Ordered hard plastic cork backed coasters; what arrived was some floppy unusable item made of fabric. This was the second time I ordered from them and both experiences were equally appalling.

If I could I would give them -5. Absolutely stay away. Takes for ever and no communication. Great way to actually fonance a business. Get the money and send the goods when ever (if ever) you choose.

Terrible service. It’s been a month and I haven’t received my order and no order updates or emails either. I waited in hold and then it said no one was there to take my call!!

Well, I suppose Zazzle didn't want to hear me thoughts nor let everyone know how bad they are. I've posted but the comments have never shown up. But when there are 20 pages of published dissatisfied customer comments with a grade of "1", I should have known. Did not do research on them, but learned my lesson! Will NEVER buy from them again!!!!!!!!!

Items are NOTHING like the pictures! My daughter ordered me a glitsy wall clock for Christmas. It broke my heart when the package arrived and it was a cheap clock, nothing like the picture and she was SO disappointed! To think that she spent her hard-earned money trying to get me what I had picked out and it was not the beautiful clock pictured! I or my family will NEVER order from Zazzle again!

I placed five orders over Black Friday weekend which were due to arrive on or before Dec. 11. They did not arrive until Dec. 21. When I tried to get help from customer service after Dec.11 had passed, they sent me a three paragraph list of terms and conditions they wanted me to agree in order for them to try to get the orders to me before Christmas. Then, this morning they sent me this which I am cutting and pasting so readers can enjoy the grammar: "It appear we are in luck and your order is out for delivery today, it expected by 9.00 pm. Have a great day." I needed the gifts to distribute to people I will not now see until after the holidays. If Zazzle had been honest about the delivery date or took quick action when they were alerted to the problem I would not be so disappointed. Cannot read text on ceramic ornaments. Poor quality. Ordered and paid for three ornaments but they only shipped two. I called and was told they probably forgot the third. Shipping took weeks and the shipping fee is high. I will never order from them again. I wish zero stars were an option as they don’t even deserve one.

Ordered t-shirts as gifts for my brother and his family for Christmas. They arrived last night (delivery was on time, that’s my only positive). The quality is incredibly poor on all four. On one, the print looks like it will come off if you try to wash it, two others, the black is faded and washed out; the shirts look old. And the fourth shirt - a print of a Jaws movie poster with a kitten replacing the shark - the picture is so dark you can’t even see what it is. Incredibly disappointed, especially for the price I paid.

Printing on an ornament is barely legible and at a cost of $16.95 plus 10.00 shipping it is just a waste. Very difficult to contact them. I would not recommend this company. Ships somewhere else

Product was horrible - sub standard quality garment, badly sewn and printing was on crooked and misshapen. The best part, and I give Zazzle credit for this, is that they immediately issued a full refund when I expressed my dissatisfaction, and waived the return clause since I live in Australia.

Ordered custom Christmas ornaments to ship to my out of state grandkids (that I can't see due to covid). I paid for 2 day shipping. Shipping took 9 days. THEN, the order was wrong. I am waiting to see what they will do. Judging from what I received, another customer got one of my ornaments.

Zazzle has some great products so it’s a shame I had such a negative experience. Return address labels were wrong. When I asked for a reprint, more than once, did not get so much as a acknowledgment. To bad, so sad. Never again

Absolutely the worst experience you could have with customer service. I ordered greeting cards and they arrived without envelopes! I called and they said they would send the envelopes, however, I received another batch of greeting cards and those arrived without envelopes, as well. I called again and was assured that the envelopes would be sent, but I have not received them. I now have 12 cards with no envelopes. I called a third time and ended up being routed to a mailbox that was full. This was after correctly following the prompts. Ridiculous. I finally got a rep on the phone, only to have to repeat the order number four times before the she could get it right. She put me on hold for 12 minutes before checking back with me. She claims she will send the envelopes, but who knows? No one seems to know how to resolve this matter. After over 30 days of waiting, I'm about to give up. The cards are nice, but the service is HORRIBLE. I will never order from Zazzle again. I urge you to shop elsewhere.

Why are you charging me 2separate shipping prices for products that are both sold by your company? $33 shipping for a t-shirt and plaque...never ever again. Try free shipping you may get more business .

Zazzle is not customer friendly. I paid about $10 for Black something or the other membership. This was to cover delivery costs for a year. BALONEY! I placed an order on Dec 4th, and on the same day, received an email saying my order was started and would arrive by Dec 28th. However, I could pay more and receive it sooner. That is absurd. Unless they deliberately delayed the processing and delivery of an order for a person who had “joined” their black program, there is no way 3 small notebooks could take that long to ship. I want to cancel the renewal of my black membership and would like a refund. Zazzle should not place customers who pay for a premium service at the bottom of the list. I will never order from Zazzle again. Please refund my money and cancel my order. Zazzle is not customer friendly.
