Grocery Delivery - Terrible service. 4.5 hours late, half of the groceries missing. They refused to bring the others back to me. They stated they had no one else to deliver and they were to busy. I was told to put in for a refund for the food not delivered. No communication after the first text saying the groceries were ready for delivery. 2nd time after waiting again 4 hours, called customer service, they called the store and was told they cancelled my order without my knowledge as they had no one to delivery it. No communication again by text other than my order was ready. I Paid a membership fee to have my groceries delivered because I do not have a car and all I get is stress and spending my time on the phone and waiting for hours for the delivery. Unacceptable behavior and service. I also was told it was Walmart drivers - no tipping but it is not and these drivers want tips. Want if you can't accord tips? Amazon, fedex, etc., You don't tip. What the neck are you paying a membership service fee for? Very bad experience since I took out this membership.

Terrible experience -on may 12 placed order for duoderm extra thin dressing -was waiting all week and yesterday may 19 received email stating that my order was canceled -was shocked -that's medical item -extremely important to us -my husband is very sick -bedridden -has bed sores and without the dressing his wounds might be infected -now I did order the item from another company but have to wait again for delivery .How it is even possible that they take order not knowing that is out of stock and they will Not delivered it -that should be illegal. I would never again order anything from WALMART

WalMart did not make me happy. I purchases several items online at the beginning of March. They were delivered. Half of the items did not fit. So I took the items to my nearest WalMart to return them. Unbeknownst to me, you CANNOT return third party items at a store. Not that I'm aware what third party items are. I was given a 1-800 number to talk to Customer Service to try and return the items. Needless to say 8 weeks later and 5 phone calls, more than 15 chats with customer service agents, this is still not resolved. I spoke to a manager two weeks ago and was guaranteed an email with a shipping label and also a refund within 5-7 business days. 9 business days later, no refund and no email with a shipping label. Talked to another agent today and they said until I return the items, I will NOT get a refund. Stores will not return the items, my credit card has not been refunded, I still have no shipping label. I am so angry, frustrated, disapppointed with the lack of service with this store. DO NOT BUY ONLINE CLOTHES!!!! There is nowhere listed on their site that stores will not return third item clothes. BE AWARE!!!!!

I ordered a set of ear buds from Walmart. They did not work for my wife so I took them to the store to return. The person in the service area said they came from Walmart market place so I needed the packaging to ship them back. I returned to the store with the package they came in and was given a slip that return must be online. Online I was directed to Flag Rocks web site. They told me It was out of warranty. I received this on the 10th of April and received their reply on May 12th. I bought this on the Walmart website. Their sign behind the customer service area says nothing about Walmart market place. If they had given me the correct information the first time there would not have been a problem. Beware buying online from Walmart!!!

I never had a bad enough experience to stop shopping there, but what I find distasteful is that there is a middle aged woman, who has been abusing her 82 year old mother,the younger daughter of 3 children was beaten by her 82 year old mother in a neighbors yard last week, after the 56 six year daughter grabbed her.The story went round that that was the best fist fight any one had seen in the town of MCCASKILL Arkansas.in Oak Street.And it would be wise for the Hope Wal-Mart to start giving drug tests after every lunch break, you will be surprised at the managers that are potting it up with associates in one vehicle.Let my daughter steal everything I have,that includes the stimulus I am getting or my SS1,This needs to be looked into, Adult abuse is a crime, especially if there are other family members involved,I live in Patmos, I will not give my name i am her mothers age and don't need her or her children find me, We hear about kids killing their elderly parents and burying them in the back yard or some where to steal their Social security Checks checks,putting their names illegally on properties.Or feeding them so many drugs they turn into zombies and lock them in rooms while they leave and do their partying.

I ordered 2 terracotta garden planters on line. When advised by UPS that they had been delivered to the store, I called to be told they were still in transit, call back. Many calls, tracking with UPS, no satisfaction. At the store the merchandise was indeed discovered, totally unacceptable, cheap product. The return was not credited to my account immediately, on line this may take up to 2 billing cycles. I will never again deal with Walmart on line, it is shoddy, unpleasant customer service.

the shelves are too tall for us short people and there are quite a few products I use that are out of reach. i wish you would lower your shelves

It's Saturday the busiest time to shop in Walmart and would you believe there is not 1 register open? That is a No No! Since Walmart wants me to ring up all of my items, I'm officially taking my business to Target where they still have Live Cashiers to take care of their customers.

It isn't exactly a poor review of all Walmarts. This concerns the Walmart in Middletown, DE. I had almost stopped going here as it is always dirty and staff are mostly working on shopping for online customers. Dairy (milk) is usually near empty. I had gone to your Elkton area store on RT 40, Maryland. OMG, what a difference, clean, well stocked. You should look into Middletown store

I got a email about recall on meow mix . Wal-Mart sent me a email and said come into the store and get a refund. So I go to customer service and tell the associate about the email and show her the email and she says she knows nothing about it I show her my receipt she says i need a order number then the manager says look under her email so she does and gives me a walmar t gift card which she scans. I go to get gas at Wal-Mart and the card doesn't work so I go stand in line and tell the cashier I am on pump 7 she says ok . I go back to pump has still no has so I go back in line get up to cashier and she says on I put it on 8 so manager comes and she says hi to pump has so go back and still no has go back in line now they say the guy on pump 8 stole my gas well that is your fault then go back to pump to get gas it pumps half and stops then I go back in line again and she says hang up pump and then she will give me the rest I also said I did not get the 3 cents off so she gives me 50 cents. Now all this for trying to get gas. Had the card work in the first place. I will never shop at Wal-Mart or buy has from them

If I could rate Walmart.com a zero I would. I placed an order and received items marked 2xl but made like a medium. They refunded one but the other they left up to a third party who offered a partial refund. So they sent me a worthless item and kept my money. BAD business snd I’ll never order again. Back to my Amazon where great customer service is

Ordered a tv online with same day pickup. I contacted the store and customer service. I was told they are busy and product could be delayed. They charged my account. Asked if TV was in stock with no reply. If advertised same day pickup. It should be the same day!!! Especially since they charge you.

Do not order from walmart.com. I ordered a twin size storage bed FedEx dropped it off the box was damaged broken pieces were literally falling out of the box. I called customer service I was on the phone with some guy in the Philippines ?!!? For 1 hour with no results he said I had to send the bed back I said I couldn't send it back it's too heavy for me to lift and the box is damaged he said I could not get a refund without sending it back I offered to send photos no still no refund. So then I went on a chat site with walmart.com for an hour same thing they said they would send FedEx out with a box to repack it. I said oh really since when does FedEx do that ??I can't imagine they told me FedEx would show up in 2 hours with the box and repack the bed. Yeah right. So do not order from walmart.com they do not stand behind their products they do not care about their customers and it looks like I paid $249 for a bunch of firewood. BUYERS BEWARE!!

I went in person to buy a TV and the guys in electronics told me that they didn't have any. I showed them online that I could pick up today and they said they had some on the truck. I was informed to order online and come back when the order was ready. I ordered online and Walmart canceled my order saying the demand was high. I then ordered for in store pickup from another store and they canceled my order for suspicion of fraud. I called customer service and though she was very rude she told me to reorder in an hour. If this order falls through, I'm done with Walmart online.

April 11 2021 I ordered tires online for my 1999 Chevrolet Cavalier Z24 convertible: the recommended size is 205/55R16 (look it up, don't take my word for it). On April 19 I went to the Wal-Mart store in Lawrence IN, 10735 Pendleton Pike, Indianapolis, IN 46236 The Lawrence auto center technicians claimed they couldn't get the wheel off (isn't that their JOB? Smells like maybe an extra $20 or so under the table would get them right off?) Then they claimed the tires I bought were the "wrong size" (to be candid, the tires on the car, 195/65R16, are not the recommended size; but perhaps for another $20+ under the table they could install the "wrong size" tires?) In fact, the tires I ordered are exactly the right size. Work order to install tires: 4 85700 3974 9 Online order 3722130-080399 Just to satisfy my curiosity, I used my lug wrench to manually loosen, then tighten all four wheels. The lugs were NOT excessively tight. The whole crooked crew should be fired. Perhaps the manager in charge of the auto care center should be fired as well, for allowing this kind of abuse to happen.

First and last using delivery service. They were supposed to be here between 5-6pm. I was informed at 11:15 pm that a driver was not available and this was only after I contacted them via chat. Why didn’t anyone reach out to me, the customer, about a delay in my order? I understand there are unforeseen events that can happen, but shouldnt the store keep the customer informed? Especially if they are waiting for perishable items? I was immediately sent a $20 promo on my next order which I will certainly not be using. I will take my business elsewhere.

Last straw with not getting the product that was ordered. Lousy customer service provided no help other than a refund that was short 46 cents.
