this item!!! After 5 infuriating phone calls, the person on the phone just kept saying the same thing over and over and over again. Said it’s gonna take 14-21 days to send replacement! I want my cash and I will never EVER be using them again.

Requested to return a faulty laptop on 31 January, with lots of issues, then carrier losing it on way back. Studio confirmed refund on 25 February but still waiting. Phoned numerous times, last time on Saturday to speak to manager, still waiting for callback. They owe me £400............

I bought a tablet for my daughter for Christmas in November and paid for the item in full. The item was faulty and so I returned it in January. The return was acknowledged and a credit of 79.99 added to a credit account which I only opened for the offer of 20% off to new customers when they open a credit account, which I didn't receive anyway! I requested the 79.99 to be paid back to my debit card as I had no balance on the credit account and had never used it. I never received the refund despite numerous emails to the company and replies from them apologising and saying that they are raising the refund to the relevant department and I should wait a number of days for it to be paid back to my card ( differing amounts of days ranging between 5 and 14). It's 52 days since I first requested the refund and still no money has been paid back to my card. Customer service is non existent, the operators do not deal with complaints individually or look at the case and they totally disregard previous emails and have no interest in resolving issues. I even had a customer service operative ring me up after I left a review on Trust Pilot and promise me the refund would be given within 5 days but of course, that never happened and was several weeks ago now. I advise people to avoid dealings with this company. There is something seriously wrong with the way Studio treats people it owes money to and they should not be allowed to get away with practices like this.

I ordered a 2 in 1 tablet with keyboard I had an email and text saying it has been delivered which I hadn’t received I rang customer services and spoke to a lovely lady who apologised for the stress and inconvenience and said they would launch an investigation that was on Friday 9:15am on Saturday morning i received an email saying after a thougher investigation they have marked this parcel as lost and will refund in full including delivery and that the refund will show in 72hours I’ll leave a review when the 72 hours is over whether I get the refund or not they have to refund £84.89 I hope I don’t get any problems I

Don't bother if you are ordering large items for the Garden I ordered a swing set back 11th Feb 2021 Still not received it,!!! States alow 21 days for delivery,!!! well that's a lie. 37 days later customer service still can't tell me when it due to arrive. This is not the 1st time This has happened the last 2 times I orded a slide, had to cancel as 2 months later still never turned up for Xmas present that was December 2019, Cant fault delivery with clothes, "but sick of not being able to give my Granddaughter a present on her birthday and what do I get?? We will refund your postage for inconvenience Whoopee, can't give that as a present, If they can't fulfill their orders the should not be advertising them for sale, Studio have lost me as a good customer now.

Scammers. I have now been waiting 2 months for a refund. Spoke to someone on the phone who also sent me an email saying my refund will be credited within 7 days and still nothing. They are a bunch of liars and frauds who keep peoples money

Ordered a play house twice first one they cancelled without telling me due to stock. But the customer services kept telling me it would be with me... re ordered the item only to still be waiting for the play house (6th March) Called Monday was told there was no stock again ... two minutes later there was stock arriving now and it would be with me Friday. Please allow 5 days Called today to get a delivery time ... Guess what no stock till 22nd and please allow 5 days after for delivery Asked for a refund of my money as I paid £70 onto of my credit limit. To be told it would have to be delivered first then 21 days after returning I would receive my refund ??? There's no stock how would it be delivered!! Then it changed to 7-10 to tell the stockist to cancel then they would start a refund.. Finally after talking to a manager I was told I would receive my refund within 10 days. I have a feeling I will never see this money again 😕 they will also not close my account.... PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE ITS TERRIBLE THEY WILL.TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NEVER DELIVER THE ITEM.

I purchased a all in one pc in January within 8 weeks it broke.. I recieved an offer from them.. I keep pc keep paying for it but they would give me 10% of the price. Or I could return it.😂😂😂 it’s taken 10 days numerous emails and a phone I was told it would take 5 days for returns label to arrive.. this was 2 days ago. The last 2 days Hermes have turned up to pick it up?? What with no returns label you want me to give them my computer??? Why can’t you do a simple task.. this is the worst company in the world to deal with

I ordered 2 matching items a coffee table and a TV the coffee table arrived 1 week late but no tv unit when I rang up to find out were this item was I was told it was out of stock and would be at least 2 months before I got it so I'm sitting with a coffee table and no matching tv unit so I asked to return the items I was told I would wait 90 days from the courier lifted the coffee table to I got my money returned to me I won't be buying another item of this company as there service is terrible and left in the dark about my items there suff isn't that cheap to be run around in circles very poor service and very unprofessional company very disappointed

Well where to start! Firstly I purchased 2 items for my young son, opened and built the first item was fine however opening the second which i may i add none of the boxes were damaged. This product was a 2 door cube, upon opening I noticed there were a few chips/scuffs and dirt. However when removing the parts out the boxes i noticed that the screw bags were open and the screws had been put into another bag! Which made me start to worry... I checked the doors and can see the doors have the marks from being opened and closed!!!! And the feet are marked and cracked!! The screws holes you can see have been previously used! Now seeing this it is clear that this has previously been purchased and returned then sent out to me as a “brand new” product!!! Myself having to shield due being extremely clinically vulnerable and now receiving this product which has been in someone elses house is disgusting! Being in pandemic i immediately got it contact with studio, firstly i spoken to a gentleman which was very rude to me saying i would need to pay again and await a refund which will take 3 days. For something that wasn’t my fault, I explained i will not being paying again i would just like a exchange... He then wouldn’t respond to me so i waited a few minutes to see if he would come back.. NOPE! So i had to call again, this time i got through to a lady (based in Asia) in which she now told me I need to return it and await a refund which could take 21 days!! Not just that i need to go to the post office to get a return label as I previously said i have to shield so how am I expected to do this!! After me mentioning on their website they insist they are following Covid-19 guidelines she then started to blame the manufacturer.. I purchased this from studio not them but she was saying i need to contact them? Overall studio hasnt taken any accountability for this but just blaming everyone but themselves. I would think twice about ordering from them!!! I will not be letting this go, following Covid-19 guidelines... they are nowhere near doing this!! I have pictures to prove all of this!!!

I had ordered an item from this place.. be aware I had ordered an item from this company, they took the money out of my bank and then three days later they contacted me saying that the product is no longer available. They haven't refunded this money back so now I ended up with no item and not money. So it will be around a week before they return this money back to me. They shouldn't take the money if they don't have the item and worse they should return the money immediately and not wait for a week before returning the money.
