WORST customer service!! They take days/ weeks to reply, sometimes worse, no reply at all. And professional seller partners ignore emails too!! The site has so many bugs (technically). WORST selling platform!!

As usual their "experts" from quality control are not able to read or they do not bother to read, if you mention that a vintage item was professionally refurbished and the alterations are invisible when worn, they then reject it for said alterations. This is beyond a joke. Do they pay so little that they can't afford people who are able to read?

As a seller, I got my sale cancelled by the quality team and when I tried to understand what happened the customer service team had to escalate it as they didn't understand it neither (all the info was in a description the quality team didn't check at all). Customer service team takes ages to answer and their answers are never accurate or helpful, they pass the ball from one person to the other and can take weeks for one issue to be sorted. You get constantly banned from the chat as they use a robot to capture words as simple as 'my details' without reading the context. Considering their fees are that high would be expected a better service for sellers. I cannot give my opinion as a buyer.

I really used to love Vestiaire.. Until last night. I recieved a bag which I paid 1700 euro + 45 euro for Vestiaire checking that the bag was as listing which I would assume is the same as controlling that whats in the listing comes with the bag. Vestiaire failed to do so. The original box and the card/certificate of the bag was missing. Why do I pay 45 euro for shipping and controlling the item? I got back to Vestiaire asking to get a refund for the shipping since some things were missing or to send me what was missing.. (one reason for buying this bag was that original box and certificate was included) They offered me a refund for the bag if I sent it back to them. The thing is im happy with the bag, but I would like the box and certificate or refund.. Im sure a well managed company would offer refund or to send me all the things in the listing especially since Ive paid 45 euro for them making the control.. Im very disappointed with Vestiaire.. Also the 1700 euro bag was really badly packed. It was scrambling around in the box it was sent in without extra packing.. Everyone makes mistakes thats fine but if you are a serious company youll try to resolve it easy and fast and you would have 5 stars instad of 1! Shame on you Vestiaire!

This is the worst company. Why are they still in business? I was a seller who was harassed by them because they wanted to control my pricing. I left and posted my experience here. They replied that they would contact me to discuss the issue. I never heard from them. Do not hold your breath if you think they care enough to follow up. They don’t. I bet it's a bot auto replying to our complaints. As long as people keep shopping on their site and they are turning a profit, they will never change.

I would rate it ZERO stars if I could. Absolute worst customer service of any platform I’ve ever dealt with. Lack of follow up & inaccurate records. Very frustrating 4 months with this disastrous site.

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG I purchased a bag which was physically reviewed by an expert. The bag is materially different from the description measurements. The description is for a bag which is 40cm wide and I confirmed this before purchasing. The arrived and is 30cm instead. 1- There is no point in paying to have an item physically checked if the check misses something as simple as the measurements. 2. There is no customer service on orders once received. Although I immediately reported this to VC. Their customer service is not on call 24hrs as stated. the only way to communicate is a chat which is not monitored. There has been no reply from the char or email. This is the second item I purchase and have a number of items listed. This is my first time using their Customer Service and I have to say I will not deal with this company again, unless I get this resolved in the next 24hrs.

I purchased a handbag from Vestiaire Collective, spending $1.6K and received an empty box. I contacted them immediately while still standing at the FedEx location where I picked up my order. They had me send photos of the box, photos of my ID, a handwritten statement of what happened, and all they did with that is call FedEx to start an investigation. Fedex found nothing wrong with their shipment and then Vestiaire replied back to me after a week and a half of waiting to say "I'm so sorry for the disappointment and inconvenience this has caused." and then suggested I contact FedEx myself in the hopes that they reopen the investigation while not offering a refund or any recourse whatsoever. Basically saying too bad, we are taking your money and you don't get a bag…. I did contact FedEx and they said exactly what anyone would expect and were completely reasonable in saying "we found nothing unusual or incorrect in our service and the box wasn't damaged or opened so we can't be of much help". Throughout my entire chain of emails and chat history with Vestiaire I repeatedly asked them why the shipment of the bag from the seller to their authentication location was a different weight as shown in the tracking than the shipment of the bag from the VC authentication location to me. They never acknowledged this question, and I asked it several times. How does a package weight drop to almost nothing? But alas, much easier for Vestiaire Collective to blame Fedex than investigate their own operations. Also, in order to get in contact with Vestiaire Collective customer care agent, you have to navigate your way through a chat bot to determine what you are contacting them about before they connect you with a live agent…and one of the options you can select is "received an empty box"…. So I am definitely one of many people with this issue if they have that as a common customer inquiry option listed in their chat! So I paid $1.6K and am left with an empty box, 25+ useless emails and zero trust for Vestiaire Collective. The worst customer service I have ever received online shopping. Ever. This is a fraudulent operation. The last email I received from them said "we are working hard to resolve this issue".....after almost 4 weeks? What could they be doing? Organizing search parties for my bag? I think not.

As previously mentioned, I sent a dress to a buyer, direct shipping, sending with Evri, the parcel got relabeled by Evri and they must have mixed up the parcels, as the buyer received a Burberry bag (much more expensive than the dress I sold) and the bag was "returned" to me, the problem is it is not my bag, I sent a DRESS, it is obviously a high end bag and belongs to somebody who definitely will be missing it. VC told me to contact them, I did, however they didn't reply. My experiences with Evri were far from stellar, items lost, items damaged, waiting for weeks and months until VC finally did something, I was begging them to let me send with another company, they told me they would make a note, yet they kept on issuing the Evri label.... In the meantime I sold another dress, as usual sent it ASAP (same day) and you guessed it, the parcel does not track, nada, we are "expecting it" sent on the 13th, today is the 16th, I send them a mail, send them pictures of the receipt from the parcel shop, a picture that it was securely packaged in a cardboard box, a picture of my driving license.... They claim they do not have my driving license. I have sent my driving license now 4 times, via email, despite that they have it on file on my account, despite the fact that sending via an email that can be intercepted easily is a massive risk (yes, they do take GDPR seriously - NOT) apparently they do not have my ID. I checked my sent mails, it was attached, each and every time. I am wondering, is this some scam so they do not have to talk to Evri regarding my parcel (the one they claim they are expecting despite me sending it last Monday) are they going to wait until they can cancel and think it will be forgotten? This time it is a Zimmermann dress.... There is also somebody missing a high end Burberry bag that was "returned" to me, in their generic copy and paste reply here they asked me to contact them to sort it out, which I did and they simply didn't reply and ignore it, oh high quality customer service. The bag is beautiful, stunning and pristine, I just feel bad about keeping an item that does not belong to me and feel for the person who possibly has the same problems I am facing - Vestiaire not reacting! Other companies use Evri too, for example eBay or Vinted, there is the occasional mishap, but with Vestiaire it happens with such regularity, it is shocking, or maybe not, because on the label there is a big sign "Vestiaire Collective" announcing to every thief that this is an item worth stealing as it can easily be sold on!

I ordered a Balenciaga Hourglass Bag last December 12,2022. During the quality control assessment the bag has flaws that the seller didn’t disclose and I was contacted about it so I cancelled my order. I was told the order was cancelled and refund should be going back to my card. I wasn’t checking my account until January 20, 2023 and noticed that Vestiaire Collective has been taken money out of my credit card for total of $1280.00. I contacted the chat support and wasn’t helpful as they response once a day or 3 days after! They asked me to send my statement and I did and after a month long of dealing with them everyday until now February 15, 2023 no refund has been returned! Now they’re asking me again for my statement! What??? You gotta be kidding me! I hate this platform and I am here spreading awareness about it. PLEASE GO TO FASHIONPHILE AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE PERIOD!

This company is a joke and would be run better by an average zoo animal. I ordered an item and was prompted to select shipping to a package pick-up point, not my personal address. The list of pick up shops was pre-populated and included a misspelled name of a (very big and well known) city. I chose it because it was the only option I had. Next thing I know package could not be delivered and was sent back. VC refused to reimburse me, also refused to correct the spelling mistake but instead proceeded to RESHIP the package THREE TIMES (while claiming to have sustainability as their core value LOL). The package keeps being returned and I cannot get them to fix the issue. They also refuse to give me my money back. SHAMELESS, INCAPABLE AND HUNGRY FOR MONEY is what they are. Stay away at all costs.

The worst online shopping experience. I buy a lot of vintage designer. It is usually very easy. Every Vestiarie purchase is a nightmare. Authenticated items are very often fake. Their experts have no idea. Customer service is none existant. You cant talk to anyone. Standard "we will get back to you" emails. 50+ chat messages, email complaints, instagram complaints, facebook complaints and 3 weeks later " we will get back to you" Appalling customer service. They handpick who they sell collectible or valuable items to. They use unreliable couriers. I could go on and on. Avoid this company. Dishonest, untrustworthy, fake items. The worst. Need to be closed down.

Dreadful company. Their customer service is a useless joke, slow, unhelpful in the extreme. They insist on using Evri for shipping items under £200, and Evri are even worse. I'm losing 5-10% of my items in transit, no tracking info, and VC will not pay for them, it's costing me hundreds of pounds. Terrible company, avoid if you can.
