Can’t search by size so it takes hours to find something. Not efficient

Never sell through Vestiare Collective with an authenication request from the buyer that requires you to send your product to France. Things get ‘lost’ there quite often; packaging open, product gone. VC provides the shipping labels and thus payment to the carrier and is thus responsible for loss, but they send automated emails and don't reply. Don't do it: rogue mentality there. It cost my €550.

Not recommended it ! Beware of this company ! When I bought shoes from professional seller it says I have 2 weeks to return it. Now the customer service says I have no rights to do it. Shoes are 800€ and they put misleading information to take the money from me. Each EU customer have right to return item bought it online. Make sure to report it to EU commission If something like that happens to you and never buy anything from this website because you have no rights !

Great concept of trying to be more eco-friendly by letting people re-sell their items but comes with a massive hole. I bought an item and bought it on good faith from the seller via Vestiaire based on the pictures and descriptions. What I received was not what was described. There were disclosures about the state of the bag and it was described as very good. Sadly this was not the case when I received the bag with worn out leather, frayed ends and all round the bag wasn't in great condition. I contacted Vestiaire to try and resolve this and I was shut down in 5 mins and told 1. They couldn't do anything about it 2. That I could not speak to someone more senior. The only solution they could offer me was to re-list the bag for no selling fee. Not what was expected considering this was my first purchase from them. I won't be purchasing using Vestiaire again and would urge you to double/triple check the pictures and items to see what you're actually getting. I have had to contact my credit card company to try and resolve the matter meanwhile I am hundreds of £ out of pocket.

DON'T BUY HERE. Recently, I ordered a Gucci bag through Vestiaire, but upon receipt, it was immediately apparent that it was fake. Despite paying extra for an 'additional check', I received a report stating there were further flaws, but I believed I could fix them myself. Once received, it was glaringly obvious that it was a fake bag. I noticed it right away, as did everyone around me. Even the brand inside the zipper was unfamiliar to me. The leather is fake, with loose seams and other shortcomings. I contacted Vestiaire immediately, and they sent me a return label. After a second check, they again claim the bag is genuine and intend to resell it under my name. I would then be responsible for all additional costs. This is truly unbelievable. You wouldn't expect this from such a well-known website. I've also asked friends, and they've had similar experiences. So, be extremely cautious because once you've placed an order, you've lost your money.

Account suspended immediately after signing up? I downloaded the app from Google Play store, I created a new account using my phone number and email address. As soon as I entered the SMS code to verify my account, the application logged me out and said "Account Suspended" This is the first time I have ever tried to use this website and have no idea why my account was immediately suspended. I did not even have a chance to log-in - as soon as I pressed "Verify SMS code" it suspended my account. I emailed customer service but still no reply.. Is this even a real website? Was anyone able to actually create an account?

Very positive seller and the item are according as the description on the website, thumbs up for seller and Vestiaire personal handling with very well packed and I received in good shape! Will give a star to Vestiaire and will back to shop again soon!!

They don’t pay you for the items that you sell via direct shipping, and customer service leaves you on read. Avoid at all cost.

They have very shady refunds processes. I had two recent experiences that was eligible for a full refund, both of them was delayed as they were not transferred to the relevant team even after it was confirmed by the support team. They "sit" on your refund after as long as possible, what's the end goal here? I used a discount code for £25, which brought to total down to £104 for two items and I was refunded only £34.5 for an item that cost £55 with the shipment pre-discount. They refuse to explain why they chose to apply £20 discount to the lower cost (refunded item) and they closed off the thread.

Without reason suspend my account there’s a no customer service not any explanation. I read the all review and now I understand clearly why. Thanks god for saving me from the scammers app.

The seller sold me a pair of what was listed to be in good condition i walked to the car and the sole started to deteriorate I reached out to Vestiaire Collective and the wouldn’t address the issue due to the 72 hour policy.

Never received my handbag and could never speak with a live person. The site had about 10 of the same CHLOE bags they claimed to have sold. My CC refunded my money and I will never purchase another item from them again. I loved Tradesy I do not like Vestiaire Collective.

Totally incredible, a buyer noticed that the app has a problem and the dress she purchased went to an old address she thought she had deleted, she lives in Paris but the dress should go to Vestiaire and then they would send it to the US, no good to her as she needs it within 10 days for a wedding. We both contacted their "support" and both were brushed off, apparently the only way to stop her losing money and having the dress on another continent was to cancel from my side, which I did as I didn't want her to spend money on something and then not having the item in time. She this time triple checked that the address was right and bought again, this time with direct shipping. The customer support didn't want to help out, didn't want to reroute to Paris instead of the US, despite her offering to pay extra (remember the dress would have gone to Vestiaire first, so it really should be doable) instead they then banned her from chat (luckily the shipping was with FedEx where the buyer's number is visible, I sent her a text that it is on the way). I got "dinged" because I cancelled an order, despite it was the decent thing to do, customer service that VC seems incapable of. To say I am less than impressed with them is an understatement. Another thing I am absolutely not impressed with is their "verification service", I cancelled a few times because they claimed there were issues, despite that I couldn't see the issues in the pictures, always was charged the verification fee, so a month ago I took the plunge (a seller from Italy I had bought from before, Italy to the UK you can't for some reason have direct shipment) the item was flawless, the pull they claimed was a crease from the item being folded. I do believe they reject items randomly with made up BS, because with the massive law suit that is coming (their experts are everything but experts) so they can argue in court "But we reject X percent of the items we check...." I always make sure I pay with a credit card, if I receive a fake (because they frequently let fakes through and reject genuine items) I take it up with my credit card company. Never pay them from your checking account or with a debit card, you have more protection with a Credit Card, it will take months to get your money back, but their "we relist it for you scam" nope, don't fall for it.

So I ordered glasses that supposedly were “good” condition, it took the seller 6-7 days to ship them out. Told the seller on the first day im going out of country and can he ship it faster… went to chat help and told them to cancel it 2 time even before it was sent out to me that im out on this and this day, cant receive anything then they said its alright when you get the package you have 72hr to fail a complaint… so when i got the package when i came back from post office opened it, item was in so bad condition barely the color it was listed. As i went for file complain 1-2hr after recived it. I was told i received the package 6 days prior, even when it was sitting in post office for 6 days… Basically this website is full of liers and scammers and the support and owner of it are as well!

Fake Gucci Jackie Vestiaire sold me a fake gucci jackie (plastic) and when confronted with it they gaslight me saying that the bag is original so no refund is allowed and they will put the bag for sell on my account and then they will pay me (minus their commission). The bag was not cheap and now i don't have the bag ( not that i want it ) neither the money. unless they refund me i'm taking legal action. I'm already checking lawyers in Paris so if anybody wants to join to do a mutual process against vestiaire you are more than welcome.
