Don't bother if you are ordering large items for the Garden I ordered a swing set back 11th Feb 2021 Still not received it,!!! States alow 21 days for delivery,!!! well that's a lie. 37 days later customer service still can't tell me when it due to arrive. This is not the 1st time This has happened the last 2 times I orded a slide, had to cancel as 2 months later still never turned up for Xmas present that was December 2019, Cant fault delivery with clothes, "but sick of not being able to give my Granddaughter a present on her birthday and what do I get?? We will refund your postage for inconvenience Whoopee, can't give that as a present, If they can't fulfill their orders the should not be advertising them for sale, Studio have lost me as a good customer now.

Scammers. I have now been waiting 2 months for a refund. Spoke to someone on the phone who also sent me an email saying my refund will be credited within 7 days and still nothing. They are a bunch of liars and frauds who keep peoples money

Ordered a play house twice first one they cancelled without telling me due to stock. But the customer services kept telling me it would be with me... re ordered the item only to still be waiting for the play house (6th March) Called Monday was told there was no stock again ... two minutes later there was stock arriving now and it would be with me Friday. Please allow 5 days Called today to get a delivery time ... Guess what no stock till 22nd and please allow 5 days after for delivery Asked for a refund of my money as I paid £70 onto of my credit limit. To be told it would have to be delivered first then 21 days after returning I would receive my refund ??? There's no stock how would it be delivered!! Then it changed to 7-10 to tell the stockist to cancel then they would start a refund.. Finally after talking to a manager I was told I would receive my refund within 10 days. I have a feeling I will never see this money again 😕 they will also not close my account.... PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE ITS TERRIBLE THEY WILL.TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NEVER DELIVER THE ITEM.

I purchased a all in one pc in January within 8 weeks it broke.. I recieved an offer from them.. I keep pc keep paying for it but they would give me 10% of the price. Or I could return it.😂😂😂 it’s taken 10 days numerous emails and a phone I was told it would take 5 days for returns label to arrive.. this was 2 days ago. The last 2 days Hermes have turned up to pick it up?? What with no returns label you want me to give them my computer??? Why can’t you do a simple task.. this is the worst company in the world to deal with

I ordered 2 matching items a coffee table and a TV the coffee table arrived 1 week late but no tv unit when I rang up to find out were this item was I was told it was out of stock and would be at least 2 months before I got it so I'm sitting with a coffee table and no matching tv unit so I asked to return the items I was told I would wait 90 days from the courier lifted the coffee table to I got my money returned to me I won't be buying another item of this company as there service is terrible and left in the dark about my items there suff isn't that cheap to be run around in circles very poor service and very unprofessional company very disappointed

Well where to start! Firstly I purchased 2 items for my young son, opened and built the first item was fine however opening the second which i may i add none of the boxes were damaged. This product was a 2 door cube, upon opening I noticed there were a few chips/scuffs and dirt. However when removing the parts out the boxes i noticed that the screw bags were open and the screws had been put into another bag! Which made me start to worry... I checked the doors and can see the doors have the marks from being opened and closed!!!! And the feet are marked and cracked!! The screws holes you can see have been previously used! Now seeing this it is clear that this has previously been purchased and returned then sent out to me as a “brand new” product!!! Myself having to shield due being extremely clinically vulnerable and now receiving this product which has been in someone elses house is disgusting! Being in pandemic i immediately got it contact with studio, firstly i spoken to a gentleman which was very rude to me saying i would need to pay again and await a refund which will take 3 days. For something that wasn’t my fault, I explained i will not being paying again i would just like a exchange... He then wouldn’t respond to me so i waited a few minutes to see if he would come back.. NOPE! So i had to call again, this time i got through to a lady (based in Asia) in which she now told me I need to return it and await a refund which could take 21 days!! Not just that i need to go to the post office to get a return label as I previously said i have to shield so how am I expected to do this!! After me mentioning on their website they insist they are following Covid-19 guidelines she then started to blame the manufacturer.. I purchased this from studio not them but she was saying i need to contact them? Overall studio hasnt taken any accountability for this but just blaming everyone but themselves. I would think twice about ordering from them!!! I will not be letting this go, following Covid-19 guidelines... they are nowhere near doing this!! I have pictures to prove all of this!!!

I had ordered an item from this place.. be aware I had ordered an item from this company, they took the money out of my bank and then three days later they contacted me saying that the product is no longer available. They haven't refunded this money back so now I ended up with no item and not money. So it will be around a week before they return this money back to me. They shouldn't take the money if they don't have the item and worse they should return the money immediately and not wait for a week before returning the money.

This company is a big scam. I never visited their website. Today I received 10 poloshirts of the same colour and size and a bill of £39.99 to pay. I do not know where this company got my details and it has opened an account on my name fraudulently. Beware and run very far from this company.

TL;DR: I wont use studio again, if it comes broken, they do nothing to help at all. Poor returns policy and an utter farce. It seems like they are giving every excuse not to refund me for theirs and Hermes mistake. Last year (Nov 2020) I bought an item off studio for christmas to a different delivery address to where I was living (relevent later). It arrived damaged and so I requested a return. They proceeded to send a courier to pick up the item from the BILLING address not the DELIVERY address which i would have thought would have been common sense. I asked them to send to delivery address They were also meant to send out a shipping label which didnt arrive until 3 weeks after the courier attempted to pick it up several times from the wrong address. I contacted studio several times asking them to pick it up from the delivery address but they kept ignoring that. It comes to January 2021 and finally the label and the courier arrive at the correct address. Someone from Hermes (Their preferred courier) finally comes to pick it up. February arrives and I track with Hermes and they say to talk to studio for further updates. I contact studio and they tell me they havent recieved it and that they will send out and investigation form. I fill out the form, send it off and nothing. I have to call them again for them to tell me they cant give me my money back and they cant find the investigation form I sent. So as of now, ive not had a refund, they dont know where the parcel is and wont investigate without me going ape at them and no one is communicating to me whats going on. Embarrassing for them, quite frankly and an utter farce. I will not be using them again.

OMG!! I wish I had seen this review site before purchasing my goods from these charlatans!! Thankfully, my purchase was less than £20; but unfortunately my goods arrived broken. I've been promised a return slip to put on my parcel on 3 occasions; I'm still waiting...I've had my phone call terminated twice by the same assistant, purely because I asked her to listen and to stop interrupting me with her scripted responses....I completed a complaints form only to receive an automated email informing me that it would likely take 8 weeks for someone to deal with the matter and lastly I decided to ask for a discount to keep the 3 bowls of the 4 that were still intact instead of the return that I could see was never going to happen. I'm still waiting for my 70% refund; which after reading these reviews, I'm guessing I'm never going to get. This is an absolutely horrendous company and I would never recommend anyone purchases anything from them EVER!!

absoultely shocking still awaiting refund for item i cancelled yet still arrived this has been on going since decemeber the 13th parcel eventually collected on a 2day collection arranged by studio on 5th jan after 21days still had no refund they then claim they hadnt recieved retur dispite providing proof it was they asked for 30days to investigate its been 34days and still no further forward, customer service is no exsistant and send the same automated scripted responses. AVOID

Shocking customer service Shocking customer service. They don't help you at all. I tried changing my payment date as mine had changed. I got no help apart from £12 a month charges. I contacting them verious times and they just push you aside and don't listen to you at all. There communication skills are shocking you would get a better service from a 5 year old kid

Dreadful company, dreadful customer service. Communication is non-existent. Have a large box with a recliner chair in it in my hallway that arrived damaged waiting to return! been there 3 months and I have to manoeuvre my daughter's wheelchair around it everyday. Rang them countless times, emailed so many times can't remember. Every time I get the same response - sorry about the oversight, the item will be collected on the next working day! Absolute joke! Would not recommend them nor will I ever use them again.

I never received the bed originally ordered so we called to re-order - when we noticed that the order hadn't been put on the account we just placed the order ourselves. When the bed got delivered, we received two. Looking into the account showed that someone had placed the order but after we had done it. We called to arrange a return of the additional bed, someone showed within a few days to collect the bed but refused as it did not have a return slip on it. We called Studio again and they said they would send out a returns slip via post - this was never received. I have called numerous times over the course of two months to try and get the bed collected for return but every time I have called, I have been promised another returns slip to be sent out (have not received one), been told that interest and charges will be put on hold. After speaking to two other people today, I have learnt that I will in fact be charged for the interest and additional bed which I did not order nor want and I am being charged for being over my account limit which I did not consent to. I finally asked for my recorded telephone conversations to create a more precise and accurate timeline of what had been said and when for when I submitted a complaint but this was not accepted and the colleague tried to change the subject. I then asked her for a Subject Access Request and she rejected this and then hung up on me - which is not legal to do. Finally, this evening, I spoke to Charlie (another rep) who had said there were previous issues with sending the returns label and that he has escalated it so that I will 100% receive a returns label and the collection should happen in the next 5-7 working days - I am not hopeful that this will actually happen given the constant let downs over the course of the last 9 weeks. I am not the only one having issues as my partner who also has an account with Studio, spoke with a rep to return a faulty vacuum and again someone showed up the next day to collect the item but again refused because there was no collection slip.

Awful. Placed order for childs pram and applied discount code and got confirmation email. They cancelled order! Asked if I wanted to order again but at full price. Absolute con. Customer advisors are nothing short of useless and no idea what they are taking about. Awful company.

I have never heard of the company in my life before they sent me a letter in the post with my address and name, claiming that I had an account number to purchase something for almost £300. They made up a fictitious payment plan that is to start in March for a purchase I supposedly made in January 2021. The letter also had a cheque drawn up that they want me to send to them, even though I have never made a purchase with their company; nor set up a payment plan. They want us to call them so they can bait us into giving them money by charging us through phoning them up. DON'T FALL FOR IT.
