If I could give a minus score I would. Want to start ordering by pick up because all stores are now self check out. Dont ever try to order by pick up. I've been trying to schedule a pick up order for 3 days, even attempting to set a date 4 days out. Even tried to schedule different stores. Keep getting "site temporarily not available ". And they want to compete with amazon. What a joke.

Ordered from their online dept. I ordered some sword toothpicks because its hard to find the brand we like in stores.. Not only did I not get the brand I ordered but they shorted me 1 pack. DO NOT BUY ONLINE!!!!

Order: 4022180-500129 I ordered this on 5/11, it was to arrive on 5/28. I went online today to check if it was still on time and am told to go to Pilot Air Freight and check order 122040186. Pilot Air Freight tells me that is not even a proper tracking number...yet here it is in my email as the tracking number. They look further and find that there is nothing in their system for my address. I then call Walmart (1-800-925-6278), this is where the real fun begins. After navigating their automated system to get to an actual person, the person tells me the shipper picked it up and I am to call them. I explained in detail that I had in fact called the shipper first and they have nothing and the tracking number is not even a number they use! I asked to speak to a manager and one was not available but would call me back in 30mins to 1hour. 3 hours later no call back! I call Walmart back. I gave the girl my order number and she says..."i am sorry our system is slow" and something else I could not make out. I wait for a few seconds and hear nothing and say hello a couple times and then get a disconnect. I call back for THE THIRD TIME and this time the person tells me the shipper never got the item, Walmart shows it was processed but yet have no shipper info...THEN HOW AND WHY did Walmart send me 122040186?! When was Walmart going to tell me my order was never going to arrive? They then said I could wait till the 15th and I could get another. Ya no. I was told earlier in the call to wait for it a little longer to arrive, yet then later in the call told it was never shipped! So Walmart, that is the new business model? Take people's money and give them nothing...sounds lucrative. I told my kids about this playset, we talked and talked all about it and made plans. You have DESTROYED our plans and my children's happiness. Sam Walton would turn in his grave if he knew what Walmart has become. I will NEVER buy from walmart.com again. Amazon from now on. Will be reporting Walmart to the Better Business Bureau.

Ordered an air conditioner and got patio furniture. How stupid are the employees? I was told to put shipping label on item and drive over 70 miles to the nearest fed-ex store and after that walmart would send a replacement air conditioner. I stopped payment and I am holding patio furniture hostage until I get my air conditioner. MY expenses at walmart have been well over a thousand dollars this year and they are now trying to treat me like one of their dumbass employees. Now shopping Amazon.

I'm just sick of having to scan and go no matter how many items I have. I mean if it's just a couple of things fine but my whole grocery order??? There will be 5 or 6 employees watching me try to scan items....why can't there even be one register open?? It's bad enough to have to buy groceries....now I have to scan and bag them myself???

Went to the website, found my local store had multiple of the item I wanted. Drove to that local store, none there. After searching for an associate in surrounding depts. finally ended up at the service desk (the other end of the football sized where-house super store) who called someone from electronics to help. Met the employee at the dept where my Item should be and was told they haven't had any for days, didn't know when or if they would get any. It's not the first time this has happened. I will drive the 50 miles to bypass a Walmart and shop elsewhere from now on. Besides the website being the worst I've ever used, they never have in stock what the website says they do for my local store. I also find the store is sorely understaffed, if not that, then everyone is on lunch or break together and leave only the service desk and electronics employees to cover the whole store. In short, even though the Walmart is the closest, I will never go there again.

Recently i ordered 6 bags of red mulch. I received my order used the 6 bags. I needed more so i went back on the site to order more but was unable to. I called customer service explained my situation. The customer rep did not understand my issue and it was difficult for me to understand her i said thank you and hung up. Next i tried chatting explained the situation. Using terms of endearment this rep told me to go into my settings than tools and clear my cache. I had no idea what this had to do with trying to order more mulch. My next phone call was to corporate headquarters where i learned that i was only allowed to order 6 bags because walmart is afraid that people would buy many bags at the low price and than sell it at a higher price. To be honest i didn't even think to do that and all i wanted was to finish doing my garden. Walmart must think all their customers are doing that plus i dont think its against the law anyway he continued to tell me i needed a special code and in order to get that code i would have to give them 100 dollars which i would get back immediately if thats so why take a 100 dollars and i would beable to order as many bags as i would like. After saying no to that we got disconnected. Still i wanted to try one more time i went on instragram and messaged the ceo of walmart not expecting a reply. I did get a reply he asked for some information. I thought i would get my mluch. Well all i got was a 10 dollar gift card. I personally think that this is a insult to walmart customers instead of allowing me to buy more mulch they give me a 10 dollar gift card. Please be very careful when ordering certain items now i have a half finish garden.

I placed an on-line order with Walmart for two cans of Minwax for a total price of $43.12. The Fed X tracking indicated the item arrived on May 18th, 20201 at 12:12 p.m. I checked my porch and it was not there. I checked my Ring camera and it showed no deliveries for that day. I called Fed X and they said the package was delivered to an address on Onstott Frontage Road in Yuba City and a person by the name of AEVANS signed for it. I live on a completely different street and I know no-one by the name of AEVANS. Obviously, the package was delivered to the wrong address. Fed X said it was Walmart’s fault because they put the wrong tracking number and wrong address on my order. I was told to contact Walmart for an easy resolution. The Fed X representative said put the information we discussed into Fed X and Walmart’s notes regarding this order so Walmart could review the notes and easily resolve the matter. On May 21, 2021, I “chatted” on-line with a Walmart representative and she said that since the item was signed for, she would not help me. I told her to check Fed X notes about the delivery address and the person who signed. Both have no relationship to me. She told me there was nothing she would or could do and to dispute the charge with my credit card company. That takes five weeks or more and offers no guarantee! Walmart, being one of the richest companies in the world does not seem to care about customer support. I have never had any trouble whatsoever with Amazon orders when a problem arises. It is handled immediately with one phone call. Apparently, it’s Walmart’s policy to cheat their customers, and what can a consumer do when the company that took your money refuses to make good, reimburse or credit you. It’s out and out theft and action should be taken against such companies.

Is this serious Georgeville? Its 6:48, you close customer service at 7 and there's still three people in front of me and we've been standing here about 20 minutes now. The problem? You have ONE person apparently able to preform in the customer service department. This poor woman is busting her ass and moving as fast as she can while dealing with idiots. Ive seen more employees on their cell phones then on register. This is just poor management, learn your busy times and always OVER plan, not under. You are a muti million dollar company. Take care of your employees better.

Several times over several recent weeks I visited this New Brau fels store trying to purchase luggage. Each time they have had a very minimal selection of one or two pieces. Does anyone order EVER for this department ? Suitcases & duffel bags are pretty common everyday items !!! Also along with very few cashiers & salesclerks , , customers are putting their own bags into their carts . Customer service has gone by the wayside . Produce clerks are very ignoring of customers and rude.

I bought a Playstation and it got damaged. I bought the 3-year warranty that i paid! 2 weeks by calling Allstate the insurance place and they did not solve the problem for me. I spend $400 and not like that. SORRY! But is Walmart problem no my. Don't buy anything in walmart.

I was shopping in Walmart the associate knock clean supply on my left leg and head now they are telling me I did it myself! That is not true!There is a video why can I see it?If I was a thief they would let me see and take me to jail

do not believe the 2 day delivery do not believe the 2 day delivery. If needed in time, order elsewhere. all they do is apologize 22 items in 5 boxes, 4th box includes item stated 2 day as with the 1st 3 boxes, yet not getting till 5th day. Also 2 items in 3rd box out of 14 items were missing, so 2 others not in 2 day delivery. re sending but not till 5th day. they promise, but only if they have it in local stock, and with competent employee, was stated that both items were in order with other 3rd box items. If needed for specific time, order elsewhere or well in advance , incase it has to be re ordered for you:P

I ordered my granddaughter a gift. It was scheduled to arrive by today May 21. I was happy to see it had been bumped up until two days ago May 19. It didn't show up. I am unable to track on a laptop or an iPad, either the tracking number or the FedEx number . Both are showing invalid. Calling customer service-I have no idea where they are- but I've been assured I have no worries. I can assure you I have a lot of worries. The item was coming from Piqua Ohio to about 40 miles south to Centerville Ohio. Now the rep this morning tells me it will arrive next Wednesday and it's coming from California. I can't get the truth out of anybody and I guess I'm going to stick with Amazon. This is my first and last attempt at walmart.com. It's been horrible

Walmart shipped wrong product, not to mention it was shipped from a return center, package did not even have all the shipping material for the item and was obviously previously opened!! After 11 days of "chatting" with walmart about where replacement was I gave up and cancelled the order, to my disbelief it took two days of "chatting" with walmart to get them to cancel order Never ever buy from walmart.com again.`

Grocery Delivery - Terrible service. 4.5 hours late, half of the groceries missing. They refused to bring the others back to me. They stated they had no one else to deliver and they were to busy. I was told to put in for a refund for the food not delivered. No communication after the first text saying the groceries were ready for delivery. 2nd time after waiting again 4 hours, called customer service, they called the store and was told they cancelled my order without my knowledge as they had no one to delivery it. No communication again by text other than my order was ready. I Paid a membership fee to have my groceries delivered because I do not have a car and all I get is stress and spending my time on the phone and waiting for hours for the delivery. Unacceptable behavior and service. I also was told it was Walmart drivers - no tipping but it is not and these drivers want tips. Want if you can't accord tips? Amazon, fedex, etc., You don't tip. What the neck are you paying a membership service fee for? Very bad experience since I took out this membership.

Terrible experience -on may 12 placed order for duoderm extra thin dressing -was waiting all week and yesterday may 19 received email stating that my order was canceled -was shocked -that's medical item -extremely important to us -my husband is very sick -bedridden -has bed sores and without the dressing his wounds might be infected -now I did order the item from another company but have to wait again for delivery .How it is even possible that they take order not knowing that is out of stock and they will Not delivered it -that should be illegal. I would never again order anything from WALMART

WalMart did not make me happy. I purchases several items online at the beginning of March. They were delivered. Half of the items did not fit. So I took the items to my nearest WalMart to return them. Unbeknownst to me, you CANNOT return third party items at a store. Not that I'm aware what third party items are. I was given a 1-800 number to talk to Customer Service to try and return the items. Needless to say 8 weeks later and 5 phone calls, more than 15 chats with customer service agents, this is still not resolved. I spoke to a manager two weeks ago and was guaranteed an email with a shipping label and also a refund within 5-7 business days. 9 business days later, no refund and no email with a shipping label. Talked to another agent today and they said until I return the items, I will NOT get a refund. Stores will not return the items, my credit card has not been refunded, I still have no shipping label. I am so angry, frustrated, disapppointed with the lack of service with this store. DO NOT BUY ONLINE CLOTHES!!!! There is nowhere listed on their site that stores will not return third item clothes. BE AWARE!!!!!

I ordered a set of ear buds from Walmart. They did not work for my wife so I took them to the store to return. The person in the service area said they came from Walmart market place so I needed the packaging to ship them back. I returned to the store with the package they came in and was given a slip that return must be online. Online I was directed to Flag Rocks web site. They told me It was out of warranty. I received this on the 10th of April and received their reply on May 12th. I bought this on the Walmart website. Their sign behind the customer service area says nothing about Walmart market place. If they had given me the correct information the first time there would not have been a problem. Beware buying online from Walmart!!!
