I ordered 2 children's toys that cost $101.20. They were due 12/28. Was sent 2-$12.00 cheap toy substitutes with no explanation in early december. The original games were never sent, and after a phone call where I asked WalMart Customer Service twice if I had to send the cheap toys back they told me no I did not have to. I was now getting emails from Prinicity who told me they "were sorry the item did not come out as expected". As if I got the correct item in the first place. Then they told me if I returned my items I would get the same item sent out as they first sent me. I don't want a repeat of the order I was sent. After a month and a half I am now waiting to see who calls me back from Prinicity!! NEVER do business with these people.

WalMart Pickup is TERRIBLE!!!! I don't have a car right now so I placed an order and the website said 95% of the order they didn't have the items ... My neighbor took me to the very same WalMart the very same day and I found all but one item!!!!! How does the web site figure out what the store is out of? It obviously does NOT work!!!!! And if it is a person - can we say LAZY?!?!?!?! BAD EXPERIENCE WITH ORDERING WALMART PICKUP!!!!!

Wal-Mart Store 360 Harbison Blvd Columbia, SC 29212 - I am not sure what has happened at this store, but their service has improved 110%. I have noticed that this store looks much cleaner and more organized inside. The grocery pick-up has improved 100%. I honestly think it's because of the new store assistant manager, Kaveen (I glanced at his name tag/can't remember the correct spelling). I began noticing these changes once he arrived at this store. This guy actually goes above and beyond what I am sure he has been asked to do. He speaks to customers inside the store and assures that when you use the grocery pick-up that you have everything that you ordered. I watched him load up 4 different cars at one time...in the freezing cold and he was very pleasant while doing it. He is very respectful and kind. I think this guy is doing GREAT things at this Wal-Mart. There is so much more that I could write about the changes that I have seen, but I'll leave it at this for now. Kaveen is awesome and you should be proud to have him working at your store. Clearly, 5 stars is not enough for the changes I have seen in this store since the Assistant Manager, Kaveen arrived.

I have no problem with Walmart. I have a problem with the Walmart protection plan extended warranty from Square Trade purchase option for electronics. If you purchase the 3 year or 4 year extended warranty from Square Trade, you will probably, like I did, end up not only losing money, but losing your device, as well. I bought the protection plan for a PSVR bundle. A little over a year later, one of the plastic lenses fell out of the headset. I probably could have glued it back on myself, but I had the Square Trade insurance (they're an Allstate company), and I thought it would be better to file a claim on it. I thought that a "professional" would be able to repair it better than I could, or they would replace or refund the headset. The saga of headaches I went through with them (long, long, long story short) left me minus, not just the headset, but the entire PSVR bundle. Instead of refunding my money, they sent me a Walmart gift card for the original price I paid over a year ago. Now, I will have to purchase a new bundle altogether which, a year later from the original purchase, costs one-hundred and seventy-two (or more!) dollars than the amount refunded. Now, I have no PSVR, and I don't even have enough money to buy another one! I do, however, have two-hundred and ninety-ninety-nine dollars to spend at Walmart on clothes, hard-ware, groceries, etc., but those are not what I purchase the extended warranty for. Point of this story? Don't waste the extra money for the extended warranty from Square Trade on electronics. If it breaks, just order the parts you need from the manufacturer, and repair it yourself. If you can't repair it yourself, just go ahead and buy a new one; because if you try to depend on Square Trade to repair or replace it, you're probably going to end up - - two or three months, and multiple headaches later - - having to buy a new one anyway (and probably for a higher price!).

RATING = 1 HAVE MADE 8-10 CALLS TO THE 800 CUSTOMER SERVICE REGARDING THE FAILURE OF MANY/MOST OF THE EMPLOYEES TO WEAR A MASK FOR COVID, AND TO WEAR IT PROPERLY. THE LATEST INCIDENT INVOLVED A STORE EMPLOYEE IN THE AUTO SECTION: HIS PICTURE IN THE AUTO DEPT. IDENTIFIED HIM AS "C. J". - A SUPERVISOR IN THAT DEPT. RECENTLY (JAN. 9 OR 10) HE WAS CHECKING OUT CUSTOMERS AT THE REGISTER IN THE AUTO DEPT. THIS MAY HAVE BEEN AROUND 11-12 (NOON). HE WAS WEARING HIS MASK ONLY OVER HIS MOUTH NOBODY WANTS TO BE IN ICU ON A VENTILATOR. THIS STORE IS NEITHER A PLEASANT NOR SAFE PLACE TO SHOP.

Now that every aspect of our lives has become political including the stores where we shop, I have decided to choose the stores where I shop based on their political leanings. NEW YORK/WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Walmart Inc , the world's biggest retailer, joined other major companies in indefinitely suspending donations to U.S. lawmakers who voted against President-elect Joe Biden's election certification. The Arkansas-based company said on Tuesday that in light of last week's attack on the U.S. Capitol, its "political action committee is indefinitely suspending contributions to those members of Congress who voted against the lawful certification of state electoral college votes." These are knee-jerk reactions that are clearly targeting one political party. I don’t recall them targeting the democrats when they called for violence against republicans. This past year I spent close to $7,000 at Walmart, not as much as I normally spend. That’s the last money Walmart will ever get from me. They have benefited greatly from the lock down on smaller businesses during this pandemic. I will spend my money in the future on small, locally owned businesses who don’t play politics. I hope others will do the same.

In the past year, Walmart Plus has managed to deliver my groceries on the first try exactly TWICE. I've ordered about ten times in total. This is what usually happens: 1. The driver never delivers or delivers the wrong groceries. This last time, the driver delivered a box of dog biscuits that were so large, I immediately knew he not only screwed up my apartment number, but also my ENTIRE COMPLEX ADDRESS. No one in my complex is allowed to keep large dogs, and the pet limit is 2. The community is close knit & very pet friendly (we will walk each other's dogs, for example), so we would DEFINITELY notice if someone broke this rule. Also, of course, the driver drops the bags. Don't order eggs or bread. Nothing fragile like that. 2. Walmart support "reassures" me that they will call me back to follow up. 3. Meanwhile, I have no food that day. 4. I have no food the next day. And no phone call. 5. No food this day, either. No phone call, either. 6. I call the local store to talk to a rude store manager who informs me that I can do a pickup, but if I don't want to do that, they will refund me "when they get around to it." The one time we allowed this wait to happen, we were left waiting for a solid two months only to find out the manager still hadn't even started the refund. Now, we keep calling back until we get an employee that's sympathetic enough to set up a new delivery time. 7. This process repeats almost every time we place an order. We have been informed that the following is true for ALL STORES: - If you check contactless delivery, Walmart is alieved of any responsibility for the delivery. It is up to their sole discretion whether or not they will refund the purchase. This includes cases in which Walmart's drivers mess up and don't deliver or deliver the wrong groceries. Read the fine print. Don't do contactless delivery. Require your signature as proof it was delivered. - If they mess up your delivery, they cannot reschedule until the next day - if you're lucky. Period. - They have no time frame set for refunds being received. They can keep you waiting for them to refund your purchase as long as they want to. It's all left up to the store manager. As far as I can tell, the store managers hate this service and actively sabotage it. Since they're sabotaging it, I'm guessing there are no incentives in it for them. Typical corporate BS. At least Amazon gets their customer service and deliveries right, though....

Based on their website that said they had 7 Revlon Christmas hair dryer brushes left on sale for 1/2 price but you could only get at the store in Clayton NC, I drove there and was told when I could not find them “oh the website is always a couple of days behind”. Too bad. Contacted Walmart via a chat and was told the same thing. They do not care that you just drove out of your way 25 minutes to go to a Walmart you normally do not go to because they post a LIE!

I purchased a set of cork backed placemats from the Walmart Marketplace. The placemats started to split after using them for several weeks. When I went to return them to the store, I was told that they had a 30 day return limit which had passed by 13 days. The employee said to call the Walmart customer service for assistance. The two customer service agents that I spoke with (Andrew and someone else) informed me that Walmart does not stand behind the products they sell, but that they would contact the Marketplace seller for return. Andrew then said he would contact the Marketplace seller, but ended up connecting me with the Marketplace Seller where I could only leave a message. This is a very deceitful practice by Walmart to sell something on their website and not display with the item the information that the return policy was different than Walmart's 90 day policy, This information is only visible if you click on the tab adjacent to the picture of the item and not a requirement for the purchase process. Regardless, this product should last longer than 30 days and if defective should be returnable to Walmart. The cop out that Walmart is not selling the product is ridiculous since Walmart is making money through advertising and should stand behind the product they are selling on their website.

Please keep an eye on your account if you decide to buy on walmart. com. I made a purchase for $44.16 on 12/31/20. One of the item was refunded for $ 16. 18 and was left with $ 27.96. Walmart not only charged my account $44.14 I was charged another $33.42 plus another $10.66. So they charged my account almost $100 for $27.96 . When I called customer service. The man that I spoke to try convincing me into believing that my account was charged th right amount amount of money. After, a long argument he then admitted that I was right. He apologized and said he was going to care of everything. He said they were going to send me a notification email and then the money will be posted on my account within 3 to 5 business days. Guess wha? They only send me a notification for the $10.66 . So, I contacted my bank to file a dispute. I will never order anything from them again.

My name is William Lipps and this email is in reference to my experience with order number 6212XXX-XXXXXX. I will start by saying that I hope this is actually read by Mr. McMillon so that maybe someone from Walmart can put themselves in my shoes to understand how pathetic this buying experience has been. I have NEVER been treated so poorly as a customer and never spoken to so many supervisors/managers that showed ZERO empathy or responsibility. Over TEN supervisors or managers and NOBODY, I repeat NOBODY has been able to come up with a resolution to the problem. If this does not get resolved I will be sure to contact the BBB, write reviews on all social media platforms, and may even contact the local news as I am sure others would like to see how awful this experience has been. As I am sure you know, Playstation 5's are not readily available to purchase and are near impossible to get when they come in stock. After trying with multiple companies and multiple times with Wal-Mart, we were finally able to purchase one online on 12/15/2020. While yes this sounds great, the rest has been nothing short of atrocious. Below is the issue at hand... 1. Order placed on 12/15/2020 and advised it would arrive by end of day Fri, Jan 8th. 2. Order was shipped from Groveport, OH, only two hours away from my home address, to AZ and then to the Walmart warehouse in Waco,TX. This made no sense. 3. I called Wal-Mart on 12/22 and said that something did not seem right with the order being shipped all the way across the US. I was informed not to worry and that it was part of the shipping process. I have worked in returns at Amazon and also worked in logistics, I knew that was not the truth but the customer service agent insisted it was ok. 4. On 12/23 the order showed delivered in Waco,TX even though I was told the day before by the Walmart customer service representative that it would be shipped back to my home address which they verified with myself and FedEx multiple, multiple times. Walmart informed me that they realized there was a mistake and that FedEx was going back to get the packages that were mis-shipped in order to get them to the correct locations. 6. On 12/24 after noticing the above mentioned mistake, I contacted Walmart immediately. I was informed again, even after it showed delivered, that it would be sent to my home address. 7. I called FedEx to confirm and they agreed, as well as the Walmart agent, that the item would still get delivered and to wait 72 hours. 8. At this point a customer service agent by the name of Oscar decided he was going to cancel the order without even asking if we wanted him to do so. He then told me that IF/WHEN I get the item to call back and he would charge the card again. SOMEONE should have called the warehouse before 12/23 when I mentioned the issue and definitely should have called on 12/24 when the order showed delivered and it wasn't correct. 9. I waited over the 72 hours and called back to speak with customer service and this is when things went absolutely south. I was now told that the item was returned and there was nothing they could do and since there is none in stock, they can't even preorder one and ship it when stock comes in. I have spent over 14 hours this past week alone on the phone trying to get this situation handled and again NOBODY has seemed to help. One representative offered me a $25 coupon if I spent $45 or more. Is that really how you want them to handle these types of situations? Now to the reason why this is such a big deal to me and I hope you can have enough heart to understand and to make this right. This was my son's ONLY Christmas gift and now I have to tell him he isn't getting anything. Since the package was originally going to show up late, I wrapped the receipt in a box for him to open on Christmas day. I even bought him NBA 2K21 and a headset for the Playstation 5. What good are those now? How would you handle that Mr. McMillon? Please tell me how that is right in any sort of way? Do you want to make the phone call to tell him? I even asked them to just send me one when the next shipment comes in so that I don't have to try and play the game of getting one. It was already almost impossible to get this one. Surprise, surprise, I was told no to that as well and basically sent on my way like nothing ever happened. If this does not get resolved, I will take this to the next level. I will contact every media station I know to get this story out, I will post on every social media site, I will write every review I possibly can, and I will NEVER, I repeat NEVER, shop at Walmart again. This has been the WORST customer experience I have EVER had with ANY retailer. You should be ashamed of your company for acting in this manner Mr. McMillon.

COULD THE GREETER AND STAFF STANDING AT CHECK OUT HAVE THE LOW COST PAPER MASKS TO GIVE TO THOSE THAT COME IN WITHOUT A MASK? ALSO WALMART NEEDS PROMINENT BIG SIGN REQUIRING MASKS AT THE ENTRANCES. PLEASE DO NOT LET IN PEOPLE WITHOUT MASKS AND HAVE SOME PAPER ONES AVAILABLE TO GIVE OUT!!! TOO MANY OF US ARE DYING BECAUSE SOME DON'T FOLLOW RULES OR DON'T WANT TO BUY MASKS.

Even though Walmart.com took the money from my account for a Christmas gift on 11/12/2020 wrapped it and put it under the tree. Christmas Day my boyfriend said that is not want he wanted it cost 415.00 he took it to Walmart and they stated that this product came from their third party and we have to call Walmart customer service. So we called the customer service which is not in the United States they stated that they could not help me they would contact the third party and they would email me. So I got an email stating from the third party Unlimited Works stating past the 30 days return policy and that was it I emailed back stated it was a Christmas gift and has not been out of the box heard nothing back. My boyfriend also stated I was over charged so he called Walmart again they stated that their third party can charge what they wanted so I got on the phone and ask to speak to someone in the states and they stated they did not know a number nothing against the them but Walmart should not be able to give your personal information out. So your return policy stinks.

Third party sellers price gauging or selling used items from China mostly. Store won't return items bought online. Never recieved some items. Photo center online is horrible and don't match what you order online. Shipping estimates are totally off. Poor customer service via phone. Not worth it.

I visited the Grassfield Store in Chesapeake,Va last night and it was ridiculous! This has always been my favorite store until yesterday!! The store was in a disarray! I walked in and there was a thin black girl playing on one of the mobile carts, driving between the displays and the register yelling to another guy standing in the isle, who was laughing & texting on his phone. Got to the mens department and there were clothes thrown everywhere - looked around and the entire store had items strewed all over the entire store!! These are slip hazards, so we told an employee that was in the clothing department and while stepping over clothes she says "yep" and walks away!! We went to the service desk to turn in a pricing device we found in the center isle on the floor & tell her about all the clothes and the stealing going on - the store "manager" laughed (a young girl) & said in a -I don't care attitude - "yeah it belongs to the electronic department" nothing was even said about the stealing or the mess. We witnessed a lady stealing (she had a HUGE purse - stuffing things in it) , we witnessed staff playing in the store, multiple employees staring on their phones, sarcastic employees, fall hazards, displaced electronic pricing item - what happened to this store?????

I’d like Walmart to stick to selling the junk made in China and stay out of giving opinions about US politics. Calling Senator Josh Hawley, who by the way is the only Senator with any courage to stand for fraud free elections, a sore loser is way wrong. Keep your stupid opinions to yourself and stick to being a grocery store/China junk outlet! I will be shopping elsewhere from now on.

Walmart allows third party vendors to sell on their site. Walmart does not assist you once you are ripped off by these vendors. They tell you you ordered from that vendor so you have to work with them if you didn't receive the correct Item. This is ridiculous. If Walmart accepts your money on the vendors behalf, Walmart should be ready to refund you your money once the vendor cheats you by sending you something you didn't order. Walmart should be held responsible once one of their third party vendors cheat you, steal from you and rip you off. Walmart Customer service agents are also rude and hang up on you, since the product was not "sold by them". They are trying to be like Amazon but they are doing a horrible job at it.
