I ordered items for a pickup. Someone else picked up my items. No one will answer the Burlington, NJ store. They keep hanging up on me or putting me on hold. Its been over 4 hours. I tried talking to customer service service, they told me it was a store problem and I had to go into the store. I am elderly and with covid I do not go into the store. thats the whole point of pick up. I will be cancelling my Walmart credit card and will never shop at a Walmart again.

So it's Christmas time & we are all working a lot so I decided to try shopping through walmart.com. I placed an order on 11/29/2020 for a 4k Qled TV & a sound system. Upon receiving the TV, I feel embarrassed to wrap it as a gift. It was thick in dust on top, it wasn't properly sealed, it has holes poked in the front of the box, & a long dent across the back. I hope that the product at least does not come out of the package damaged. And I waited two weeks after the expected delivery date to contact walmart because it said a shipping label had been created, but when I did contact them they said that it had been lost in transit & that I will have to 7 days for a refund. I think I will shop in store from now on.

I ORDERED A SERIES OF MICKEY MOUSE PRODUCTS FOR MY GRANBABY FOR CHRISTMAS, INCLUDING A PAIR OF MICKEY MOUSE SPARKLY SNEAKERS. ALL MY ITEMS CAME IN THE BOX EXCEPT FOR THE SNEAKERS. IVE CONTACTED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY SAID THEY CANCELED THE ORDER HOWEVER I HAD ALREADY RECEIVED THE ORDER AND MY CARD WAS ALREADY CHARGED. THEY DID NOT GIVE ME A REFUND OR MY SNEAKERS. I AM HIGHLY UPSET. THE SHOES WERE NOT OUT OF STOCK WHEN I PLACED THE ORDER SO WHAT HAPPENED TO THE SHOES. THE YOUNG LADY HUNG UP IN MY FACE ON THE CUSTOMER SERVICE CALL. I WONT ORDER FROM WALMART ONLINE AGAIN AND I WONT RECCOMEND ANYONE ELSE TO DO SO EITHER!!!!

The worst salesmen are at Walmart, FranklinTN. We came to buy Bluetooth speakers and headphones, but none of the speakers were working so we ask this young black salesman, but he could care less, said it would take a technician and just walked off. Not knowing if he was going to get a technician or not we waited. Finally, went looking for someone else, saw him talking to someone and waited. I asked him was there anyway we could here a speaker, since we came all the way there to purchase these items, he still said it would take a technician never mentioned if one might show up. We gave ip and found an older white guy, should have hot their names. We told him the situation and he didn’t know anything, so we asked about what earbuds they had that would be good to purchase since we drove all this way to buy. He would not tell because he said he did not want to be responsible if we didn’t like them. We told him we weren’t there for him to make a decision for us but tell us about the products and he told us to go goggle reviews and ho to an electronics store. Why would a store send you somewhere else to buy. Isn’t that the reason they have merchandise, to sell. We were going to buy other things, but put them back. I plan on never going here with their horrible salespeople that don’t care if they sell you anything and seem to not have ANY knowledge of the products they have.

To get the item before Christmas, we ordered it online on November 25 and get confirmation that it will be delivered on November 28. We were checking FedEx tracking number for a couple of weeks, but the message was the same: the label was created. Today, December 10, it took me some time to contact Customer Service. First, the automatic line told me that our package was shipped and we will get it on on November 28?! I was able to contact a live person and I was told that item was and it is not available and offered me a money back. I am very upset and will not use Walmart online option anymore. It should be simple and it is not a rocket science: don't take an order when you don't have merchandise and if something happened to availability after order was taken, contact customer.

Placed order with Walmart online. Thought they would ship it with tracking. They sent out half the order via Door dash to my P.O. Box. Address ?????Guy calls me sitting in front of store lost, he can’t figure out GPS and address. Won’t wait for 20 minutes while I drive there to meet him to get my order. Won’t return to Walmart for me to pick up at Walmart. Driver’s boss calls me and I give him 2nd address to deliver to. Driver never delivered, they sent email 30 minutes later saying delivered. I believe driver stole my pkg (2 big king size heating pads) Now I have to wait 5 days for refund. If Walmart cannot ship their items with tracking then I will not be ordering online again. This will also be my first and last experience with Door dash. I never selected Door dash For delivery.

Had friend order me a TV,it was delivered early , happy for that,then it went down hill from there, opened box,put stands on plugged in and the screen is cracked, dismantled stand boxed back up,this item is going back and will not order another item from Walmart, I'm fearful that they knew this item was already broken before transported, no customer confidence at all! In the long run one customer doesn't mean much & it tells by ur care and commitment to the all mighty dollar, so as I enter Walmart for my refund, I'm sure won't go easy, I LL have the pleasure of knowing it'll be the last

Unfortunately, the quality of service from Walmart Grocery Delivery has steadily declined in my area. As a disabled person with underlying health issues, I rely on delivery to safely secure groceries and essential household goods. Over the past few months, I've received severely damaged items, orders delivered well beyond the delivery window resulting in thawed frozen items, and this week, my order mysteriously vanished. I received an email advising the order had been delivered by Warren, including a picture with the camera lens clearly obscured. After spending hours engaging with telephone and chat representatives, I was told to wait for the store to call or email me. Being on a fixed income with limited resources, this could not have happened at a worse time. I am left without the much-needed items, only $.94 left on my card, and my requests for an immediate refund to place an order with a more reliable source falling on deaf ears.

Dallas walmart has such amazing employees. Especially this associate dazi she has helped me more than once in the store. She is always so happy and polite. She deserves a raise. Thank you and thanks dallas walmart for good customer service.

I've had a terrible experience shopping with Walmart recently. I have gone to them for years in Northwest Indiana and generally their products are pretty good, prices good and a lot selection. I recently ordered online, on their website. When I received the item, I could see from the packing that something wasn't right. It seemed like what was inside, was crammed so tight in this packaging, I wondered what it would look like! Well, the item was really poor quality. I couldn't decide if it was defective or damaged. When trying to return it, I had to print their label to return it. I don't have a printer now. I communicated many times that I didn't. I ended up on their chat and explained and asked if it could just be MAILED? They never gave me a straight answer but said that it was thru a 3rd party and they would have to address my problem. They would contact them and they would contact me..I had moved to another another state (Michigan) and decided to find the nearest store (miles away). I went inside to their customer service with all the info they needed and was promptly told by their clerk that they could do NOTHING for me! That this was not thru WALMART but thru a 3rd party. I now I'm trying to wrap this around my head: I shop on WALMART'S website, but they are saying this is not their product?? Why are they allowing other companies use their website to sell shoddy products??! I had no idea this was the case when I bought the item. And then, to make my wonderful WALMART experience complete, I decide to buy the item in their store, and when looking for it, I have a hard time trying to find it, when finally I see a young employee walking a head, I called her several times for help. I can be loud. She never stops to help me. I finally stop by the Electronics, where some other employee heard the ruckus and stopped to help me. That was my FIRST experience with this store. The drive was long, drivers out there are not always curteous and it was cold.

If I was walmart I would find a different shipping company other than ontrac, as a walmart shopper I will shop Amazonfrom now on, simply because they do not ship ontrac.

Prices are good...delivery is awful. They say it will be here on a date, then it keeps delaying, and then it gets lost. Amazon by far is the best for delivery without the hassle.

Beware of walmart overpricing and double charging. Please shop around and don't think walmart will give you the best prices because a lot ot their merchandise is double the price than other stores. Second, check your bank statements because I have been double charged by walmart.

I would have given ZERO stars but to give a review I had to select one star. Walmart customer service 1-800 number is lacking professionalism, knowledge and courtesy. The woman I spoke with knew nothing about store to store policies whatsoever, was hard to understand as her mumbling was atrocious and her demeanour was one of being bothered that anyone could be calling with an inquiry. I’ve asked to speak to a supervisor, she wants my email, I refused, she wants to know if I have an account, I say no and repeat for a third or fourth time that I would like to speak with a supervisor. It’s now going on 34 minutes that I’ve been on hold. Guess Walmart is so huge they can afford to turn customers away. This is why there needs to be COMPETITION so the big box stores don’t get too big for their britches.

I am boycotting walmart.ca. I am so done with trying get a refund to somewhat wasn't ship and told wait 48 hours every time I call. Oct 16 order expected delivery is Nov 2nd

I ordered 2 Power XL smokeless Grills Yesterday and told to wait until email. Last night before closed at 8 PM got message that its been delayed. Tried calling yesterday and today to the store and told to call the Pickup number. Tried calling and they don't take calls. No updates or anything on my order from yesterday. I would appreciate if they would at least let me know what is going on. Last time I order anything from Walmart !!!

I decided to try their online delivery service for groceries. My first order went ok. My 2nd order did not go so well. I received someone else's groceries. I didn't even know there were groceries out there until I checked and then 15 minutes later I get a text alerting me the groceries have been delivered. I call customer service immediately and spoke to Mateo, he assured me he had called the store and they would be delivering the correct groceries. 3 hours pass by and nothing. I call customer service again and the agent was not able to get through to the store, he tried numerous times and noone at the store picked up. That definitely left a bad impression. He asked that I call them again in 20 minutes, which I did. This time the 3rd agent told me that he would need to offer me a refund. I wasn't asking for a refund, I was asking for the correct order of groceries be delivered to me. His comment was since I did receive groceries they were not going to fulfill my order. What??!!! I just about had it. I told him the order that was delivered was not mine, but they did not care. Now I have to wait 3-5 business days to get my money back and go do groceries someone else after I recover from Covid. In the meantime, my kids are left with nothing to eat until then. Never again will I patronize Walmart in any way! This is the most horrible experience in times of a pandemic where I relied on a service that was not delivered.

Bought a mattress topper at the Angleton store it had a big rip in it .. we where camping at Brazos Ben State Park and it was raining. so I just wait till we got home and would take it to the La marque store to return it .. well you guess it they said No because it had been open. I would have to take it back to the Angleton TX Store.. that only an hour away..That not all. why we where in the La marque store we where not the only one with a mattress top being returned . But With the other couple the manger told them to go get another one not to open it they would exchange it the next day. Will never go back to this Store

I went to Walmart in North Conway Nh to purchase a firearm, and I had to wait for the employee in charge for over an hour to get back from a lunch break to be able to purchase the firearm. I told him That my id was very slightly damaged and he checked it and said it was fine.. I filled out all the forms online and the manager was called to the sporting goods section of the store to carry the gun out ... and I was told after over two Hours of waiting and an ok on my valid Id that I wasn’t able to purchase the firearm by the manager because the bottom left corner was slightly damaged...I’ve bought alcohol and numerous firearms with this ID.... and the employee has sold guns before so they should’ve said the id isn’t usable from the beginning... I drove a half hour to purchase and was told throughout the purchase by an employee that had sold guns and was knowledgeable of the rules just to be told no by the manager , literally seconds before it was approved...worst experience I’ve ever had here.... I’ll never purchase firearms here ever again. Waste of my time ....
