Very poor communication. Every single time staff give different information. Call on hold for hour. Disconnected customer call while I was on hold

We have ordered two card trees for delivery to a standard address at an established company on an industrial estate. Apparently their delivery driver (from Hermes) couldn't find us. I doubt if he looked. the road is labelled, the company is signposted and reception is manned. We tried to contact Hermes but there are no humans to be contacted. We tried to contact Studio who are not contactable. I won't be buying from them again, as they cannot answer a query and use rubbish delivery agents. It explains totally why their goods are cheap to buy.

PLEASE DO NOT USE STUDIO. I ordered a 2 in 1 tablet for my child's Christmas on the 28th of November. I was told GUARANTEED delivery for Christmas. I paid 80 in full when I ordered. I called them yesterday to ask when it will be here and was told the 28th of Dec. I told them this was my child's main gift from santa. The woman I spoke to said if I cancelled this and ordered the same model in black it would arrive in time.i reluctantly agreed she then told me I would need to pay a further 60 pound as my first refund would not go through straight away. I thought maybe 3 to 5 days for my refund. After taking my new order I logged on to my account to see she had ordered me a completely different tablet. 4 phone calls later and 140 pound of my money in THEIR account I'm told even though its their mistake I can't have my money back and need to wait on the 2nd tablet to be delivered then sent back to get my refund. I am a single parent and have no main gift from santa to give to my child. I am heart-broken. Please Do Not use Studio.

If could leave no review I would. Waited over a month for a parcle that I still havent recieved and been lied to several times about the refund! Will never order from here again!

Awful! Ordered a TV which never arrived they are refusing a refund until they have done their investigation taking 30 days- appauling customer service! Do not buy from this company

They take your money but don't deliver. Stuff is out of stock though on their website it says it's available. They don't email you to update on non availability of items. Waited on the phone more than 45 mins to speak to a manager.

Never have anything in stock! Items takes ages to arrive plus at some instances they are more than double priced! Avoid them at all costs. I tried them and left very disappointed.

Complete joke!! Orderd beg Nov item was in stock but to recieve am email 2 weeks later after I messaged them saying awaiting stock and I should have it in 10 days no parcel I then received a track number never worked hermes never sent it and now I have no money no parcel they are a bunch on con artists don't order I want my money back!!!!

item was out of stock which is fine but the only reason I found out was when I saw a refund on my account - no communication whatsoever. I paid for delivery and whilst the cost of the item has been refunded the delivery costs haven't. and there seems to be no way to contact them - phone line cut me off and email not working. complete waste of time

Phoned this morning after 10 minutes to get through(email down) then told item might arrive after christmas this item was ordered on the 21 november i should have had it by now i ordered another one straight a way it still said in stock and would be here before christmas cannot trust that. Guy on the phone said he might not be able to cancel then!!! Why??? Neither has been sent it was amazing how little the customer services can do i have told them i will refuse to accept them my account will be cancelled very very poor service. I am totally disgusted with them

What an utter utter bunch of con artists! Ordered an item that was half the price of other stores (should have know it would be too good to be true) on 28th November saying in stock, They take the money straight away unlike other companies who take once it is dispatched. Had an email 3 days later to say the item is out of stock and therefore delayed, I checked the website within 5 minutes of this email arriving and the item is still saying in stock!!! I rang and they said I would receive the item by 12th December, but it didn't arrive, rand them yesterday to cancel the order which they said they would request a cancellation!!! Checked low and behold order still pending and awaiting dispatch. This company is conning customers into paying items they don't even have in stock, their whole business model seems to consist of getting the money upfront and then probably buying the item from somewhere else then forwarding onto the customer, despicable.

If I could give them zero stars I would, they allow you to order items not saying they are not even in stock, wait 3 days to tell you that it's not in stock you wont be getting it, but are good enough to take your money straight away for the order, and you dont get a refund for 3 days for the item they couldnt send you.. then one parcel turns up and it wasnt even what I ordered, and they are replacing it with what I did order, I would have to put in another order which would be another £5.99 delivery, out of 10 items I've yet to recieve the 3 which has apparently went through, first order from this place and it will certainly be the last, appalling company run by people that haven't a clue, I'll stick to main big brands, and online shopping from amazon and ebay... this close to christmas to!!!!!

i have emailed all directors this email no response ... Dear Sir / Madam, I placed this order 11 days ago, my first ever order from studio and it was dispatched last Friday. I tracked my parcel on the my Hermes website and the parcel went into delayed status on Sunday. I did not chase it up until today but i have been informed that the parcel has been lost. I have requested a full refund only to be told i would have to wait upto 30 days whilst you raise a lost parcel query with my Hermes. Firstly my Hermes have confirmed that the parcel is lost so why do I have to wait whilst you recover your losses. Secondly the parcel contains christmas gifts for my children and as such to wait 30 days means i cannot replace such items from another retailer. I was given the option to re-order the parcel but i would have to pay again, when my funds are stretched at this time of year ? I understand that parcels from time to time will be lost for whatever reason however I am a firm believer in how a organisation resolves such issues and quite frankly the way your representatives have offered to resolve this particular issue does not deliver great service if anything it demonstrates a clear lack of respect and understanding of your customers. I ask you to review this complaint with the respect it deserves as i have handed over my well earned money in good faith to purchase goods from your organisation, not really a great first time customer experience which ditracts me from possibly using your organisation in future. I await your reply in anticipation.

Bought my child’s MAIN christmas present from here and it says it has been dispatched on the 4th and will be here on the 10th and still i have no sign of the parcel!!!! and Hermes says they haven’t received it!!!🤬

Able to order item as required size is available. They take money & then say on delivery note that they’ve been unable to send as out of stock. I paid £4.99 p&p for the other item which only cost £2.99. So annoyed because I would never pay £4.99 for a £2.99 item. Studio seem to think refunding p&p is good enough. It isn’t. Disgusted with their attitude & something should be done about companies who take the money before checking if they can honour the sale. I will not be buying from Studio again.

You place an order online and don’t get told there is items out of stock until you read your invoice! I wouldn’t of paid the £5 delivery for 1 item!! Shocking company I’ll stick with the top firms who can do it properly

NEVER NEVER ORDER FROM STUDIO AGAIN!!! ordered my little boys laptop paid up front not even a confirmation through, rang to check this to be told 7 days before xmas its out of stock and i have to waiit 7 days to get my money back!! NICE ONE STUDIO

Never using Studio again. Placed an order on the 24th of November was told would be delivered by the 3rd of December or before. Still no sign of my order. Rang them on the 4th to check on order was told it would be guaranteed for the 7th. Guess what? still no sign by the 8th. Rang again today and asked to cancel as it shows its bit even been dispatched. Was told I have to wait to receive it and send it back for a refund!! How can I receive it if it's lost? How can I send back something that I haven't got? They can't even tell me where it is!! Absolutely shocking service and I am never using Studio again. Completely ripped me off as they're going to expect me to pay for something I have never received!! Stay away.

Studio have made my life hell trying to get a refund for the egl cordless hoover this is the second 1 I've returned!!! Was picked up by hermes and I've got the card to prove it but there now saying they haven't received it!! So after endless phone calls and emails it's still not sorted! There quick enough at taking your money out but not so with refund! And every time I phone I'm on telling the same story over and over again! I've spoke to managers and all they do is nothing so angry as my husband needs 24 hours care and it's affecting my health!!!
