1 Star is too much - really. Awful experience getting anyone to return a call or email. This 'service' is literally the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. I am not one to leave reviews, but I had to speak out.

The service tech (Frank) came within 2 days installed UV Lamps in both coolers. Awesome service Thanks Frank

Absolutely horrible company. Came by and installed a new machine, it immediately stopped working. Contacted our rep and support team and received no replies for days. Finally, tech came out, and "fixed" the machine. The next day, it was flooding our entire building. We ended up having to do major repairs and Waterlogic literally never came out again or replied to our requests for help. Finally, we requested to end our contract and they charged us thousands of dollars to buy out our contract, as if they didn't provide us with a faulty machine that cost us thousands of dollars in repairs already. Go with another company that actually cares about it's customers. I'm still in ligation regarding this and have received nothing but half hearted replies from their customer support team. Just horrible.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Their customer service is terrible. We have had the same issue with our water cooler for MONTHS and they have done nothing but send a service rep out to click a reset button. We walked into our office this morning to find the machine has now leaked all over our office kitchen causing water damage. EXTREMELY UNSATISFIED.

Do not use! We had Waterlogic at our business. We moved locations and after several attempts to email/call the equipment was never picked up. Since then, we have gone with a different company and Waterlogic is trying to charge us over 2k for the equipment and past due invoices. I have several emails showing proof of the many times this company was reached out to on transferring service and the lack of response or follow through. We are still receiving invoices and when this was forwarded to the account representative, we were told we needed to settle it with the billing department. My response...do it yourself. I'm not getting paid to do your job.

We have been a customer of this company since 2019. OK where should I start with this company. They had taken over for a water cooler company that we were previously in contract with, they were suppose to honor the contract pricing but DID NOT. They over charged us and are still over charging, even though I go through the exercise of advising them on the contracted prices. We are NJ state sales tax exempt. Constantly sending our st-5 tax exempt form to the sales rep that has been assigned to us along with their A/R representative and yet were are still being charged sales tax. They the big one is they charge us for coolers that we do not have. Two at one location in which I had told them that there are only one, and one at a location that is NOT ours. Just trying to contact someone especially the sales representative is impossible. We have 17 water coolers and are being charged for 19. You would think they would want to fix the billing problems, but they don't. I was verbally told by Gwendlyn on 5/24/2022 that our water coolers were to be picked up on 5/31/22. On 6/16/22 I followed up as to why the coolers were not picked up, she had advised me that she never made that comment because it was not in our email thread. They like to make it sound like they are working on the problem by advising you that they sent your information to this department and that department for follow up. Well guess what..there is no follow up. I get rude emails from a Ms. Olivo who tells me that she needs to send a technician out to to perform a site inventory to ensure that the correct units at the correct locations are getting picked up, as well as sending me a screen shot of serial numbers and equipment numbers, which are completely useless to me without address. And a Mr. Ewing who is a ghost (he reads the emails, but doesn't respond). Forget about our sales rep. he is MIA. I understand that there are staff shortages due to Covid, but this has been going on way before that. I have begged numerous times to have our account fixed and nothing. My advise to those who are looking for a watercooler company, is to do your homework.

Just got a contract from supposedly signed by previous person in my position for 5 years. Customer service is BAD and hard to get a hold of and told different stories. When I called initially, they said we were month to month then when I pressed to have them pick up the cooler - all of a sudden there is a 5-year signed agreement. I feel this is not a correct agreement and the term may have been changed. They are trying to get over $2200 for term of agreement. RUN FAST away from them!

New customer- Wish my boss read the reviews first. Cannot reach anyone by phone. Never had to spend so much time trying to PAY a BILL !! Now I am 3 mos behind because I cannot get on payment site

If I could give less, I would. Absolutely awful communication - have spent hours of my own time trying to rectify waterlogic's blunders. Forever calling, emailing chasing and have escalated issues to senior management and still not being taken seriously. Avoid.

I would rate Waterlogic at 0 or less. I would strongly encourage a potential customer to shy away from this company. It is next to impossible to get through to them over the phone (more often than not your call will be disconnected) and if you are lucky enough to get through to them all they will do is take your phone number to which you will not receive a return phone call. They will also not reply to your emails. They will also not provide you with a phone number to call someone to discuss your issue. They collect your highly expensive service contract funds up front and will not provide you with service. Terrible, terrible, terrible, terrible, terrible, terrible.

Horrible customer service. Cannot get through on the phone to schedule service call or discuss billing issues. They encourage you to communicate via email, however emails are never answered in a timely fashion or with any resolution. Would not recommend.

Waterlogic service coordinator is horrible. I rented a cooler in the beginning of April and since the first day it is not useable. I have emailed the coordinator numerous times and have not received feedback.

They billed us $ 150.00 for services not rendered. I emailed them on Mach 2, 2022. Their response indicated that I would get a response in 2 business days. I've now emailed them 10 times with my case number and still no response. No response from the Customer Service or Billing Team. AWFUL SERVICE!!!!

Waterlogic acquired Advanced Pure Water recently and so I'm having to deal with them to try to cancel my account, which had been put in motion by Advance Pure Water. It has been an absolute nightmare dealing with Waterlogic. They were supposed to pick up the water cooler over a week ago as I'm leaving my space in a few days and there is no customer service to speak of. The last thing I need to be dealing with on top of a move is continuously following up with a company to do their job. Terrible terrible service, would not recommend to anyone.

Extreme Caution This company provides the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. I recommend to anyone looking for this service, to look a far away from this company as possible. It has been a 6 month battle with this company of constant emails and phone calls. We cancelled our contract with them, and they still continue to bill! They send final demands and invoices despite us being out of contract for 6 months and making numerous calls and emails. They also fail to collect equipment leaving us with 10+ watercoolers that we no longer use. We have sent Tort notices to collect them, they make promises to collect and sort the invoices out. To date they have failed to act on what they have promised. DO NOT trust the comments on bad reviews where they claim to reach out to sort customers problems- THEY DO NOT! Use this company only if you want to go through hell.

This company bought our contract from Pure Water Technology . Pure Water gave us excellent service. As of today our water dispenser has been out of order for two weeks. No response to phone calls left on the call back line. Emails go unanswered. Stay away from this company. If I could give lower than one star, I would.

Read the reviews & go with another company. 6 months with no drinking water. We are paying every month for the machine though. Cannot get ahold of anyone. Buyer beware!
