“I ordered some nitrile gloves on May 9th. The gloves were supposed to be delivered in approximately 30 days. When the gloves did not arrived, I requested a refund, and was told that the delivery date had been pushed back to June 16th. When the gloves did not arrive, I was informed that the delivery date had been pushed back to July 6th. When the gloves did not arrive by July 6th, I filed a request for a refund through the web site. I was told that they were going to refund the SHIPPING COSTS ONLY, and that I would now have to wait until AUG 5th to receive the rest of my money. These people are nothing but a bunch of crooks, who prey upon honest, hard working people like myself. Do NOT....under ANY circumstance order ANYTHING from these thieves.”

“Terrible company. I ordered a product which was to arrive before the end of June. Now I am told it will be by July 26.it has been sitting in China for 17 days. The company has my money but I doubt I will ever see the product.”

“Placed order for grandchild's birthday that was over a month ago and still have yet to receive it despite several confirmations it was on its way. They had no delay in charging my account and taking my money!!!!! SCAMMERS”

“I placed an order for wireless ear buds. The delivery date kept getting pushed back again and again. According to their tracking records it has been in the US since 5 days after I placed the order. that was 2 months ago. They refunded the shipping cost a week ago, but their customer service engine is just a bot, not a human. If your problem doesn't fit in the bot's options (including LETTING ME TALK TO A HUMAN), you're just out of luck. They still owe me $14. I would NOT order from them again at all.”

“At the end of April my treadmill broke down and a replacement was urgently needed. As the virus lock down had just begun they were hard to come by but I found one on Wish and wish I hadn't. It's now ten weeks later and I'm still waiting. The only way to contact Wish is via a smart 'phone app and I don't have a smart 'phone. From reading other reviews it seems that it doesn't do any good even if you do have one, as no information will be forthcoming. If these people aren't crooks they come very close and I'm resigned to losing my money. A different Review website contains some very favourable comments but I think a lot of these are fraudulent. If I could give a no-star rating I would. Avoid these people like the plague. Grumpy from Sussex, UK.”

“Worst company I have ever dealt with, bar none. Waiting 3 months for six different items. Still no items ever delivered. Nothing but phoney promise's, and automated answers. Total SCAM. Not to mention, the old bait and switch they pulled, it's now out of 2 weeks later, here is one for the same price much worse. And they keep changing the delivery date so they don't have to give a refund. Criminals watch out! Run far and fast...”

“SCAM TRASHY LIW BUDGET COMPANY IN CHINA LYING STATING THERE A US DOMESTIC COMPANY UNTIL THEY GET YOUR MONEY AND ITS TOO LATE...DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM I STILL HAVE NOT RECIEVED MY PRODUCTS OVER 2 MONTHS LATER!!”

“A complete scam so beware or better still avoid like the plague. Awaiting £50 refund and i now know i will never receive it.Received wrong sized shoes so returned same via instructions laid out on 6 th June. Customer services seems to be automated and the opportunity to ask specific questions not available.When you email the company Independantly you do get a prompt response which does nothing but direct you to the automated site. A definate scam so please avoid or you will lose your money. I have sent numerous complaint emails to date but you just go round and round in circles and get more frustrated as you always end up on automated site.AVOID AVOID AVOID”

“I have ordered 2 pairs of shoes from WISH very cute and unique. I knew it would take some time to come in and I accepted that as I really wanted these shoes, and not to mention I see some YouTube reviews on them. Well...I NEVER RECEIVED MY SHOES!!!! One pair was ordered on March 7th it’s not July 7th!! Never got here!! Not to mention all of a sudden the product like to those shoes can’t be found!!! 2nd pair was ordered on Mother’s Day..they were suppose to get here yesterday and they never arrived. It still shows it’s in China! So now I highly doubt I’ll receive those! I’m still slightly hopeful only because customers have posted images of the shoes.”

“ordered on may4,2020 an usb led fan and first was told it would arrive by may 30,2020. did not recieve it but wish took the money out of my account for it. i contacted wish by email as theres no phone to contact them . was told my order would arrive by june 30,2020. july 2nd contacted wish again as no fan arrived yet.they said i was entitled to a refund yet i go to my account and no order now ,no place for a refund then. lesson learned . they take your money but dont deliver on their goods . Iwill never order from them again. they can keep my money as only was 15.00 dollars .not worth the aggravation”

“If you had minus i would have used it. I ordered over a month ago items from you and still not get it. Numerous attempts to email you because you don't allow people to call you or to chat to a live chat. Terrible company and I should listen to people warning me about you so called legit. Ok I can not answer your questions because I haven't got my delivery.”

“Very bad customer service. It's same robotic messages I'm getting when I try to contact them. I don't know how I can make a complaint to get my refund. They do false advertising and lots of people got scammed. I ordered rubber gloves and received plastic gloves. EU should do something to protect their citizens against this website and ban it from selling to Europe. I would advise anyone to stay away from this website.”

“This company is is owned and governed by China, and if you aren't up on current news "CHINA IS NOT OUR FRIENDS" besides all the rumors they have now taken to stealing from Americans it maybe just a few dollars but multiply that amount by thousands of USA customers and you have a multi million dollar scam. They send you one product and it's great then they email you to death with great deals that never come. So my extreme warning is "BEWARE"”

“I ordered two items back in April and still have not received them! This company seems very shady! I glad the two items I ordered weren’t very expensive! My advice read the reviews here the complaints are very similar across the board! Don’t waste any money ordering anything at this shady company!”
