Have been using Studio for years and never had a problem until now!! I placed an order on 10th October , firstly I didn’t receive the usual confirmation email but it was showing in my account and saying 3/7 delivery. Waited about 3 weeks with no emails to say what the hold up was. Tried calling them but could only get thru to order line and they wouldn’t even look into my account to see what was going on and was told to go online to report this. That wasn’t easy and eventually I did manage to send them an email. Did get one back straight away telling me that they had moved over to a new ordering system. I gave them a bit longer but still no more info so checked my account to find the order had been removed from my account . I then emailed again to clarify if it has been cancelled . No reply. I then decided as it wasn’t in my account I would try reordering the items again so I did. Once again No confirmation email but it is showing in my account. I have emailed them to say the same thing has happened again …… No reply. Luckily, I never pay for the items upfront I wait for them to send me an invoice then pay by cheque, but I won’t be ordering anything again. ! What a shame this company has completely failed!!

Scam! Don't buy anything, as they won't send your items, but keep your money. Terrible customer service. Just a bunch of bots replying to messages. The whole set-up and company feels like a scam. A delivery promise of 3-7 days, for an item which is marked 'in stock', yet over 2 weeks later no communique with tracking details. The customer service bots insist that a cancellation is apparently not possible as apparently it has already been 'packed and sent', but nobody knows where it is. So no refund either for items not received. But I can 'send them back' once I receive them at my own cost. This is criminal behaviour from an online shop. Scam, don't buy! Notify the National Cyber Security Centre, Trading Standards or the police if you have fallen victim to these crooks!

Ordered online saying availability is high paid and waited for confirmation money returned 2 days later no communication tried again and the same happened my wife tried and money returned again what a total mickey mouse business ...absolutely rubbish.

Absolutely shocking !!!! You cannot speak with them regarding an order……. They cancelled my order even tho the items were still available ……. I then reordered them only for them to cancel them again !!! Trying to chat on web chat and it’s a robot !!!! Do not order with them

Worst company I’ve delt with!!!! No customer service just bots and being fobbed off again and again! The worst website that doesn’t work !! Complete shambles and a joke! 5/7 days delivery on an item ordered on the 10th October! Still not arrived ? Granddaughter birthday ruined!! Ive emailed a dozen times and get a pathetic apologetic reply every time!!!!! I’m going to contact trading standards !! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS HIDEOUS COMPANY

Charged for items not even sent No one will help on the online chat, fobbed off with problems with system and will email you.. can’t speak to a human. Please read reviews on there Facebook page.. just terrible.

Staggeringly bad. Beyond bad. Online account pointless, info less and impossible to access. App even more so if a failure. Just a complete disaster from start to finish, if indeed they ever finish getting your items! Quick and easy to take your money but absolutely no information or help beyond that point. Try get any money back, you can't. Crooks, plain and simple.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!! PLACED AN ORDER,PAID IN FULL THEN TOLD MOST OF MY ITEMS ARE OUT OF STOCK! EVEN THOUGH THERE IS PLENTY OF STOCK SHOWING ONLINE! WEB CHAT SHOCKING,STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND.. DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS HORRENDOUS COMPANY!!!

Ordered on 11th September and still waiting nearly 8 weeks later. Customer service appalling. Extremely difficult to navigate through studio to contact them. They give you the runaround with their excuses. They have new ordering process. Well it's not working. Tried to cancel order but was not allowed as was being processed!!!! Do not order from them if you want to get your item anytime soon

I hate to say it but had I realised Studio.co.uk was now part of Fraser’s Group I would have given them a ‘very’ wide berth! Fraser’s are Sports Direct (shocking) and House of Fraser (should have let the brand die and not kill a reputation in an instant, sadly. They are not a saviour of companies, but more like a thorn in the side of honest consumers! Studio has screwed up two orders over the past month; they have lied to me, shown amounts outstanding on finance which I would rather have had the option to pay in full for and completely misled me at every twist and turn. I have now reached the point whereby emails are not being responded to and I have no other option than to direct my grievance to the Financial Conduct Authority and also trading standards in order to try and help other consumers which may not be aware of the obligations of the seller and their rights under UK law.

The only time you'll speak with a human is when your buying something.... Once you've bought an item customer service dissapears.... You CANNOT speak to anyone but bots on chat but it's so glitchy... Very frustrating... I had airfrier that broke down after a couple weeks and it took weeks to work on collection via bot and emails and weeks later still haven't heard from them. Really, REALLY badly run company and as a point of interest I've been getting scam text/email from evri.... This is a real company that studio use but for some strange reason I get scam communications from a place pretending to be evri claiming I wasn't in for delivery /collection that want visa details... That's a clear sign there is some dodgy people with this company selling/passing details to scam companies..... I only buy from reputable companies now like amazon prime or argos..... and companies that employ staff that speak normal English... I avoid companies that use foreign call centres unless reputable like prime

Ordered some wooden toys for my sons birthday on the 10th October, it got to his birthday on the 22nd and still not recieved. I web chatted they said they changed their ordering system and it’d be shipped out in a couple of days. A week went by with no item so I emailed them, they said the exact same thing and I web chatted again who said exact same thing. They wouldn’t let me cancel the order, I asked if I could just reorder the same items and return the old parcel they said I could but I would have to pay for it which is about a tenner. I ordered some more items yesterday to see what would happen and they’ve already been dispatched and with evri. I’m really disappointed with studio. I’ve been waiting nearly 4 weeks now for this parcel, I ordered a lovely Walker for my son to help him safely walk about and wish I bought one somewhere else. By the time I get it he will probably not need it anymore.

If I could give zero stars I would. Paid in full for an item and £4.99 for their 3-10 day delivery and 24 days later nothing. Keep being told its in the warehouse being processed and to just wait. Its been processing for 24 days. This is now becoming an ongoing theme with this company, taking money and people not receiving goods. Its borderline fraud.

we buy alot of our goods from studio. but we recently bought a lap top. fro £89 down from £299 we found that the letters came up as numbers and numbers came up letters in all not working at all. we can not speak to a human being ..so we have tried to get return refund by way of WEB CHAT what a total long drawn out nightmare that was ..and after sending them e.mails letting them know we dont have a printer. we still have had no help from them .......they dont have a customer service number so as pensioners we are out of pocket to the sum of £89.. our credit limit stands at £1000 and they are always asking us to use it but would be to reluctant as there is no human HELP if things go wrong ps.. they will say they can not find our order number u watch .........now the 30th october they are stalling on the return and refund saying they need a photo of the lap top even after they know my order number can you believe it ! stay well clear of studio all beet treated terribly with no phone / human contact looks like we have lost £89.00

I orderd on 12 September items never been dispatched as always have an email when it is I have been messaging and emailing told them I don't want the stuff now has been far to long for delivery and I was the stuff removed from my account as paid the balance what I owed and want to close my account as you can know longer speak to anyone and I am not paying for what I have not received and I bet they will have the cheak to add interest on my next statement for money I don't owe

Placed an order 21 days ago, still recieved no update no delivery. The customer service is shocking on chat and they tell me they don’t have a complaint procedure. They have told me 3 times it has been dispatched and then say it is going to be dispatched. Shocking, won’t even issue a refund
