I tried Woolues Dash twice. The first time they got my order wrong,the second time I was charged but did not receive my order! Still waiting,after calling them multiple times!

We are very regular customers at Woolies Cafe in Paarl and Port Elizabeth! Today however in the Paarl Mall Woolies Cafe while waiting for breakfast I noticed the ladies in the prep area and what I saw was UNACCEPTABLE! They were separating something or crumbling cheese - 1 had her gloves on and the other lady did not! AND she had jewellery on her fingers! Sies!!! She occasionally even removed whatever it is they were separating from her ring as it obviously got stuck onto it!! This is bad hygienic standards and even put me off my food! Staff working with food should not be allowed to wear jewellery!!!!!

I am truly tired of your service. You guys don't know how to serve people, your customer service is embarrassing for such a huge company. Your customer service consultant are quite disrespectful and rude, it's coming to a point where I will give a public review on all social media platforms because I am really exhausted. You have been calling my mom day in day out telling her to pay an amount of money she has already paid. I asked you guys for her statement you still failed to deliver that. I have sent countless emails complaining about your customer service yet none of my emails are ever replied on. You have the audacity to call my mom asking her about her properties what do her properties have to do with her Woolworths account. YOU DON'T KNOW PEOPLE YOU DON'T KNOW HOW TO SERVE PEOPLE. IT'S QUIET A DISGRACE!!!

I bought LARGE EGGS from Woolworths. They were expensive but I needed them for a christmas cake. The eggs turned out being the size more or less, of golf balls. Nearly perfectly round. I contacted Woolworths and sent photos. I was promised that some other department will get back to me. It's been a week. I have contacted Woolworths again in the interum, but still no response or explanation or refund. Woolworths have ripped me off and will not contact me to explain why they sell tiny eggs falsely advertised as large eggs. And at the price of large eggs. Consumer council is my next stop.

Woolworths is truly not the same as it used to be. November 2023 my online order was returned to their warehouse. 3 emails sent with copies of my ID and banking Details and 6 phone calls later they still haven't processed my refund and they insist on giving me a store credit. I just want my money back.

I went to Woolworths blueberry specifically to get two roast chickens and other groceries. They did not have roasted chicken so I called Woolworths honeydew. The lady said they have ready made, I explained that I am at another Woolworths shop and they don’t have, I asked please can you keep two chickens for me, I am leaving the other shop and I will be there in less then 5 minutes. She said yes. I went straight to the roasties and chickens were sold. I said I called literally within less then 5 minutes and I explained I am coming from Woolworths blueberry which is literally 3km apart. That person responded I cant keep chickens. People can you please stop lying and waste others time!

My husband and I went to the Woolworths in Cornubia to purchase school shoes for my two boys. We unfortunately could not get the size we wanted for our eldest boy. We met Payal who works in the shoe department and I must commend her on her excellent customer service skills. She was soi helpful in trying to help us locate size from the different stores and even took my details to call me once new stock has arrived. It's is very rare that you get retail staff that enjoy what they do and will go the extra mile to assist customers. Thank you Payal for your help today. Woolworths Cornubia...you have a gem of a staff member on your team.

I am so annoyed and frustrated. This is the second time this happens. I am a business order in the take aways and catering industry. I order fresh ingredients lettuce, cucumber etc from WW. This morning I placed a dash order for delivery to my business which is in a central location. I order via dash to this address at least twice a week and to my home address at least another 2 times a week. I need this stock for a function we are catering for tonight. My order was to be delivered between 10 and 11am this morning. As i am now preparing for the function, my staff let me know the order did not arrive. I called the call centre for them to tell me they tried to get hold of me as they could not find the location. They delivered there in this week. How on earth with all the technology can they not find a central location??? Why do i need to be contacted to ask to explain the location??? It is a central location that they often deliver to. This is the second time this is happening and impacting my business negatively. Today and the last time this happened I am just casually told they cannot deliver the order to day as the refund was processed. The last time it took at least 5 attempts to get the refund processed. I have this email trail. I do not need a refund. I need the stock for a function in 1 hours time...What a disaster....Super disappointed and frustrated.

Used the online service for the first time yesterday. Was told by someone in a Woolworths store that I could ask for it to be delivered to my closest store. Got an email stating that I had given an incomplete address for delivery. When I contacted your helpline I was told by a condescending and unhelpful agent that Woolworths will only take a delivery if I make arrangements with someone there, or I could cancel the order. I was left angry and disappointed at the lack of customer services. It's the first time I have ever been told by an online service to make arrangements with a store. Please educate your staff on your procedures and train your customer service employees to be more profitable and helpful. It's put me off using the service and the Woolworths brand. I only did not expect this from Woolworths.

Went to woolworths this morning to get breakfast and coffee In Cavendish mall but the staff just ignored me and the was a couple also that was in front of me they were ignored also so we ended up leaving

I ordered a few items from Woolworths Dashapp. Firstly I struggled tracking the driver as the app will say en-route and yet you won't even see the street the driver is in. When the driver arrived he cancelled the order due to not being able to get hold of me as I had an old number in my app. However I did not receive my order 2 days later no refund nothing. I have been trying to contact the help line and still no one came to my assistance. I always order my groceries online and I'm not happy to say I expected Woolworths to be better than this. Other stores solve these problem instantly the worst experience ever.

Bassonia Woolworths - Cashiers are totally ripping customers off at this store double charging on food items. Your manager/supervisor is even more unprofessional, unpleasant and unhelpful. Woolies Bassonia please get your act together. For a store in an upmarket suburb your store's standards are absolutely unacceptable.

I was at Woolworths maponya served by Busi at customer service she was rude I would put a person like that in my tills I asked to speak to the manager but she told me the manager is on leave, I asked to speak the person who is in charge but I told to leave her alone she is tired and they way she talking to me the attitude she gave it's like I don't care even if u can report me I asked how can u serve customers while u are talking to your friend she answered by saying she is training but I said to even if u are training u don't have to seat while these a long quesse in the store u have help each apologize to the customers for standing for a long time In a queee but she didn't even care giving me attitude customer service Maponya it's not good at all

Terrible experience from Woolworths Fashion and Beauty online app. Ordered some items via the app and paid and extra R75 for over night delivery and never received my order. When I called their customer service helpline they lied and told me my order was out for delivery and I would get it on that day. I never got my order and my mother had to return to Canada without her parcel.

One expects to get the extra money's worth when purchasing from Woolies - so for me that's when its a special treat. We were so disappointed with our Uber Eats order from Woolies. Tin Roof Ice cream with one nut in it (basically!) and barely any chocolate flavoured sauce. A white sweet mass of bland cold dessert. Really a let-down - as this used to be a favourite when they did it right. Their Tin Roof was never like this and I suspect like all greedy mass producers with the same story they are taking shortcuts underproducing but still overcharging. I believe Woolies has taken a nose dive. I've lost interest.

My name is Deli this is what happened to me just now at Woolworths North cliff i just want to share my experience with woolies Northcliff that is not satisfying at all.I callled the branch n asked if they had stork on huggies Gold n was told there was 7in stork ,drove 40km to d store only to find that only now they telling me with codes Merchandiser named Sani said he had 7 in stork .In that period btwn da time i called n da time i arrived they confirmed no one has bought . How do you explain dis mara,dis is so unprofessional even d lady was rude nje Am so disappointed wth woolies ,my time n petrol was wasted on nothing Please assist

No shopper ever contacts me for substitutions and they are alway offline to speak to. Call and they escalate it to receive an apology. Great service. Check your packers they are lazy.

My main delivery item was out of stock and not delivered. Due to no substitution option selected, since I didn't want any substitution, no further notification is sent or communicated, HOWEVER, full delivery fee + a driver tip is charged + the FULL purchase amount of unavailable items... To date I haven't been refunded either ! This was money I need for our Christmas meal... I am now unable to purchase what I need since I am waiting for the refund, and was overcharged for delivery of items which I would not have ordered online had I known my main item was out of stock. Surely the online system should be able te verify stock availability in your area once address is entered..? Not quite the Festive outcome I had in mind... and the attitude from the Woolies agents also not empathetic. Simply refer back to the flawed "return policy"... which clearly have receive countless poor reviews by unhappy customers.

Poor online experience on more than 10 occasions. Out of stock is a regular experience after it shows the items available for the cart
