Studio no more customer service appalling wait on refund l9st parcel can't get speak anyone contacted through e mail and live chat even phoned orderliness was fobbed off by foreign man who took my number to get rid of me said supervisor would call back my back end been with company for years will now be writing and calling The Ombudsman my account will be closed for good never ever again

I would love to give no stars at all, but it is impossible. Customer Service is trained to gine you standard answers but NO solutions. Whatever you ask the answer is 'Please allow more time'. The company does not deliver it time and refuse to cancel delayed order, even it has not beend even processed after three weeks. Orde was placed on the 18th of September and proceed on the 12th of October, when the delivery was two weeks.Since I started asking for cancellation on the 7th of October it has been a week of 'please allow more time'. Then I managed to cancel my order with the delivery company and now Studio.co.uk has no idea when they will refund me. They have no complaint policy, did not allow me to fill in complaint. Did not specify when the order will be actually cancelled. Can't tell me a timeline when the refund wil be processed e.t. DO NOT USE you can't rely on this retailer to do what they say they will.

Studio is a scam. Ordered a picture frame from their website, like nearly a month ago and I'm still waiting for it. No customer service number, no way to contact them. My money was stolen!

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS GANGSTER COMPANY. I placed an order online for a wardrobe and a dressing table. 2 weeks on, and I have had no correspondence from the company and nothing to say the order is even being processed, I'm not sure if the order will be delivered or not. I have tried to contact customer service which is difficult in itself. Eventually I got through to a web chat and I asked to cancel the order. They have refused to cancel the order as they state that they are allowed 21 days to get the item to me. 21 days for an item to be delivered is totally unacceptable. I asked to be transferred to a manager but was told that they couldn't transfer me. This company will not cancel your order or issue you with a refund. Please be aware when you place an order with this shabby company.

I was told to wait 14 days for my order, 21 days there was no delivery so I contacted the webchat. They had no ETA for my delivery and just told me to "wait longer." Another week later I complained again and they had the same response. When I complained a third time and asked them to cancel the order they said they couldn't and wouldn't put me through to a complaints team. To this day I still don't have the order and whenever I complain I am just told "wait."

Order placed money taken no notification from studio as item out of stock . This was 12 sept . No way of contacting customer service only via BOT . Emails , messenger , ect sent .same reply your order is being processed . Can’t get refund same generated reply . I’ve posted on trust pilot and guess what same response . Still No refund . Latest says will try to cancel my order then see about refund which I’ve been asking for since ordering item and as soon as money taken showing as out of stock . why do you need to try to cancel my order when it’s been out of stock since .ordering on 12 sept . Why take my money for goods you haven’t got Please do not order. Look at the reviews. Not the first page of fake reviews

They have now blocked you from speaking to a human unless of course you are placing an order!! I am at boiling point!! They have sneakily blocked you returning items if the products comes direct from another supplier so you now have to pay to return something even when it's wrong!! I have been a customer for 20 years and the service is non existent so that's it!! I will not be ordering from them again and I will find another company that actually values it's customers! I do not wish to do every via email so that they can make more of profit for very little input!! Finished!

I returned a parcel with proof of return and Evri website says delivered to studio on 5th September it’s now 3rd October and no refund. Emails useless I’ve sent multiple and get same reply send proof of postage again !! And we are checking warehouse and will get back to you . Spoke to someone verbally last week Julia who said she could see the problem and would sort it out within 7 days nothing. Now they have closed the phone line can only email !! Web chat just useless asked for a manager NONE available surprise surprise. Now I owe £236 for goods I don’t have !! I’ve been a customer for years but never returned before now I will never buy again off them worst customer service ever

Worst catalogue company ever! I signed up to studio, ordered a very expensive item and was told it would take 15 days to arrive. 15 days later still no delivery so I signed into my account only to see my item was suddenly Out of stock! Tried to contact them but that was extremely frustrating and a complete waste of time due to lack of customer service skills and lack of intelligence. I went to another catalogue and got the exact same item from them instead and received it the next day. My advice is don't bother with this cowboy company. I hope they go bankrupt!

Would have put 0 but it will not let me.I have had studio for years but since last year have not been able to access my account on line have reported problems numerous times and got nowhere, only to find now if you wish to make a payment don't try to ring off landline because it will not connect you have too use mobile phone. But craftly it does not state this on statements so they start putting charges on your account. Best thing to do is contact financial ombudsman as this is appalling. Puts peoples credit rating at risk last month it was the same problem after problem but now it's even worse. Fuming.

Terrible and unprofessional experience with STUDIO. Order of over £400 on STUDIO PAY not received, been trying to contact them over 4 months to get to the bottom of this and all I get is ‘Please carry on with your payments and we will be in touch with you within 30 days’ and its been almost 5 months I’ve been waiting, the bill keeps going up but I will not be paying for something I haven’t received. The customer service is useless and they don’t want to help over the phone. Never buying from them again.

I ordered 2 mattress toppers on 4th August and returned them on the 8th August as they were to big. I arranged returns through Studio and the courier did not take photos and left me with a blank sorry I missed you card HE PICKED THEM UP so he must have got them. I have tried ever phone number to contact them always cut off or told “go on line and it will be solved NO IT WONT I had not paid for the mattress toppers so they would be put on my account…… so my account should be nil NO it states I owe £45 how? as BOTH were returned, and if I had to pay anything it would be double the said amount as I ordered and received 2. No amount of trying to contact them I am blue in the face this is DIABOLICAL COMPANY if you are thinking of ordering DONT. You will never get any satisfaction if you need to return am item. It seems they only want your money. There is no phone number for their head office so you can’t talk to them , must be the same idiots as there customer service team , they can’t put you through to another department(it must be above their ability as they all seem like robots reading from a script. and most of them speak rather bad English. I could go on for hours about them but I won’t bore you with anymore details. JUST DON’T USE THE ROTTEN COMPANY IF you want to send a purchase back. My advice is DO NOT BUY FROM STUDIO

I ordered a plastic Keter shed back in July. Shed never got delivered. I only found out by tracking my order via Arrows website that the shed had not been delivered due to damage. At no point have Studio informed me of this fact, and that it would not be delivered. Fast forward 3 months and I've only just received a credit back onto my account. Whats really amazing is that Studio has been charging me monthly payments for the undelivered item and I have also been charged a late fee for the pleasure. I've contacted several times though the awful webchat (really, no telephone number?!) and been told this issue would be resolved. I've now been palmed off to studio credit to try and get the charges reversed. I've probably wasted 5 /6 hours trying to get this sorted, all for an item that wasn't delivered. Shambles, avoid!
