I’m a former employee I talked with 5 different people, everyone I talk with keep connecting me to someone else all I need is my start date and end date and no one can give that to me. I called East Windsor HR she told me her computer is not working she’ll get back to me, 5 hrs and still waiting I’m so glad I don’t work here anymore.

If I could rate lower I would. I have never received such poor customer service in my life. Both from a physical store (Kelowna, BC location) or from online customer service representatives. I will work very hard to never purchase anything from this company for the remainder of my life, also dissuading everyone I know from shopping at this store. I'm so disappointed by my experiences.

a) Your priced advertised was not what came up at register, when I pointed it out to a lady in the department (Hispanic), she reluctantly said I could have 1, I said NO, By law, the advertised price IS THE PRICE. I was buying 2 pillows. I am not "horse trading" south of the border...BTW, I am Hispanic. Then she did not know what to do and made no effort. b) The only redeeming employee was a lady at the check out who changed the prices. I believe she said she was from Romania ??? She gets an "A". c) I called the number on the receipt 7 times...on the 7th time Cust Service answered. I asked to speak with Management, no one ever came to the phone. If your business is not as it should be, it is not the COVID... it is because your employees.

I have been shopping on walmart.com for a couple of years I am handicapped and elderly what I thought would be a great experience is turning into a nightmare. I ordered somethings for my grandchildren I never received them a long with a grooming kit for my small dog I never received these items like I said I called they said they would replace them or give me a refund that did not happen when I called them back a young lady told me I was not getting nothing because I had returned about 4 things in the past 3 years. How do people expect to keep culike this if they keep treating them in such a bad manner.

No option to give -⭐. Bought a tv 51 days ago from there and on the 49th day having it the screen went out. The lady working said it can only be returned within 30 days but receipt and online says up to 90 days but it's at managers discretion. She was not friendly from jump and definitely wasnt helpful. I read to her what their online info stated about returns and she got hateful and began to raise her voice to me. I called the store before I went there and another worker said they would exchange it for me. They need to figure out their rules and regulations because according to visio they wont refund my money I have to go to place I purchased it and walmart worker flat out refused. Highly disappointed in the treatment I received today regarding a non functional 51 day old tv I purchased from them for $328.00

Walmart wants people to take a pre-employment assessment test. This has nothing to do with people's work ethics or performance. I wasn't denied a job, walmart denied themselves a dedicated employee.

Walmart provides food that is often nit up to safety codes. i bought more than $80.00 worth if chicken that all ended up having yellow fluid on it that made me sick and was then tested as salmonella. Then I bought a package of ribs that was filled with worms.

I have try 5 times ordering on line with them. I kept hoping they will improve on online ordering. Lost patience. I had issues with broken items, missing items, over charging and misleading when the items will come. For example, I ordered items for my husband ‘s birthday cake and decorations, the items arrived after the birthday. Also they charged me for the items first and I could not cancel my items even when they were not shipped. I had to speak to few customer service rep before they would give me a refunds. Also I waited for weeks before the items arrived from the date promised. Also I ordered an item where the package it self had a price on it and they charge double the price for online order. That did not feel right. Isn’t that why they have shipping charge? I will never order on line again from them. They are dishonest and disorganized. They need a lot of improvements.

When ordering for Walmart on line they are double charging you for items. The amount that is on hold is getting charged to my account plus the amount for individual items out of that order are getting charge again to my account. So they are double charging you for the items you ordered.

THIS IS LITERALLY THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVERY ORDERED ONLINE FROM. ALL 4 OF MY ORDERS HAD A PROBLEM AND I GOT NO KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM ANYONE I TALKED TO AT THE COMPANY. I THOUGHT I WAS ORDERING FROM A HUGE COMPANY WHEN ORDERING ON WALMART.COM NOT CRAIGSLIST ... WHAT A JOKE!!!

Walmart's customer do not matter anymore...I'm tired of going in and products are out! Sometimes for a month or longer. It's ridiculous when stores all around them have the products. Why would they put all credit/debit self checkouts on the grocery end and make elderly/handicapped persons go to the other end to check out with cash! Why are they advertising "pride" months, when they don't advertise Christian values? Sam Walton has rolled over in his grave such because of the way his legacy has changed. You are starting to advertise "we're buying made in America products, local produce" ,when that's not true. I'm finished with Walmart. I'm shopping local now. Fed up with Walmart for years.

Purchased an iPhone 8 Plus from a third party seller, Cellulartech. No stars Worst "third party" company to deal with. The phone had rust around the screws and speakers at the bottom of the phone. I am still in the process of trying to get my money back. Conveniently the company is being unresponsive and Walmart customer service has been less than helpful in trying to make this right, for me the customer. I am having to follow up for my money back $600 and some is a big refund. If Walmart wanted to make a customer happy they would refund me the purchase and they deal with the "third party". Do not buy this phone or buy from this "third party" Walmart seller. Disappointed is not even close to how I would review this phone, this "third party and Walmart online customer service. Walmart also rejected my review of the phone saying it would drive business away, mentions money and is customer service focused…Walmart is screening reviews that don’t reflect well on them as a company instead of helping the customer they’re silencing the customer. Just amazing.

Wrong Product. Damaged Product. Buyer beware because DL or Walmart does not care. Purchased Blackstone 36" Griddle with Hard Cover through DL Commerce via Walmart.com. Instead of delivering the item purchased DL shipped the cheaper model that did not include the Hard Cover or other accessories. Additionally paid $150 for lift gate delivery but the griddle was dropped off the back of the FedEx truck smashing the corner of the griddle frame. Contacting DL via Walmart.com were told we could return the 130 pound product at our expense for a full refund or accept a $50 partial refund. Several attempts for a better resolution were fruitless so we accepted a $60 partial refund for a cheaper and damaged product. I hammered out the damage and fixed the corner and leg brackets then ordered the missing hard cover and accessories spending another $130. Extremely frustrated and disappointed in my Father's Day gift gone all wrong.

This was for delivery. I had one order set to be delivered in 3 days. They give you up till around midnight before delivery the night before to add items snd l we did. Just to be certain we called customer service and the rep said it was all there. We were only confirming everything was in order. The next day only the first of foods ordered delivered when the rep clearly stated all would be because we added before the cut off time. Plus she said she saw the entire order. Today only half the groceries were delivered. We called customer service and the rep Lenora would not listen to us, she just kept repeating what we said. We asked for a supervisor and she kept saying over and over that the supervisor was busy. We told her we would wait. She never would do anything and her accent was so thick it was hard to understand her. Her name is Lenora and we were on the phone almost 25 min. This call l know was going on at 6:30pm est. She was no help and frustrating. We decided to call back and got Wilmer on the phone around 6:55 pm and he helped us instead of dismissing us. He got a supervisor to help us, her name was Diana and seemed to care. That first rep Lenora should not be working there or needs more training. We were going to sign up for delivery for 1 year for a discounted delivery rate but Lenora blew that and we are never shopping there again. It's too bad because we shopped there a lot in the past.

Unfortunately, you did not provide the quality of service, or merchandise that was promised. Please understand that integrity is everything. Your word is your bond. When trust, good faith, and integrity are breached, civil rights are violated, and great harm ensues in the wake of extraordinary cruelty, the only way to make amends is to provide your customer with the relief that she requests. Your employees harassed, tormented, and degraded me, and my service dog on numerous occasions, out of envy, jealousy, and spite. Bailey was working, but your employees, and their friends demanded that he entertain them, rather than respect his space, and the serious nature of his work. After being asked to respect our boundaries, they retaliated against Bailey. Bailey died last summer. And each, and every abusive encounter with your insolent, insubordinate, ignorant employees, added an other metric ton to the burden he carried in his final months of life. You should be ashamed.
